교통카드 데이터를 이용한 버스 승객 대기시간 최소화 알고리즘 개발

Bus headway plays an important role not only in determining the passenger waiting time and bus service quality, but also in influencing the bus operation cost and passenger demand. Previous research on headway control has considered only an hourly difference in the distribution of ridership between peak and non-peak hours. However, this approach is too simple to help manage ridership demand fluctuations in a short time scale; thus passengers' waiting cost will be generated when ridership demand exceeds the supply of bus services. Moreover, bus ridership demand varies by station location and traffic situation. To address this concern, we propose a headway control algorithm for minimizing the waiting time cost by using Smart Card data. We also provide proof of the convergence of the algorithm to the desired headway allocation using a set of preconditions of political waiting time guarantees and available fleet constraints. For model verification, the data from the No. 143 bus line in Seoul were used. The results show that the total savings in cost totaled approximately 600,000 won per day when we apply the time-value cost of waiting time. Thus, we can expect that cost savings will be more pronounced when the algorithm is applied to larger systems. 버스 배차간격은 승객의 대기시간 및 차내 혼잡도 등 서비스 수준에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 간접적으로는 버스 운행비용 및 이용자의 교통수단 선택에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 대부분의 선행연구에서 버스 배차간격은 첨두시와 비첨두시 구간 통행량을 기반으로 시간대별 수요의 차이만을 반영하고 있다. 이러한 방식의 배차계획하에서는 세분화된 시간적 수요의 차이까지 고려하지 못하므로 승객들의 대기시간 비용이 증가하게 되는 요인이 될 수 있다. 또한, 승객의 승차패턴은 노선, 도로, 정류장의 공간적 배치 특성에 따라 다를 수 있으므로 버스 승객들의 시공간적 수요분포 특성과 변화를 고려한 배차간격 조절에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 교통카드 데이터에서 획득한 승객 탑승정보를 바탕으로 정책적 대기시간 제약과 운행 대수 제약조건 및 노선 특성을 반영하여 승객들의 대기시간을 최소화하는 방향으로 배차간격을 조절하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 개발 알고리즘의 활용성 검증을 위해 서울시 간선노선 중 143번 노선에 적용한 결과, 승객 대기시간 감축비용을 계산하였을 때 비용절감 효과는 일일 기준 약 600,000원에 이르는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 개발 알고리즘의 적용 노선을 확장할 경우 버스 승객의 편익 증진에 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.
소양호, 남양호, 안동호 및 춘천호에 서식하는 잉어과 어류의 간흡충 Clonorchis sinensis 감염 조사

Clonorchis sinensis is a main parasite that infects humans by making freshwater fish as an intermediate host in South Korea. There are so many reports about the infestation status of Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae (CsMc) in freshwater fish living in the river, but there are a few studies of fish in the lake. In this study, we examined CsMc in Cyprinid fish sampled from Soyang Lake, Namyang Lake, Andong Lake and Chunchun Lake from 2016 to 2017. Metacercaria of trematodes were found from Hemiculter eigenmanni and Carassius auratus in Namyang Lake, and Zacco platypus and Opsarichthys uncirostris in Soyang Lake. As a result of PCR using Clonorchis sinensis specific primer sets, it was confirmed that the metacercariae from Hemiculter eigenmanni in Namyang Lake was CsMc. This study provides information on CsMc infestation status of Cyprinid fish in four lakes and it is the first report of CsMc infestation in Namyang Lake.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of acupuncture for the treatment of Raynaud's disease. Methods: This review was conducted using nine electronic databases (CINAHL, CiNii, CNKI, EMBASE, J-STAGE, NDSL, OASIS, PubMed, and WANFANG) and the keywords "Raynaud's disease", "Raynaud disease", "acupuncture", and "needling". Only randomized controlled trials (RCTs) using acupuncture for Raynaud's disease were included, and the methodological quality of the trials was assessed using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. Results: After screening, six RCTs were selected among 67, and the total effective rate and peripheral blood flow were used as evaluation methods. In five studies, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group. In three studies, peripheral blood flow was higher in the intervention group than in the control group, with two studies being statistically significant and the remaining study not being statistically significant. Conclusions: Acupuncture could be a suitable treatment without adverse effects for Raynaud's disease because it improves peripheral blood flow. However, further studies, including randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind methods, and clear evaluation criteria are needed.

This paper is the result of a research on hybrid tuning technology developed to improve the actual fuel efficiency and reduce emissions of in-use light-duty diesel trucks. In this study, a hybrid powertrain was constructed by inserting an electric motor between the diesel engine and manual transmission of an internal combustion engine vehicle and installing a battery. To verify the safety, a test was conducted based on the Korean tuning regulations. In particular, since there has been no case of tuning an internal combustion engine vehicle into a hybrid vehicle in Korea, it was necessary to carry out all procedures to receive tuning approval. The approval process consists of a technical review, safety verification test, and application for tuning approval. As a result, the test vehicle was approved for tuning because both the technical review and vehicle test results were suitable. Therefore, this study confirmed the safety of diesel hybrid tuning technology, and laid the foundation for the research and development of technologies to tune into an eco-friendly vehicle as well as the activation of related industries.
