A-마트 저온제품 종합물류센터 실시설계를 위한 시뮬레이션

본 논문에서는 A-마트 저온제품 종합물류센터 실시설계 대안별 검증을 통해 신뢰성을 향상하고, 추가 보완사항을 발굴하여 개선하고, 설계의 편의를 제공하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하여 물류센터 설비 및 레이아웃, 운영 방안에 대해 종합적인 대안을 제시하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통한 총 5가지 품종을 65점별로 분류하는 작업장과 각 마트별 출고 대기장을 모델링에 반영하였으며, 운영시간 내에 처리 가능한 작업 파트별 작업자의 수와 작업자 가동률, 각 작업 대기장 및 하역장의 대기용량의 수준을 평가요소로 반영하였다. 또한 입/출고 도크의 가동률과, 팔레트 처리를 위한 운반장비의 가동률을 성능평가 요소로 반영하였다. 개발된 시뮬레이션 모델에서는 실제감 있는 2차원 애니메이션을 통해 시뮬레이션상의 물류의 이상 발생을 시각화하여 보여주도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션의 결과에 대한 평가 요소 및 대안별 정량적 분석을 통해 A-마트 저온제품 종합물류센터의 종합적인 운영방안을 제시하였다. This paper deals with the simulation model for design and operations of A-Mart logistic center for low temperature products. In developed simulation model, receiving docks, digital classification system (DCS), shipping docks, material handling devices and manual sorting stations are considered. Five types of cargo such as fruits, palletized fruits, delicatessen and fisheries, vegetables and refrigerated cargoes are considered. The simulation model and process animation are developed using the simulation package ARENA. Among various design and operation alternatives consisting of the number of workers of receiving dock, allocation of receiving docks by cargo types, DCS capacity, the number of folk-lift, the number of manual sorting operators and overall layout, the best alternatives of each subsystem are selected by simulation analysis. The major performance measures such as DCS throughput, utilization of operators at each station, receiving docks utilization and folk-lift utilization are considered for the alternative evaluation.

In the railroad rolling stock depot, long-term maintenance tasks is done regularly every two or four year basis to maintain the functionality of equipments and rolling stock body or for the repair operation of the heavily damaged rolling stocks by fatal accidents. This paper addresses the computer simulation model building for the rolling stock maintenance shop for the CDC(Commuter Diesel Car) and Generator Car planned to be constructed at Daejon Rolling Stock Depot, which will be moved from Yongsan Rolling Stock Depot. We evaluated the processing capacity of two layout design alternatives based on the maintenance process chart through the developed simulation models. The performance measures are the number of processed cars per year, the cycle time, shop utilization, work in process and the average number waiting car for input. The simulation result shows that one design alternative outperforms another design alternative in every aspect and superior design alternative can process total 340 number of trains per year 15% more than the proposed target within the current average cycle time.

실내 공기 중 부유세균은 실내공기오염을 유발하고 재실자의 건강상 위해를 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구는 다중이용시설을 대상으로 주요목적으로 사용되는 실내에서 부유세균의 농도와 세균의 종류를 동정하고 실내공기오염물질 중 부유세균에 대한 기초정보 제공을 목적으로 한다. 노인시설 7개소 (노인요양시설, 노인전문병원, 복지관 포함), 대규모점포 4개소, 대학병원 4개소, 어린이집 7개소 (유치원, 어린이집, 보육원 포함), 지하역사 4개소 및 버스터미널 4개소 등 총 30개소 120개 지점에서 총부유세균의 농도를 측정․분석하고 세균의 종류를 동정하였다. 모든 시설군에서 측정된 실내 부유세균의 농도는 유지기준 800 CFU/㎥이하 이었으나, I/O비가 1.09-2.36으로 실내의 총부유세균의 농도가 실외에 비해 높았고, 어린이집, 대학병원, 노인시설에서 동정된 세균의 종류별 높은 검출빈도 보였다. 국내 다중이용시설의 주요목적에 따른 실내 부유세균에 대한 지속적 관찰이 필요하며, 특히 어린이집, 대학병원, 노인시설 등에 대한 관심이 요구되고, 추후 배양 가능한 세균뿐 아니라 알레르겐 등을 포함한 미생물학적 실내오염물질에 대한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to measure the concentrations of total culturable bacteria (TCB) and to identify the bacteria in thirty public facilities (7 elderly-care facilities, 4 hypermarkets, 4 university hospitals, 7 child care facilities, 4 subway stations and 4 bus terminals) in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do Province. Although all concentrations measured in these study facilities did not exceed the national maintenance standard, it is believed that elderly-, child-care facilities should be high priority facilities to improve the indoor air quality and it is important to study the health effects and the airborne bacteria concentration of public facilities including non-culturable bacteria or allergen.

As railroad industry face the new Renaissance era, effective and efficient maintenance methods for rolling stock operation are required with advanced railroad technology. All kinds of railroad systems such as high speed long distance train, metropolitan mass transit and light rail require systematic maintenance technology in order to maintain the safe railroad operation. Simulation models for detailed operations of the sample maintenance center are developed. In this study, standard maintenance procedures, layout, equipments and number of workers of Siheung Metropolitan Railroad Maintenance Rolling Stock Depot are considered. The proposed simulation models are developed using simulation package ARENA. Three simulation analysis using the developed simulation model are done. First, the bottleneck operation is identified. Second, the relationship between maintenance center size, number of workers and cycle time is analyzed. Lastly, the scheduling performances between PERT/CPM and Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM) are compared.

This study was conducted to measure concentrations of particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5) and endotoxin in thirty public facilities (7 elderly-care facilities, 4 hypermarkets, 4 university hospitals, 7 child-care facilities, 4 subway stations and 4 bus terminals) from September 2004 to February 2007 in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. PM10 or PM2.5 was measured with glass fiber filter and mini volume air sampler for 6 to 8 hours in indoor and outdoor of the facilities and expressed as ㎍/㎥. After weighing the filter, endotoxin was analyzed by Limulus Ameobocyte Lysate method (EU/㎥). PM10 in indoor air was higher (GM and GSD was 78.00 and 1.92 ㎍/㎥, respectively) than the outdoor air (GM and GSD was 60.70 and 2.23 ㎍/㎥, respectively, I/O=1.28). All measurements was not exceeded the national maintenance standard. Elderly-care and child-care facilities showed relatively higher concentrations (83.27 ㎍/㎥ and 81.75㎍/㎥; I/O=2.01 and 1.19, respectively) than hypermarkets or university hospitals. The highest PM2.5 was seen in child-care facilities (62.15 ㎍/㎥, I/O=2.42). The I/O of the endotoxin in the PM10 and the PM2.5 was exceeded 1.0 (1.37 and 1.57, respectively). Indoor PM10 was affected by user/day and humidity, and endotoxin in the PM10 was affected by temperature. In conclusion, elderly- and child-care facilities are high priority facilities to be improved indoor air quality.
