This paper presents system design of the slotless double-side Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Machine system (PMLSM) through magnetic field analysis and dynamic modeling. In our analysis, 2-D analytical treatments based on the magnetic vector potential were adopted to predict magnetic field with space harmonics by PM mover magnetization and stator winding current. From these, the design parameters such as inductance, Back-emf, and thrust are estimated. And, the electrical dynamic modeling including synchronous speed is completed by calculation of a DC link voltage in effort to obtain the accurate mechanical power from Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM). Therefore, the system design of PMLSM is performed from estimation of design parameters according to PM size and coil turns in magnetic field and from calculation of a DC link voltage to satisfy base speed and base thrust represented as the maximum output power in dynamic modeling. The estimated values from the analysis are verified by the finite element method and experimental results.

This paper deals with design and dynamic analysis of electromagnets for levitation applications. On the basis of equivalent magnetic circuit (EMC) method and 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) model, initial and detailed design for electromagnets are performed. Using the state equation for the closed-loop control, the dynamic analysis of electromagnets is also performed. Finally, this paper investigates the variation of levitation force according to current under fixed nominal air-gap, and the variation of required current according to load weight in order to maintain the nominal air-gap. From these results, the validation of design and dynamic analysis of electromagnets is confirmed. In particular, the influence of winding temperature on levitation control is discussed in detail.

It is well known that the accurate calculation of the field distribution is essential for the design of elecrtical machines. The analytical techniques for electromagnetic field can quickly and exactly determine airgap magnetic field distribution in electrical machines. Many analytical techniques have been investigated to predict the magnetic field distribution in PM machines equipped with permanent magnets. Using the analytical technique by transfer relations, D. L. Trumper and K. R. Davey already presented the design and analysis of linear permanent-magnet machines and induction machines, respectively. Using the transfer relations (Melcher's general methodology) to describe electromagnetic phenomena, this paper deals with the analysis on the magnetic field distribution due to PM and winding current, the induced voltage and the static torque characteristics in surface-mounted slotless type permanent magnet machine. The validity of the analysis results is confirmed by finite element (FE) analysis.

본 연구에서는 위상배열 안테나의 기본방사소자로 사용될 선형 테이퍼형 슬롯 안테나를 설계ㆍ제작하여 그 특성을 실험적으로 고찰 한다. 테이퍼형 슬롯 안테나(TSA)는 박막, 경량, 간단한 제조와 고주파 단일 집적회로에 적합하다. 또한, 멀티 옥타브 대역폭, 적절한 높은 이득, 대칭적인 E-면과 H-면 방사패턴을 가진다. 마이크로스트립 선형 테이퍼형 안테나의 급전회로는 마이크로스트립-슬롯 선로간의 트랜지션을 사용한다. 트랜지션은 두 면으로 이루어진다. 한쪽 면은 마이크로스트립 선로이고, 다른 한쪽은 슬롯 선로를 가지는 구조이다. 마이크로스트립 과 슬롯 선로의 길이는 마이크로스트립과 슬롯 선로의 교차면의 중앙에서 λm/4과 λs/4이다. 넓은 대역폭을 얻기 위하여, 슬롯 선로의 종단부의 폭은 1.75λ?로 하고, 큰 지향성을 얻기 위하여 슬롯 선로의 테이퍼된 길이는 4λ?로 한다. 실험결과 마이크로스트립 선형 테이퍼형 슬롯 안테나는 5㎓의 중심 주파수에서 약 5㎓의 대역폭을 가지고, 대칭적인 E-면과 H-면 방사패턴을 가진다. In this paper, a microstrip linear tapered slot antenna is designed. A tapered slot antenna(TSA) has many advantages such as low profile, low weight, easy fabrication, and compatibility with monolithic microwave integrated circuits(MMIC). In addition, it has demonstrated multi octave bandwidth, moderately high gain, and symmetrical E- and H-plane beam patterns. A feed network is implemented with transition between a microstrip and a slot line for the microstrip linear tapered slot antenna. The transition is consist of two sides. One side has a microstrip line, the other side has a slot line. The dimensions of the microstrip and slot line are λm/4 and λs/4 at the center of the cross section of the microstrip and slot line. In order to get broad bandwidth antenna characteristics, the tapered length is chosen as 4λ? and termination width is chosen as 1.75λ?. Experimental results show that the microstrip tapered slot antenna has symmetrical E- and H-plane beam patterns with around 5㎓ of bandwidth at center frequency of 5.0㎓.

The cutting method using the ultrasonic wave which cutting by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure. Ultrasonic cutting is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and cutting tool. Precise designing is required since each parts shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to cutting tool design, its length L was set by Calculating vibration equation. And the value of the shape parameter b was diversified as the integral multiple and the result of 39,863Hz the analysis of Modal was shown in the length 22mm of the result of performance b in the 11th mode Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 39,867Hz, which was similar to modal analysis result.

This paper deals with comparison and analysis for various losses of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor using phase current harmonic analysis. Through measured current wave, various losses are calculated and compared with losses according to current sine wave. Poynting vector, Steinmetz equation, finite element method and so on have been used to investigate the losses of high-speed permanent magnet machine.

This paper deals with d, q-axis inductance derivation and torque calculation of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). Applying equivalent magnet circuit, magnetic flux linkage and d, q-axis inductance are obtained. With those results, magnetic torque and reluctance torque are calculated. In addition, this results are compared and analyzed with 2-d finite element analysis (FEA) to validate this paper.
쇄골 간부 골절 수술 후 발생한 감염성 불유합 -증례 보고-

쇄골 골절의 합병증 중 골결손이 있는 감염성 불유합은 드물다. 쇄골 골절 후 발생한 감염성 불유합에 대한 치료와 그 관련보고가 충분치 않다. 저자들은 쇄골 간부 골절 수술 후 발생한 감염성 불유합 증례 1예를 경험하였고, 자가골 이식술 및 이중 금속판 고정을 이용하여 성공적인 골유합을 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. The infected nonunion of clavicle with bone defect is an uncommon complication following clavicle shaft fracture. There were a few reports regarding treatment of the infected nonunion after clavicle fracture. We report on a case of infected clavicle nonunion successfully treated with autologous bone graft and dual plate fixation.
