        건강한 한국인 성인의 혈청 갑상선호르몬 참고치

        Objectives : This study was conducted to determine the reference interval of serum thyroid hormones(TSH, $FT_3$, $FT_4$) in healthy Korean adults. Methods : Health examination data from 1,591 healthy Korean adults who visited an university hospital were analyzed. Patients with specific health conditions capable of altering laboratory results were excluded from the study. Serum thyroid hormones were measured using IMMULITE 2000 (DPC, USA, 2002). Subjects were 18-65 years old; 911 were male, and 690 were female. Results : The arithmetic means of TSH, $FT_3$, and $FT_4$ values for male subjects were $1.28{\pm}1.84\;{\mu}IU/ml$, $3.23{\pm}0.57\;pg/ml$, and $1.42{\pm}0.22\;ng/dl$, respectively. In female subjects, the arithmetic means of TSH, FT3, and FT4 values were $1.49{\pm}2.08\;{\mu}IU/ml$, $3.08{\pm}0.54\;pg/ml$, and $1.29{\pm}0.24\;ng/dl$, respectively. The arithmetic mean $FT_4$ value for males decreased with age (p<0.01). The arithmetic mean $FT_3$ value for females increased with age (p<0.01). The arithmetic mean thyroid hormone values of all study subjects differed significantly based on season. The arithmetic mean of male $FT_4$ decreased with increasing BMI (p<0.01). The arithmetic mean of female $FT_3$ increased with increasing BMI (p<0.01). The reference intervals recommended by the IMMULITE 2000 manufacturer are $0.40-4.00\;{\mu}IU/ml$ for TSH, 1.80-4.20 pg/ml for $FT_3$, and 0.80-1.90 ng/dl for $FT_4$ (same values for both genders). Conclusions : There was a significant difference in the interval of thyroid hormones between males and females, but the reference interval of IMMULITE 2000 was not established by gender. There is a need to reestablish the reference interval for thyroid hormones in Korean healthy adults.

        영업 역량이 영업성과에 미치는 영향과 일터학습의 조절효과 -IT 영업 인력을 중심으로-

        This study was designed to investigate the impact of sales competencies on sales performance and to verify moderating effects of workplace learning focused on IT salesforces. For this 237 salesforces from Korean IT company were targeted, data was collected and linear regression was executed. The results of this research are as follows. First, the impact of sales competencies and its competencies clusters on sales performance was positive(+). Second, workplace learning did not moderate between sales competencies and sales performance. Workplace learning of formal and incidental learning did not moderate between sales competencies and sales performance but informal learning did. In case of incidental learning it moderated between the impact & influence clusters of sales competencies and sales performance. This is an empirical research which examined moderating effects of formal, informal and incidental learning separately and checked moderating effect. Based on the result that sales competences effect on sales performance and the moderating effect of informal learning and incidental learning. It is required for sales HRD practitioners to make an effort to improve the opportunity of informal and incidental learning as a lifelong learning in the workplace as well as formal learning.

        매립지 침출수처리를 위한 펜톤유사반응에 관한 연구

        The treatment of landfill leachate with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by iron metal which is different from Fenton reaction in that the form of iron used is not ferrous ion but zero valent iron was investigated using a jar tester. The leachate (COD 1100㎎/L, pH 8) in a process line between an aeration lagoon and a Fenton oxidation tank in Kimpo Landfill, Seoul was sampled for test The average size of the iron metal (99.9%, from Junsei Co.) used in this study was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and showed 10-100㎛ in diameter. Iron enhances the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide with the reaction which proceeds in two steps: the oxidation of zero valent iron to ferrous iron followed by the oxidation of ferrous iron to ferric iron under reductive conditions. The effectiveness of the iron catalyst for the destruction of chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the landfill leachate was monitored, focused on the process variables of H₂O₂ and Fe° concentrations, and solution pH. The iron particles were pretreated before use by washing with 1 M HCl and then rinsing with distilled water and aceton followed by N₂ purging in a glass column. The oxidation reactions were almost complete within 30min and the more apparent change in H₂O₂ and COD consumption and pH was not observed. The most sensitive process variable on the COD oxidation reaction was solution pH and the oxidation of COD at low pH provided greater than 66% COD removal. The continuous treatment of landfill leachate in a glass column packed with Fe° and activated carbon shows that the Fenton-like oxidation can be an effective tool for either in situ or above-ground treatment of landfill leachate.

        피학대아동의 위탁가정 적응과정에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 불가피하게 친 가정으로부터 분리되어 위탁가정에서 보호될 수밖에 없는 피학대아동에 관한 연구로서, 피학대아동이 위탁가정 내에서 겪는 적응과정과 적응과정의 단계, 위탁가정 배치 후 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인들, 적응과정과 학대 후유증 회복과의 관련성을 조사하였다. 한편, 위탁가정배치 후 친 가정 복귀 가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 3명의 위탁아동을 중심으로 3명의 위탁부모, 2명의 사회복지사를 통하여 연구 자료를 얻었으며, 자료에 대한 분석방법은 근거이론적인 접근 방법(Strauss and Corbin, 1990)에 의하여 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩을 중심으로 분석하였다. 또한 위탁가정 적응과정에 영향을 미치는 범주들을 살펴보기 위하여 마일즈와 휴버만(Miles and Huberman, 1994)의 시간에 따른 매트릭스와 시간에 따른 네트워크를 활용하여 분석하였다. This study investigated the adaptation process of abused children in long-term foster care and the stages of adaptation process. Also, this study aimed to find the factors influencing the adaptation of abused children in long-term foster care and to examine the relationships between the adaptation process in long-term foster care and the recovery of aftereffect of the abused children. The researchers tried to find the factors influencing the possibilities about the return of their biological parents' home.<br/> The researchers used a purposeful sampling and interviewed three abused children and three parents in long-term foster care and two social workers. This study utilized grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin(1990) to analyze the interviewed data. Specifically, the researchers applied open coding, axial coding and selective coding from grounded theory approach to analyze the data. On the other hand, the researchers used Miles and Huberman(1994)'s time-ordered matrix and time-ordered network to investigate the categories influencing the adaptation process of abused children in long-term foster care.<br/> This study used interviewees, literatures, newspapers, and internet resources relating to abused children for triangulation of data. The researcher interviewed from October 15, 004 to January 31, 005. The total sessions of each person were consisted of two sessions for each person and the interview time of each session was one or two hours.

        소성 및 접촉건조 방식에 의해 제조된 망간코팅사의 물리화학적 특성 비교

        본 연구에서는 접촉 및 건조 방법으로 만든 망간사의 물리화학적 특성을 기존의 소성처리 방법으로 만들어진 망간사의 그것과 비교하였다. 접촉 및 건조방법을 사용하여 망간사를 제조할 때에 모래 입경별 및 접촉시간을 제조변수로 하였으며 접촉 및 건조방법에 의한 망간사 제조시의 최적조건은 망간 코팅효율, 제조시간, As(III)에 대한 산화효율로부터 도출하였다. X-선 회절분석을 통하여 접촉 및 건조방법에 의해 제조된 망간사 표면의 산화망간에 대한 광물 분석결과를 JCPDS 자료와 비교한 결과 β-MnO₂와 γ-MnO₂의 혼합물인 것으로 판명되었다. 접촉 및 건조방법으로 제조한 망간사는 기존의 소성처리 방법으로 제조한 망간사에 비해 As(III) 산화효율은 유사하지만 코팅된 망간의 안정성이 보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 접촉 및 건조방법은 코팅된 망간함량, 코팅된 망간의 안정도 그리고 As(III)에 대한 산화성능 등을 고려할 때 기존의 망간사 제조방법을 대체할 수 있는 우수한 제조공정으로 나타났다. Physicochemical characteristics of the manganese-coated sand(MCS) prepared by wetting and dry(W&D) method were compared with that by baking method, which is previously used. Particle sizes of the sand and wetting times were used as variables in the preparation of MCS and an optimum condition for the preparation MCS by W&D was determined from the coating efficiency, preparation time and oxidation efficiency of As(III). Comparing the X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD) peak information of manganese oxide prepared by W&D method with the JCPDS file, the peaks were identified as the mixture of β-MnO₂ and γ-MnO₂. The MCS prepared by W&D method showed similar oxidizing powers to As(III) compared to that by baking method. However, the stability of the manganese on MCS prepared by W&D method was greater than that by baking method. From this work, wetting and dry was identified as an efficient preparation method in the view point of coated amount of manganese on sand, stability of coated manganese and oxidation efficiency of As(III).

        역량 모델을 통한 IT 영업 역량 측정도구 개발

        IT 영업 역량 모델과 측정도구를 활용하면 IT 영업 인력의 수행 향상과 다양한 방식의 형식, 무형식학습을 제공할 수 있다. 하지만 국내 IT 영업 인력의 역량에 대한 모델과 이를 측정할 수 있는 도구 개발 연구는 미진하다. 이에 따라 IT 영업 인력에게 필요한 영업 역량을 탐색하여 역량 모델을 구성하였다. 또한 구성된 IT 영업 역량 모델을 통해 국내 영업 현장에 적합하고 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 IT 영업 역량 측정도구를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 역량 모델의 개발, 측정도구의 예비문항 개발, 측정도구의 타당화의 세 단계를 거쳤다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 국내 IT 영업 환경에 맞는 IT 영업 역량 모델은 성취와 행동 역량군, 대인 서비스 역량군, 관계 역량군, 지적 능력 활용 역량군, 자기 통제감 역량군, 영업 활동의 6개 역량군과 14개 역량으로 구성된다. 둘째, IT 영업 현장 전문가와 교육 전문가로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 각각 실시하여 예비문항을 개발하였고, 예비 IT 영업 역량 측정도구의 타당도를 확보하였다. 셋째, 검증된 예비문항을 사용하여 IT 영업 현장 인력 580명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하여 신뢰도 및 교차타당도 검증으로 최종 도구를 확정하였다. 최종 확정된 IT 영업 역량 측정도구는 6개 역량군, 14개 역량, 78문항이다. With an IT sales competency model and a scale of IT sales competencies, it is possible to improve performance of IT sales forces and provide them with formal and informal training. But existing study on the domestic IT sales competency model and a scale are rare. According to this need, this study attempted to find the building blocks of sales competency which are required for IT sales forces. Then the study developed credible and reliable scale of IT sales competencies based on the IT sales competency model. To do this the study used three steps: competency modeling, generation of competency item pool & verification, and scale verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, the IT sales competency model which is customized to domestic environment consists of the “achievement and action” competency cluster, the “interpersonal service” competency cluster, the “relationship” competency cluster, the “cognitive intelligence utilizing” competency cluster, the “self-control” competency cluster and the “sales activity” competency cluster. There are 14 competencies. Second, IT field sales and education experts developed and validated a competency item pool in the focus group meetings. The study verified through preliminary survey and found credibility and validity. Third, the study verified the item pool through the main survey from 580 IT sales forces. It found cross validity and reliability to finalize the scale. The study finalized the scale of IT sales competencies with 6 competency clusters, 14 competencies and 78 items.
