Estimations of paddy field area are important for agricultural water supply planning. Especially these estimations have to be excused by drainage basin. In this research, we developed a paddy field estimation model considering shift-share effects such as national growing, structural, local effects. National growing effects are estimated by adopting the result of KREI-ASMO model which predict farm land area in national level. Paddy field structural effects are estimated using statistical data about farmhouse numbers and cultivation areas. Local allocation effects are calculated by differences of estimations and real data. The results using data from 1998 to 2003 show that developed model estimates 2006 paddy field areas in each province in 5% error and is applicable to predict future change of paddy field.
수혜 인원을 고려한 농업용 저수지의 최적 정비 모델 개발

Objectives of agricultural reservoir are the water use for agriculture, flood control, and providing water friendly site. The purpose of this study is to develop a optimum equipment model considering various objective functions and variables of agricultural reservoir. Traditional optimum function for feasibility assessment is based on economic benefit, but we try new approach of feasibility assessment based on the number of benefit people. The data of Yuraimi reservoir and Yongbong reservoir in Yesan-gun such as numbers of related people, construction costs, safe diagnosis are gathered for applying developed model. and these are used for determining optimum strategy with restricted cost. For verifying results of optimum maintenance, real maintenance data of Yuraimi reservoir are compared with simulated those. Results show that simulated maintenance strategies are 3 times more effective than real maintenance data.
실감형 화상 회의를 위해 깊이정보 혼합을 사용한 시선 맞춤 시스템

본 논문에서는 실감형 원격 영상회의를 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 원격 영상회의에서 카메라는 보통 디스플레이의 중앙이 아닌 측면에 설치가 된다. 이는 시선 불일치를 만들고, 사용자들의 몰입도를 떨어뜨린다. 따라서 실감형 영상회의에 있어서 시선맞춤은 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 제안하는 방법은 스테레오 카메라와 깊이 카메라를 사용하여 시선 맞춤을 시도한다. 깊이 카메라는 비교적 적은 비용으로 효율적으로 깊이 정보를 생성할 수 있는 키넥트 카메라를 선택하였다. 하지만 키넥트 카메라는 비용적인 장점에도 불구하고 단독으로 사용하기에는 내제하는 단점이 많다. 따라서 스테레오 카메라를 더하여 각 깊이 센서간의 단점을 보완하는 방법을 개발하였고, 이는 각 깊이 정보 간의 혼합 및 정제 과정을 통해서 실현된다. 시선 맞춤 영상 생성은 후처리를 통한 보완된 깊이 정보를 이용하여 3차원 워핑 기술을 이용하여 구현된다. 실험결과를 보면 제안한 시스템이 자연스러운 시선 맞춤 영상을 제공하는 것을 알 수 있다. In this paper, we propose a gaze correction method for realistic video teleconferencing. Typically, cameras used in teleconferencing are installed at the side of the display monitor, but not in the center of the monitor. This system makes it too difficult for users to contact each eyes. Therefore, eys contact is the most important in the immersive videoconferencing. In the proposed method, we use the stereo camera and the depth camera to correct the eye contact. The depth camera is the kinect camera, which is the relatively cheap price, and estimate the depth information efficiently. However, the kinect camera has some inherent disadvantages. Therefore, we fuse the kinect camera with stereo camera to compensate the disadvantages of the kinect camera. Consecutively, for the gaze-corrected image, view synthesis is performed by 3D warping according to the depth information. Experimental results verify that the proposed system is effective in generating natural gaze-corrected images.

Background : Till now Efficacy of Taeyangin medicine have not existsd in Medical Oriental medical, QSCC II(Questionnaire of sasang Constitution Classification II) can't discriminate Taeyangin is known to everybody. Objective : We have made an Effort to find out Essence of Taeyangin's Disease. Method : we have examined patient's feeling of improvement, Disease entity, Term of taking medicine, Period of ilness With eath symptoms, Comparison Taeyangin part Marks of QSSC II with Marks of improved Taeyangin questionnaire. Result : According to 43 Case of Patients Treated with Ogapijangchuk-tang, Ogapijangchuk-tang is more effective to cure Fatigue taking Headache and Dizziness than Myalgia and so on. and Item of more improved Taeyangin's constitution Question is more effective than Item of Taeyanin's constitution question in QSCC II.

Even though underground transmission cable is an essential transmission method to supply stable power for downtown and population center, interaction of electromagnetic force from fault current is very large comparing to overhead transmission line due to restricted installation space such as tunnel, etc. and close consideration is required for it. This paper presents countermeasures to reduce and release the effect of electromagnetic force with rope binding and installation of spacer and describes its efficacy through three phase short-circuit test, which will be utilized as basic materials for improvement and development of cleat, hanger, etc. to reduce and release effect of electromagnetic force in the future.

This paper handles with effect of electromagnetic force on the cables by fault current accompanied by accident of underground transmission cable. Even though underground transmission cable is an essential transmission method to supply stable power for downtown and population center, interaction of electromagnetic force from fault current is very large comparing to overhead transmission line due to restricted installation space such as tunnel, etc. and close consideration is required for it. This paper describes the effect of electromagnetic force through results of three phase short-circuit test and electromagnetic force analysis using theoretical calculations and electrical evaluation test after three phase short-circuit test, which will be utilized as basic materials for improvement and development of cleat, hanger, etc. to reduce and release effect of electromagnetic force in the future.
경두개 도플러 초음파를 이용한 현훈 환자의 뇌혈관 혈류 측정에 관한 임상적 연구 (중대뇌동맥, 추골동맥 및 기저동맥을 중심으로)

Objectives : This study was designed to research whether transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD) can yield a suitable diagnosis or prognosis for dizziness. Methods : To evaluate the blood flow, we measured the mean velocity(Vm), peak systolic velocity(Vs) and pulsatility index(PI) of the middle cerebral artery(MCA), vertebral artery(VA) and basilar artery(BA) in 54 dizziness patients and 44 normal subjects. To investigate the difference between dizziness patients and normal subjects, we selected 54 dizziness patients diagnosed normal by Brain MRI, and 44 normal subjects who did not have any symptoms of hyperlipemia, hypertension, diabetes melitus, heart disease, or smoking, diagnosed normal by Brain MRI. 30-69 year olds were divided into 30-49 year olds, 50-59 year olds and 60-69 year olds. Results : In normal subjects, there was a significantly higher Vm, Vs in the MCA and BA, and Vs in the VA of female subjects, and there was a significant difference in PI in the MCA and BA increasing with age. In comparison with normal subjects, dizziness patients had a significantly lower Vm in the BA. Male dizziness patients had significantly lower PI in the MCA. 30-49 year olds had significantly lower Vm in the BA. Conclusions : The significant difference in blood flow velocities in the BA between dizziness patients and normal subjects suggests that dizziness is related to blocking of blood flow in the BA and that diagnosis and prognosis can be made through TCD. More detailed study of dizziness patients will be needed.

As facilities performing the production, processing, preservation, and shipment of agricultural products; agricultural facilities are categorized into planting facilities and livestock facilities based on the management target. Agricultural facilities are set in farmlands, and facility users mainly complain about the legal or institutional restrictions on farm rather than their own facilities itself. From 2009 to 2012, the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) published the “Casebook of farmer Complaints on Farmlands” in order to help answer farmers` questions and support public workers` workloads. However, contents related to agricultural facility installed in farmland are currently not dealt with in particular. Among agricultural facilities, demands of property rights with livestock facilities have risen due to construction permissions, operational restrictions, and high initial investment costs; and relevant laws were revised and are now being executed. However, for planting facilities such as mushroom facilities, ginseng facilities, and greenhouses; farmer complaints related to property rights are constantly increasing because revisions to relevant laws are not being made despite the rising diversity of construction materials through technical developments as well as the rising scale of assets--i.e. mechanization, automation, and the application of New Regeneration Energies according to capital influx. In this study, the current state of relevant agricultural facility legislation were organized and their drawbacks deduced in order to propose improvements of Agricultural Facility Legislation. The result of interviewing with public workers and farmers show that agricultural facilities should be regarded as extensions of farmlands rather than as facilities built in land where development actions were being taken. Alternatives able to reflect these opinions were suggested through expert consultation.

Agricultural information was discussed for suggesting tasks and solutions of knowledge based information system. States of agricultural information systems in rural development administration were described and problems and tasks were summarized in knowledge needs survey of farmers who have to decide many alternatives for farming. Hard to access information are soil state, disease and insect pest. Important information in agriculture are water, soil fertility, soil physical property, and accessibility from main road. In conclusion, knowledge based agricultural information system can be developed based on surveyed needs.
