        FE-BEM을 결합한 벽체의 해석모델 개발

        Methodologies of the finite element and boundary element are combined to achieve an efficient and accurate analysis model of frame structure containing shear wall. This model analyzes the frame by employing the finite element method and the shear wall by boundary element method. This study is applicable to a specific situation, where the boundary element is surrounded by finite elements. By employing FE dominant method in which boundary stiffness matrix is transformed into finite element stiffness matrix, boundary element and finite element method are combined to analyze frame structure with walls.

        농촌지역 실버타운의 수요예측을 위한 노인인구이동 모형의 개발

        An areal elderly migration model (AEMM) was developed to assess the demand of rural development projects targeted towards elderly people. The AEMM was developed with adaptation of the gravity model to represent spatial interaction regarding amenities. Areal characteristics were classified for estimating the amenities from the perspective of net migration. From 1990 to 2000, data were acquired from USCB, PASDA, PAHEALTH, PADCNR, PFBC, and NCDC in 67 Pennsylvania counties for analysis and application. The results revealed that elderly migration can be explained not only by areal characteristics but also by spatial interaction considering the population, distances, and amenities of surrounding areas.

        Development of a Sustainable Regional Economic Growth Model (SREG) Using Multiplier Theory

        This paper develops a Sustainable Regional Economic Growth Model (SREG) which estimates the relation of labor population change and employment increase in each occupation and maximum limits and minimum requirements of employment increase by labor population change in a specified region using multiplier theory. To develop the proposed model, sustainable regional economic growth is defined as a steady increase of labor population over a long term period and the limit of employment increase is defined as the estimated labor population change in the region with no need for commutation from the surrounded areas. Developed model was applied to 67 county in Pennsylvania State and the results revealed that the investment in infrastructure occupations, such as transportation, warehousing, utilities, information, communication, and other public utilities, maximizes the effects for increasing employment, whereas finance, insurance, and real estate occupations have minimum effects for increasing employment. Calculated minimum requirements of occupations show that infra-structure occupations is a critical factor for labor population change and maximum limits of occupations show that agriculture and finance occupations are difficult to increase independently.

        정보계측기법을 이용한 문화재 중요도 평가방안

        In the evaluation of rural amenities, its properties are related with social, cultural, and environmental elements. In this study, Information Measure Model (IMM) and Cultural Property Priority Assessment Model (CPPAM) were developed adapting information measure model with text based surveying data. To apply developed model not only general properties but also specific surveyed data, Specific Information Gathering and Utilizing System (SIGUS) was constructed using the data in Dusan World encyclopedia. IMM shows priorities of cultural property by information in national-designated cultural properties. And CPPAM applied in surveying data in 2004 by Rural Resources Development Institute.

        어메니티 지향적 지방행정을 위한 정책평가 모델의 개발

        According to the growing concerns of the public with efficiency and effects of regional policies, their assessment works have become an important issue. Up to now, several studies have been carried out on economic effects of policies using conventional cost/benefit analysis, while there have been few studies on assessment of amenity oriented policies. From the above consideration, this study tried to develop An Annual Expenditure Assessment Model (AEAM) for amenity-oriented policy-making in rural area. As a pre-work for model development, the hierarchical indices system for rural development and the classification system of expenditure were designed. Being based on high significant relationship between rural amenities and local government expenditure, a linear optimization model for maximization of regional amenity was constructed. Through a case study of Sunchang-gun, Chonbuk-province, the model applicability was ascertained.

        As rural landscape is considered important elements of rurality, there are many concerns about management and conservation. Rural development administration have performed rural amenity resources survey project in South Korea from 2005 for verifying states and efficient management of rural amenity. There are some problems about ambiguous definition of rural landscape range and data overlap. In this research, we reviewed rural amenity resources survey focusing rural landscape and analysized elements of 50 complex landscape resources in 2008 rural amenity selection 100. Finally, we suggested landscape viewpoint resource table in place of rural landscape because it can minimize data overlap in survey project.

        연구보문 : 사회과학 ; 정밀농업을 위한 지식기반형 작물추천 모델 개발

        본 연구에서는 정밀농업 구현을 위해 필수적인 요소인 토양과 기후 그리고 위치요인을 데이터로 구축한 후 이를 수치화하여 최고점수제를 이용하는 지식기반형 작물추천모델을 개발 하였다. 작물추천시스템에서 사용한 요인은 토양과 기후 그리고 위치정보이다. 토양의 경우에는 흙토람 자료 중 작물적지 선정에 80%이상 활용되는 토성, 침식등급, 배수등급, 경사, 자갈함량, pH를 선정하였다. 기후요인은 기상청의 5년간 누적데이터를 기초로 하여 작물생육에 필수적인 기온과 강수량 그리고 일조시간 등을 사용하였다. 위치정보는 한국토지정보시스템과 수치지형도를 가공하여 사용하였다. 예시작물은 농촌진흥청에서 추천한 옥수수, 유채, 갈대, 수박, 고추, 토마토, 양파, 감자, 고구마, 구기자 10개 작물로 하였으며, 향후 작물추천 수요가 증가할 것으로 예상되는 제천, 무안, 원주, 함안 4개 지역을 포괄적으로 시뮬레이션 하였다. 분석결과 평균점수는 고추가 75.5점으로 가장 높았으며 고구마가 61.2점으로 가장 낮았다. 작물별 식재면적에 제약이 있다고 가정하고 2차 시뮬레이션을 실시하여 경남 함안시의 7만 필지를 별도설정하고 분석한 결과 고구마가 39,190필지에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았으며 면적으로는 27.014 ㎢이었다. 지식기반형 작물추천시스템은 작물의 적지를 선정하는 항목과 가중치가 검증되지 않았다는 한계를 가지고 있으나, 이에 대한 보완이 이루어지고, 농산물유통부분을 고려하여 실제 정보수요자에게 제공하면 영농현장에서 활용 가능할 것으로 판단한다. In this research, a Knowledge-based Crop Recommendation Model(KCRM) was developed considering essential components of precision agriculture such as soil, climate, and locational information in Geographical Information System(GIS). KCRM adapt top score system using numerical value of selected factors affecting to crop growing and harvest. In case of soil, we analyzed data in Heuktoram developed and serviced by Rural Development Administration(RDA) and extracted saturn, erosion classes, drainage class, slope, and gravel content which are served more than 80% as factors for selecting suitable crop. In case of climate, temperature, precipitation, and the duration hour of sunshine are used which are essential to crop growth based on 5 year cumulative data of Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA). Locational data was acquired using digital map of Korea Land Information System(KLIS). Ten target crop were selected as corn, rape, reed, watermelon, red pepper, tomato, onion, potato, sweet potato, and chinese matrimony vine which are suggested by RDA in upland field. Four target region were selected as Jaecheon, Muan, Wonju, and Haman considered as regions where crop selection demand will be increased by four-river refurbishment project. Simulation results with no restriction show that red pepper was the higest score as 75.5 and sweet potato was the lowest score as 61.2 in average. In second simulation, We supposed the situation of planned cultivation in each crop can not planted exceeding 70,000 parcels. Simulation results sampled in Haman with size restriction show that sweet potato was the top crop acquire highest score in sampled field.

        남해안 지역의 농업부문 기후변화 취약성 평가를 위한 밭작물 지표종 선정에 관한 연구

        이 연구에서는 기후변화와 기술개발에 의해 생산량 변동이 큰 일년생 밭작물을 대상으로 기후변화 취약성 지표종을 선정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전남 지역의 각 시·군 단위 기후자료와 밭작물 생산 통계자료와의 상관분석을 통해 지역별 지표종을 선정하였다. 연구결과, 기후자료와 단위면적당 밭작물 생산량은 일정한 상관성을 가지며, 특히 연간 일조시간은 높은 상관성을 가지고 있어서 지표항목으로 설정하였다. 각 시·군별 지표종을 종합하여 보면, 고흥군은 콩, 곡성군은 파, 구례군은 고추, 나주시는 감자, 목포시는 오이, 무안군은 참외, 신안군은 파, 영암군은 감자, 완도군은 당근, 장성군은 시금치, 진도군은 호박, 화순군은 배추 등이 선정되었다. 본연구에서는 일조시간과 농작물의 단위면적당 생산량 간의 일정한 상관관계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 기술발전 등 단위면적당 생산량 변화 영향을 미치는 기후 외적인 부분을 제외시킬 수 있다면 기후변화에 의한 지역의 밭작물 변화를 추정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this research, we try to develop an upland indicator plant selection model for vulnerability assessment of climate change. Climate and upland agricultural production data of Jeollanamdo were collected and statistically analyzed for finding the relation. We induced vulnerability from the sensitivity of agricultural production per unit area for excluding social and economic factors in agriculture. The duration of sunshine per year was selected as the representative of climate data because it has discrimination in climate data and relative to total upland agricultural production. Results show that upland indicator plants of climate change are bean in Goheung-gun, green onion in Gokseong-gun, pepper in Gurye-gun, potato in Naju-si, cucumber in Mokpo-si, melon in Muan-gun, allium fistulosum in Sinan-gun, potato in Yeongam-gun, carrot in Wando-gun, spinach in Jangseong-gun, pumpkin in Jindo-gun, and cabbage in Hwasun-gun. We verified that agricultural production per unit area of some upland crops in each region relate with climate change. If there are researches about change of agricultural production per unit area by technical development in each crop, we can estimate the effect of climate change to agriculture by region.
