130nm 이하의 초미세 공정을 위한 저전력 32비트$\times$32비트 곱셈기 설계

본 논문에서는 130nm 이하의 초미세 공정을 위한 저전력 32비트$\times$32비트 곱셈기를 제안한다. 공정이 미세화 되어감에 따라 누설 전류에 의한 정적 전력이 급격하게 증가하여 동적 전력에 비해 무시하지 못할 수준에까지 이르게 된다. 최근 들어 동적 전력과 정적 전력을 동시에 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 MTCMOS에 기반하는 전원 차단 방법이 널리 쓰이고 있지만, 대규모 블록의 전원이 복귀될 때 심각한 전원 잡음이 발생하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 제안하는 곱셈기는 파이프라인 스테이지를 따라 순차적으로 전원을 차단하고 복귀함으로 전원 잡음을 완화시킨다. $0.35{\mu}m$ 공정에서 칩 제작 후 측정하고 130nm 및 90m 공정에서 게이트-트랜지션 수준 모의실험을 실시한 결과 유휴 상태에서의 전력 소모는 $0.35{\mu}m$, 130nm 및 90nm 공정에서 각각 $66{\mu}W,\;13{\mu}W,\;6{\mu}W$이었으며 동작 시 전력 소모의 $0.04\sim0.08%$에 불과하였다. 기존의 클록 게이팅 기법은 공정이 미세화되어감에 따라 전력 감소 효율이 떨어지지만 제안하는 곱셈기에서는 이러한 문제점이 발생하지 않았다. This paper proposes a novel low-power $32bit\times32bit$ multiplier for deep submicron technologies beyond 130nm. As technology becomes small, static power due to leakage current significantly increases, and it becomes comparable to dynamic power. Recently, shutdown method based on MTCMOS is widely used to reduce both dynamic and static power. However, it suffers from severe power line noise when restoring whole large-size functional block. Therefore, the proposed multiplier mitigates this noise by shutting down and waking up sequentially along with pipeline stage. Fabricated chip measurement results in $0.35{\mu}m$ technology and gate-transition-level simulation results in 130nm and 90nm technologies show that it consumes $66{\mu}W,\;13{\mu}W,\;and\;6{\mu}W$ in idle mode, respectively, and it reduces power consumption to $0.04%\sim0.08%$ of active mode. As technology becomes small, power reduction efficiency degrades in the conventional clock gating scheme, but the proposed multiplier does not.

Increasing the numerical aperture (NA) of an optical system is considered as a resolution enhancing technology. In extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography, however, it is hard to use optics with a NA value higher than 0.45 without interference between the incident and reflected light cones at the mask. To avoid this, the incident angle must be increased from 6° to 9°, but the resulting imbalance in reflected EUV light with the different incidence angle, in addition to the mask shadowing effect, can deteriorate the imaging performance of the mask. In this paper, a phase-shifting absorber stack is proposed for high-NA EUVL applications. Aerial image simulation was performed at 0.45NA, an incident angle of 9° and 6× demagnification to compare the imaging properties of a TaBN binary intensity mask with the new TaBN/Mo phase shift mask. The mask 3D effect was mitigated by adopting the phase shifting absorber stack. As a result, image contrast and normalized image log-slope were improved and horizontal-vertical critical dimension bias was significantly decreased. (Received April 5, 2016)

Aim : The ultimate goal of periodontal treatment is regeneration of periodontium that have been lost due to inflammatory periodontal disease. Recently, Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate bone substitute have been introduced to achieve periodontal regeneration. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate(BoneMedik-DM<SUP>®</SUP>, Meta Biomed Co., Ltd. Oksan, Korea) on periodontal intrabony defects. Methods and materials ; Clinical effects of Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate implantation in intrabony defects were evaluated 6 months after surgery in Sixty-one intrabony defects from Fourty-six patients with chronic periodontitis. Twenty-nine experimental defects in twenty-five patients received the Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate(test group), while Thirty-Three defects in twenty-one patients were treated with flap procedure only(control group). Comparative observation were done for preoperative and postoperative differences between control and experimental clinical parameters,-clinical attachment loss(CAL), probing depth(PD), bone probing depth(BPD), gingival recession. Results : Postoperative improvements in CAL, PD, BPD were observed in both test and control groups(P<0.01). However, the improvements in CAL, PD, BPD of the test group were significantly greater than control group. Conclusion : Healing of the both groups were uneventful during experimental periods. Use of Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate in a flap operation resulted in significantly greater improvements in CAL, PD, and BPD over flap operation alone. Silicon contained Coralline Hydroxyapatite and Beta Tricalcium Phosphate will be good bone substitute materials for treatment of intrabony defects.

최근들어 모바일기기의 다기능화 와 고성능화로 인하여, 배터리 사용량이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 필요한 컴퓨팅 파워에 비하여 배터리의 에너지 용량증가의 연구는 더디게 진행되고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 우리는 배터리 방전특성을 이용하여, 배터리의 사용가능 유효용량을 증가시키는 연구를 하였으며, 무선 전송에서 시스템파워를 끄는 것만으로 배터리 사용시간 연장을 하는 기술을 설명한다. 실험은 표준영상 전송을 통하여 배터리 방전간격에 따른 배터리 사용시간을 측정하고, 사용될 어플리케이션과 발견적 실험을 통하여 배터리 사용시간의 최적화를 달성하였다. In recent years, mobile devices and high-hearth because of the multi-functional, battery usage is increasing. But compared to the required computing power increases the battery's energy capacity of the research is going slowly. In this paper we use the battery discharge characteristics, can be used in battery research and to increase the effective capacity, wireless transmission of power from the system just by turning off the technology to extend battery life is explained. Experimental transmission of images through the standard battery drain intervals according to measuring battery life, and applications used in these experiments and heuristic to optimize battery run time was achieved.
중등도 치주질환에 대한 Vitamin C, Vitamin E, lysozyme, carbazochrome (이가탄<SUP>®</SUP>) 복합제제의 임상 효과

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, lysozyme, carbazochrome complex medicine(IGATAN<SUP>®</SUP>) for periodontal disease Material and Methods: The study was performed by double blinded, ramdomized method. Forty two subjects diagnosed as chronic incipient or moderate periodontitis at department of periodontology, Yonsei Dental Hospital were included in the study. This study was approved by Institutional Review Board, Yonsei Universtiy Hospital. All subjects received scaling at their first examination and second examination was scheduled after 2 weeks. At second examination, periodontal parameters such as plaque index(PI), gingival index(GI), probing depth(PD), bleeding on probing(BOP), gingival recession(GR) and clinical attachment level(CAL) were recorded(Baseline) with prescription of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, lysozyme, carbazochrome complex(IGATAN<SUP>®</SUP>) (Experimental group 23 subjects) or placebo medicine(Control group; 19 subjects). The subjects were recalled after 4 weeks for periodontal parameters measurement. Results: In the experimental groups, PI, GI, CAL and BOP scores were significantly reduced at 4 weeks compared to baseline. A statistically significant decrease in GI and BOP scores were observed in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: It can be concluded that Vitamin C, Vitamin E, lysozyme, carbazochrome complex medicine(IGATAN<SUP>®</SUP>) have an effect in reducing gingival bleeding and improving periodontal inflammatory condition inchronic incipient- moderate periodontitis.

단위 테스팅은 소프트웨어의 품질과 안정성에 큰 기여를 함에도 불구하고 수작업으로 수행되는 경우가 많다. 일감 관리 도구인 Redmine과 지속 통합 도구 프로그램인 Jenkins는 서버에 설치되어 이용되고 있으므로 구성 및 변경이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로젝트의 품질을 높이고 테스트의 편의성을 향상시키며, 수동으로 수행하는 테스팅의 불편함을 해소하고자 Python 기반의 단위 테스팅을 자동화하는 클라이언트 프로그램을 Selenium과 REST API를 사용하여 각각 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 통하여 소프트웨어의 결과물과 개발 프로젝트의 프로세스 및 완성된 프로그램의 품질 향상 및 편의성 증대가 기대된다. Unit testing is often done manually despite its significant contribution to the quality and stability of the software. Redmine, a work management tool, and Jenkins, a continous integration tool program, are installed and used on servers, making configuration and changes difficult. In this paper, we designed and implemented client programs that automate Python-based unit testing through Selenium and REST API to improve the quality of software projects, improve the ease of testing, and eliminate the inconvenience of manual testing. This is expected to improve the quality and convenience of software product, processes for development projects, and finished programs.
