For example, Ilsan, Bundang, Pyeongchon, the middle east, and leads to a new town development is such Pangyo, suburbanization phenomenon was caused. Therefore, this study ‘Morning of Kyounghee Palace’, including the old Town is another destination Nam Mountain ‘Trapalace’ to target residents of the Housing Choice survey conducted to identify factors that, based on this Multiple Regression Analysis, the correlation between residential satisfaction and analyzed. it appeared that the residential satisfaction that the residents of urban multipurpose buildings in seoul feel were considerably high in general and it seems to need to increase the value of realestate by rasing quality of interior design of buildings, improving indoor safety, comfort and maximizing the urban attraction such as traffic convenience of running in all directions, advantage from job-housing proximity, affluent urban convenience facilities, affluent parks, resting space like Namsan, old palace.
민간임대주택 잠재 임차인의 주거 선택요인이 입주의사에 미치는 영향분석

본 연구는 사회적 문제로 떠오르고 있는 주거안정화 정책으로서 정부가 추진하고 있는 뉴스테이등 다양한 민간임대주택의 주요 소비계층의 주거선택요인을 탐색하고 입주의사에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하기 때문에 민간임대주택시장의 건설에 있어서 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 도출 된 5개의 요인이 입주의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경제성의 세부변수를 살펴보면 임대료 및 관리비의 적절성, 임차기간의 안정성, 등과 함께 실용적인 내부설계 및 공간배치 등과 같은 요인의 공통적인 요소로서 금전적 경제성과 함께 공간적 측면의 경제적 활용 가능성을 염두 하는 것으로 판단한다. 둘째. 대중교통 인프라 및 교육환경, 공공시설, 생활편의시설 등의 입지적 요인은 주거선택에 있어서 중요한 요인으로 볼 수 있으며, 이는 다양한 선행연구 결과와 동일한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 셋째. 편의성은 단지 내 주차공간, 보육시설, 여가시설 등에 대한 부분도 중요하게 여기고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 넷째. 주택브랜드, 지역의 이미지 같은 상징성과 건물외관의 형태, 디자인의 심미적 요인 또한 주거선택에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, the complication and large scale of the construction project have caused a lot of problems of cooperation and information sharing. There are many research activities based on techniques of the virtual construction system. For solving this problems, There are many research activities. But, the research, related on an equipment planning, is lacking for sharing and exchanging the information among participants of the project. Therefore, This paper is one of the researches for making an infrastructure of the equipment planning that is one of the virtual construction system. This paper is focused on Tower-Crane and should analyze the process for the selection of Tower-Cranes, through analysing proceeding researches and real construction sites, and Database ,previously using in BIM tools. As a result, making Database, based on real used Tower-Crane, import in BIM tools. Adopting of the Database based on actual Tower-Cranes enables participants to review expecting problems, which can reappear in real construction site, by building construction structures in a BIM system. This function could be used as an important tool of virtual construction system.

Takayasu`s arteritis is a common etiology of renovascular hypertension in orientals. We report a case of renovascular hypertension caused by Takayasu`s arteritis in a 18-year-old male patient. The narrowed renal artery was treated by renal artery stenting and blood pressure was normalized after the procedure. Restenosis was suspected after 7 months follow-up because his blood pressure was elevated.(Korean J Med 62:289-292, 2002)
현장 Mock-up의 BIM 기반 시뮬레이션 기법 적용성 분석 연구

Construction project is completed through several stages and problems of each stage affect directly not only now but also next. Defect of 2D drawings influence in construction phase, and it make many loss on project. Nowadays we practically use real Mock-up test in construction sites to solve the problems. But it also has many problems which are waste much money and time. Therefore, this study tries to analyze effect that is occurred by appling BIM Mock-up simulation instead of real Mock-up execution. These analysis is conducted by comparing two construction building site. These have same shape but one is made for BIM Mock-up, and another is real Mock-up. Comparison points of view are cost, time and operator‘s satisfaction. It is expect that BIM Mock-up is more effective at low cost and on shorter time.

Existing problem of 4D simulation is linking 3D model part to activity. These problem make lose of time and cost, construction simulation can not be used frequently. So, construction industry apply 4D simulation only for visualization in oder to media hype. For making best use of construction simulation, methods of automating process should be propesed. Therefore, this study tries to improve method of making 4D simulation. First, existing method were analyzed and strong point was abstracted. Next, two type of 4D simulation method are developed for pre-construction and construction phase. Additionally, conditions of 4D automation wereproposed.
