우리나라는 고도성장을 이루면서 도시의 수와 양은 늘어났지만, 상대적으로 농촌은 농가 인구 감소 및 노령화 현상이 나타나 낙후된 곳으로 전락되어, 이제는 농촌의 재생이란 관점에서 접근이 필요한 상황에 직면해 있다. 본 연구에서는 농촌의 발전을 위하여 현재의 농촌의 모습을 조망하고, 법률적인 차원에서 농촌의 재생을 위한 고찰을 시도하고자 한다. 문헌고찰을 포함, 농촌의 현황을 파악하여 농촌을 대상으로 한 정부정책은 어떤 것이 있는 지를 조사한 후, 도심재생에 대한 분석을 통하여 농촌을 재생시킬 수 있는 법의 체계를 파악하도록 한다. 그리고 농촌과 관련된 법률을 모두 조사하여, 도시 재생 및 활성화에 관한 특별법을 근간으로 농촌의 재생을 진작시킬 수 있는 법(가칭농촌재생법)의 가이드라인을 제시하도록 한다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This research aimed at presenting the direction on the law clauses' composition for Korea farm village's development through comparing urban regeneration to rural's. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on rural law clauses comparing to the urban regeneration' law. The urban law was used for legislating farm regeneration' law clauses that consequently were composed of existing farm laws. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The research team showed the guideline of farm generation's law which was composed of 34 clauses. 2. RESULTS A lot of Korea farms have been in difficulty due to aging of major constituents, lack of population, labor shortage, opening international markets, and farm household debts. However, a few research, which have dealt with the currently existing problem and status in farms, have been conducted to regenerate farm villages. Therefore, the research team proposed, so called, 'Farm generation law' clauses.
현장 Mock-up의 BIM 기반 시뮬레이션 기법 적용성 분석 연구

Construction project is completed through several stages and problems of each stage affect directly not only now but also next. Defect of 2D drawings influence in construction phase, and it make many loss on project. Nowadays we practically use real Mock-up test in construction sites to solve the problems. But it also has many problems which are waste much money and time. Therefore, this study tries to analyze effect that is occurred by appling BIM Mock-up simulation instead of real Mock-up execution. These analysis is conducted by comparing two construction building site. These have same shape but one is made for BIM Mock-up, and another is real Mock-up. Comparison points of view are cost, time and operator‘s satisfaction. It is expect that BIM Mock-up is more effective at low cost and on shorter time.
BIM발주를 위한 IPD의 다자간계약 사례분석에 관한 연구

The recent domestic and foreign construction projects tend to be in more large scale, complicate and free forms. This makes the whole project management being the most critical factor of the success. And it becomes now a trend to utilize BIM, which enables to share information by using 3D CAD in the whole areas from schematic design to its construction and management phase. While the number of orders for construction projects based on BIM is increasing, their corresponding delivery system is still insufficient to follow up this trend. In this paper, we analyze the multi-party contract system ? one of the new characteristics of IPD, and each case in Studies Case before we research the possibility of importing this system into Korea.

There are still many casualties in the construction industry. In the event of an accident, not only casualties but also the economic loss of the employer is large. In order to reduce the incidence of accidents, the government has come up with various policies, but it has not shown any clear effect. Among the high-tech technologies caused by the development of high technology and digitalization of the construction industry, VR and CCTV are examined, and the use of technologies in accidents such as falls, falls, and collapses is identified, and the expected effect is suggested.
세종시의 출현이 대전, 청주 지역에 미칠 영향 예측에 관한 기초 연구

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to make a predictable model by analyzing the effect from Ilsan and Bundang New City to West-North and South Seoul area for predicting effect and trend of Daejeon and Chung-Ju area near Sejong city. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on real estate cost historical data. The data for this analysis were collect from bank's web site. This data consisted of the status of real estate in Seoul and Dae-jean city. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The research team found that estate strategy and national policy strongly affected to real estate cost and trend. 2. RESULTS The results of this study were as follows; It seems that Sejong city apparently effect to the real estate market in Daejeon and Chung-Ju area. nevertheless it is difficult to find relationship between Ilsan, Bundang new city and West-North and South Seoul area through preliminary this research.
