A 5 days working system and a 6 days working system will be put in force at a food service consumption behavior of company workers. As a 5 days working system have adopted company, which the number of employee is more than 50, from July 1, 2007. The purpose of this paper is to study the In food service consumption behavior of company workers. There is no doubt that it is only way of surviving In current society to analyze the change of social situation and actively cope with the development. Especially, in the field of restaurant industries, they have to be equipped with a great store of experience and skill, theory and practical business, pertinent and rapid disposal. Consequently, it is very important to know the objective and practical knowledge for the restaurant industries trend by having a through grasp of the need of consumer and their propensity to consume. In order to study motives of eating-out and restaurants selection, office workers, who live in the national capital region, are interviewed. The period of interview is from Oct 1 to Nov 20, 2007. According to the result of interview, The most workers prefer to eating-out on week with family and friends. But family is eating-out the more preference to weekend compare to friends. And it is deduced that restaurant near tourist resorts or outside the city rather than in downtown will be prosperous with this result. That is to say, workers go out to eat delicious food regardless of traffic problem and distance, with the increase of national income and the car holding. This paper is worthy of notice in terms of trying to find the relevance between the working system and the restaurant industries development. In after research, I expect the more synthetic and deeper study should be made though the more technical methods.

Fracture mechanics analysis (FMA) is an essential work for integrity evaluation of nuclear power plant. The flaws inspected by In-Service Inspection(ISI) should be confirmed by FMA for the decision of the operation status of stop or continuance. The basic data for FMA are the stress of the interested area. The purpose of this research is to develop a system which can obtain stress data efficiently based on various database. Mesh generation program generates mesh using MSC/PATRAN and provides input file for finite element analysis according to the databases (shape, dimension, transient and material). The stress data from the finite element analysis are stored to be stress database so that it can be applied to FMA. As an example, the system developed by this study is applied to pressurizer nozzle and confirmed to be a useful tool for efficient FMA.

The development of farm villages into ecovillages aims at creating an alternative that reconciles the environment with economy, the two practical issues faced by farm villages. Recently various projects are being carried out to resolve the weak competitiveness of farm villages and to induce environment-friendly development, but they have basic limitations in improving farm villages. Thus, the present study purposed to examine the possibility of transforming farm villages into ecovillages as an alternative for solving these problems more effectively. Thus this study selected Sori Village to experiment the possibility of transforming farm villages into ecovillages, presented the process of planning using environmental planning indicators, and verified its validity through designing an experimental model.
국내 OEM/ODM 화장품 제조기업의 생산계획 및 효율화를 위한 분산형 MRP시스템 개발

Up to date cosmetic OEM/ODM (original equipment manufacturing/original development manufacturing) industry receives attention as a future growth engine due to steady growth. However, because of limited research and development capability, many companies have employed commercial management platforms specialized for large-sized companies; thus, overall system effectiveness and efficiency is low. Especially, MRP (material requirement planning) system introduced originally in 1970s is employed to calculate the requirement of the parts. However, dynamic nature of production lead time usually results in incorrect requirements. In addition, its algorithm does not consider the capability of the production resources. Also, because the commercial MRP system calculates all subcomponent for fixed period, the more goods have subcomponent, the slower calculation is. Therefore, conventional MRP system cannot respond complicated situation in time. In this study, we will suggest a new method that can respond to complicated situations resulting from short lead time and urgent production order in Korean cosmetic market. In particular, a distributed MRP system is proposed, that consists of multi-functional and operational modules, based on the characteristic of the BOM (bill of material). The distributed MRP system divides components (i.e. products and parts) into several fields and decrease the problem size; thus, we can respond to dynamically changed data any time. Through this solution, we can order components quickly, adjust schedules and planned quantity, and manage stocks reasonably. In addition, a prototype of the distributed MRP system is presented in this paper, in which ERP (enterprise resource planning) sever data is associated with an excel spreadsheet via MSsql. System user interface is implemented by a VBA (visual basic for applications) tool. According to a case study, response rate for delivery and planning achievement rate were enhanced about 20%, and inventory turnover was also decreased. Consequently, the proposed system improves overall profit.
초등학생의 손글씨 쓰기 유창성과 쓰기 능력, 쓰기 태도와의 상관관계 분석

본 연구는 초등학교 학생들의 손글씨 쓰기 유창성과 글쓰기 태도, 쓰기 능력과의 상관관계를 알아보고 이를 통해 초등학교 쓰기 수업에서 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 스마트 펜을 활용하여 초등학교 2, 3학년 학생 42명에 대해 손글씨 쓰기 유창성 측정, 글쓰기 태도 검사, 쓰기능력에 대한 평가와 이들 간의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 실험 결과 손글씨 쓰기 유창성과 글쓰기 태도, 쓰기 능력에는 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이에 따라 3가지의 시사점을 도출하였다. 시사점은 교육과정에 손글씨 쓰기 유창성에 대한 성취기준에 대한 명확한 제시, 교실에서 교사의 학생들에 대한 손글씨 유창성에 대한 파악, 스마트 펜을 활용한 학생들의 손글씨 쓰기 지도 연구의 필요성이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between handwriting fluency, writing attitude, and ability of writing of elementary school students and to obtain implications in elementary school writing classes. To this end, 42 second and third graders in elementary school used smart pens to measure handwriting fluency, check writing attitude, and evaluate the ability of writing, and investigate the correlation between them. As a result of the experiment, there was a significant correlation between handwriting fluency, writing attitude, and writing ability. Accordingly, three implications were derived. The implications are the need to clearly present achievement standards for handwriting fluency in the curriculum, to understand the teacher’s handwriting fluency for students in the classroom, and to study handwriting guidance for students using smart pens.
