        모반세포성 모반에서 발생한 악성 흑자 1 예

        Lentigo maligna(LM) is a pigmented lesion that occurs on the sun-exposed skin of an older patients and may become lentigo maligna melanoma(LMM). Currently the percentage of LM type melanoma appears to be increasing, and this rise has been attributed to increasing UV radiation exposure. In addition to UV radiation, estrogen and progesterone, and nonpermanent hair dyes have been proposed as risk factors. A case is a 66-year-old female with a 3 years history of pigmented patch. She had a gradually enlarging irregular bordered brown to black mottled patch on the right temple area. Histologic examination revealed atypical melanocytes along the basal layer of atrophic epidermis, arranged in solitary units and small nests. Perilesional skin showed many scattered melanophages and regressing nevus cell nests which suggested preexisting nevus underwent regressive change. On the basis of clinicopathologic examination we diagnosed this case as lenigo maligna arising from nevocytic nevus and then we removed the lesion by wide surgical excision and could not find any recurrence until now.

        한국 대학 교양교육에 만족을 주는 서비스 품질요인과 교육요인 및 단과대학별 만족도 분석 연구

        본 연구는 한국 대학의 교양교육 서비스와 만족도에 관한 연구이다. 연구 분석 결과 학생들은 교수들의 공감성 및 신뢰성 그리고 모든 서비스 품질요인들에 만족을 하고 공부하고 싶은 과목과 학점취득이 쉬운 과목에 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공부의 양과 수강생수의 규모 등 수업의 내용과 질에 영향을 줄 수 있는 교육 요인들은 만족도에 전혀 영향을 주고 있지 않다. 학생들은 좋아하는 과목을 교수들이 쉽고 편하게 자상하게 해주면서 학점을 잘 주면 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigated the relation between the liberal arts education service and students' satisfaction. The results of the study show that students are satisfied with all of five service quality factors, students' intention of studying, full time instructors' teaching and high GPA in taking liberal arts classes. However, educational factors such as the quantity of home work, frequency of test and the size of class, which can influence the quality and contents of classes, do not impact the students' satisfaction of liberal arts education. The college students of Korea may tend to be more satisfied with the liberal arts classes which they feel easier to study and to get better grades.

        비호발 부위에 발생한 피지선암 2 예 - Muir - Torre 증후군 1 예 -

        Sebaceous carcinoma is a malignant tumor derived from the adnexal epithelium of sebaceous glands and is usually located on the meibomian glands of the eyelid, but may occur on the extraocular sites. We present two cases of sebaceous carcinoma developed on the unusual site. The first case was 66-year old woman, who had 2.2×3.0cm sized, yellowish, verrucous surfaced plaque on the abdomen for 20 years. The second case of 79-year old man had annular shaped erythematous greasy patch with peripherally located flat plaque on the left scapular area for 1 month. His past medical history included subtotal gastrectomy for early gastric cancer(type II a) and could not find any recurrence or metastasis for 4 years duration. The histopathologic examination revealed irregular, variable sized tumor lobules. Each lobule was composed of sebaceous and undifferentiated cells showing considerable variation in the shape and size of their nuclei and prominent nucleoli. On the basis of clinicopathologic examination we diagnosed first case as sebaceous carcinoma and second case as Muir-Torre syndrome.

        패스트푸드 프랜차이지의 서비스품질과 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 관한 인과관계 연구

        This study was conducted to identify which service quality factors influence customers’satisfaction and revisiting of the fast food shops in Korea. The result of this study shows that food quality is the most important factor for the fast food shop customers’satisfaction and revisiting intention.Food service industry has been dramatically increased for last ten years in Korea because of increasing income and the number of working women. Nowadays foreign style restaurants have been more popular than traditional Korean restaurants to Korean young people. Among foreign style restaurants, fast food shop has been grown for last ten years. Fast food industry belongs to service industry and service quality is very important to operate fast food shop. It is necessary that fast food shops improve service quality to get competitive advantages. Before improving service quality, it is very important to identify critical service quality factors influencing customers’satisfaction and intention of revisiting. Thus, this study conducted an empirical study to provide strategic suggestions for improving fast food shop customers’satisfaction and intention of revisiting.Based on the review of related literature, six service quality factors including PZB (1988)’s five service quality dimensions were selected in this study. They are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and quality of foods. Among six service quality dimensions, tangibility was redefined as quality of shop and quality of foods because tangibility includes foods and all equipments, facilities of shop and everything of shop building. Thus, among six quality factors, quality of foods and quality of shop were used to measure tangible service quality factor. Reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy were utilized as the observational variables for intangible service quality factor. And it is necessary to develop items to measure the quality of foods. Five variables of taste, fresh materials, sanitation, shape, temperature were employed to measure the quality of foods. And then we designed a causal model to find out the service quality factors influencing customers’satisfaction and intention of revisiting in Korean KFC shops.According to the purpose of this study, we collected data from respondents who visited KFC shops in Seoul, Korea. Four KFC branches respectively at Kangnam and Incheon Airport, Seoul National University, Donamdong were selected for data collection respectively. Data collection process was conducted in February, 2002. We collected total 489 questionnaires from people visiting four KFC shops selected for collecting data in Seoul, Korea.After collecting data, the dimensionality of the six service quality factors were examined by means of a confirmatory factor analysis. Although Chi square is significant, GFI, AGFI, and RMR appear good. Thus, the result of CFA suggests that six quality dimensions were confirmed. And then a structural equations model analysis was conducted to identify which factors among six service quality factors influence customers’satisfaction and repurchase intention of the fast food franchisees in Korea. Although Chi square is significant, the values of GFI, AGFI, and RMR are appropriate. Thus, the fitness of model is fine. The results of the causal analysis show that food quality is the most important factor for the fast food shop customers’satisfaction and shop quality also influences customers’satisfaction. But they don’t influence the repurchase intention of the customers. In addition customers’satisfaction impacts the repurchase intention of customers. However, intangible service quality does not influence customers’satisfaction. The results of this study give a very important suggestion that geographical location and building values of shop, which are very expensive to maintain in Korea, do influence customers’satisfaction.         두피에 우췌상 병변을 보인 낙엽상 천포창 1 예

        Pemphigus foliaceus is a rare, relatively mild and chronic variety of pemphigus which is characterized by superficial flaccid bullae which show acantholytic changes in the upper part of the epidermis histopathologically. Present case is a 40-year-old female with a 2 month history of yellowish colored verrucous plaques on the whole scalp. 6 years ago, she had been admitted to our hospital because of nearly generalized erythematous eroded patches, crusted plaques and bullae and diagnosed as pemphigus foliaceus and treated with corticosteroid and methotrexate. 2 months ago, an additional lesion was found on the scalp, where yellowish colored, verrucous surfaced plaques were observed. Histologic examination on the verrucous plaque showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and papillomatosis with acantholysis in the granular layer, leading to a subcomeal blister and dyskeratotic granular keratinocytes were seen within the blister. On the basis of clinicopathologic examination we diagnosed as pemphigus foliaceus and then we treated her with prednisolone and the skin lesion had subsided 7 months later. We report a patient of pemphigus foliaceus who was presented with verrucous surfaced plaque, which clinically mimicked pemphigus vegetans.

        증권회사 홈트레이딩 시스템(HTS)의 서비스 품질과 고객만족에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 홈 트레이딩 시스템(HTS)의 서비스 품질요인을 파악하고, 파악된 품질요인과 HTS사용자의 만족도, 충성도와의 관계, 더 나아가 이런 요인들이 증권회사에 대한 고객 만족도와 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 고찰하였다. (1) HTS 서비스 품질요인으로 PZB(1985)의 확신성, 신뢰성, 유형성, 반응성, 공감성의 다섯 가지 요인을 채택하였으며, (2) 이 요인들은 HTS 사용자 만족도와 증권회사에 대한 만족충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (3) 또한, 홈 트레이딩 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도는 증권사에 대한 만족충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 현대 증권거래의 필수적 거래수단이 되고 있는 HTS의 품질요인과 이러한 요인들이 HTS와 증권회사에 대한 서비스 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 증권회사의 실적 제고와 고객 서비스 향상에 기여하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the home trading system (HTS) of the security companies in order to examine the critical factors of HTS service quality and the effect of these factors on HTS customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show : (1) the quality factors of HTS are assurance, reliability, tangible, responsiveness, and empathy, (2) and these quality factors significantly affect customer satisfaction on HTS and customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company. (3) Also, customer satisfaction on HTS plays an important role in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to the security company.

And then the feasible application of up to date glasses for next developing rolling stock was studied.
