경찰관의 여가시간 중 스포츠 활동 참여만족이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경찰관의 스포츠 활동 만족도가 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구대상은 서울지방경찰청, 인천지방경찰청, 경기지방경찰청 산하 경찰관으로 조사도구인 설문지는 스포츠 활동 만족도, 직무태도중 직무만족 요인, 조직몰입 요인으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 Windows용 통계프로그램 SPSS 13.0 version을 이용하여 스포츠 활동 만족도가 직무 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 스포츠 활동 만족도가 직무 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠활동 만족의 하위 요인인 신체적 만족(B=253)과 교육적 만족(B=421)은 직무 만족에 정적(+) 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 활동 만족의 하위 요인인 신체적 만족(B=157)과 교육적 만족(B=544)은 조직 몰입에 정적(+) 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of satisfaction with sports activities on job attitude for policemen. The subject of this study are policemen who under the command of Seoul National Police Agency, Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency, Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency. The questionnaires are composed of factors affecting job-satisfaction, satisfaction of sports-activity for leisure, and attitude for job. For analyzing an effect on a job-attitude by satisfaction through the sports activities, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, were used, the main results of this study are as follows: First, physical satisfaction (B=.253) and educational satisfaction (B=.421) of satisfaction of sports-activity for leisure effected positively on job satisfaction of policemen, Second, physical satisfaction (B=.157) and educational satisfaction (B=.544) of satisfaction of sports-activity for leisure effected positively on organizational commitment of policemen.

Recently many efforts were focused to understanding the mechanical insights of melanogenesis to develop the agents for hyper-pigmentation and hypo-pigmentation. In the melanin biosynthetic pathway, tyrosinase is the rate limiting enzyme, and ${\alpha}$-melanocyte stimulating hormone(MSH) or cAMP-elevating agents stimulate melanogenesis and enhance the melanin synthesis and the tyrosinase activity. The author has analyzed the effects of Radix Trichosanthis on the basal Melanogenic activities of Bl6/F10 mouse melanoma cells, and on the ${\alpha}$-MSH or forskolin-induced melanogenesis. Radix Trichosanthis alone markedly suppressed melanin content and tyrosinase activity in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment of the cells with Radix Trichosanthis also suppressed the increase of ${\alpha}$-MSH(10 nM) or forskolin(20 ${\mu}$M)-induced melanin content and tyrosinase activity. The decrease in the tyrosinase activity was paralled by a decrease in the abundance of tyrosinase protein and tyrosinase promoter activity. Pretreatment of the cells with Radix Trichosanthis also inhibited the increase of forskolin(20 ${\mu}$M) induced the amount of tyrosinase protein and tyrosinase promoter activity. The results of DOPA staining revealed that pretreatment of the cells with Radix Trichosanthis showed less intensity than B16 melanoma cells stimulated with ${\alpha}$-MSH or forskolin. These results suggest that Radix Trichosanthis inhibits melanogenesis and abrogates ${\alpha}$-MSH and cAMP-induced melanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells.
감초 물추출물의 멜라닌 형성 억제효과 및 기전에 관한 연구

The effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract, known as depigmenting agent, on melanin biosynthesis was investigated in cellular level by using B16 mouse melanoma cells. The inhibitory effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract on melanogenesis was determined by mushroom tyrosinase assay traditionally using in vitro screening test. To determine whether Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract suppress melanin synthesis in cellular level, B16 mouse melanoma cells were cultured in the presence of different concentrations of Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract. Effects on cell proliferation, melanin biosynthesis, tyrosinase activity, DOPAchrome tautomerase activity, and expression level of mRNA for tyrosinase were examined. The maximum concentration of Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract that was not inhibitory to growth of the cells was 2 mgml. At that concentration, melanin synthesis was significantly inhibited without cytotoxicity after 5 days, compared with untreated cells. The treatment with Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract reduced tyrosinase and DOPAchrome tautomerase activity in a dose-dependent manner. However, the treatment with Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract did not affect significantly mRNA levels for tyrosinase. These results suggest that the inhibitory effect of Glycyrrhizae Radix water extract on melanogenesis is correlated with the suppression of tyrosinase and DOPAchrome tautomerase activity more than altering mRNA levels of tyrosinase.
In vivo와 In vitro 평가모델을 利用한 韓藥抽出物의 毛髮成長 및 促進에 미치는 實驗的 硏究

To screen the effective materials for hair loss treatment, several natural extracts were tested using in vivo and in vitro test models. Firstly, all test materials were applicated onto the back skin of C57BL/6 mouse and then hair growth promoting effect was measured using hair growth index. As a result, Prunus mume, black bean, Brassica campestris subsp. black sesame and Rubi Fructus showed potent hair growth promoting effect, ranking as 1.5-2.0 of hair growth index. However, there were no plant extracts, which have remarkable potential of growth promotion of human hair dermal papilla cells cultured in vitro. In the experiments of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ inhibition assay, Prunus mume, Eriobotryae Folium showed effective potential to inhibit the activity of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ. To investigate the possible involvement of the effect of several plant extracts on the gene expression of growth factors in human hair dermal papilla cells, RT - PCR analyses were performed. However, there were no plant extracts, which have profound effect on the gene expression of several growth factors such as IGF-I, KGF, HGF and VEGF in the dermal papilla cells. Another tests for inhibition of microbial such as P. acne were also carried out to find whether these plant extracts have anti -microbial activities. Rubi Fructus showed anti -microbial effects on Propionibacterium acnes, which is believed as a pathogen of acne. Together, these results showed several plant extracts can be used for hair growth promotion.
