5 세 누리과정과 초등학교 1-2 학년 교육과정의 미술영역 연계성 분석 :

본 연구는 5세 누리과정 중 어린이집 프로그램과 초등 1-2학년 교육과정의 미술영역의 연계성을 비교·분석하여 미술교육의 효율적인 연계를 위한 실천방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 교육과정의 주요한 구성요소인 교육목표, 학습내용, 동기유발의 요소, 표현기법과 표현재료를 분석기준으로 설정하여 5세 누리과정의 어린이집 프로그램과 초등 1-2학년 교육과정의 미술영역의 연계성을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육목표 측면에서 누리과정과 초등교육과정과의 연계는 적절한 수준에서 교육과정의 목표를 제시하고 연계가 되고 있었다. 둘째, 학습내용 측면에서의 연계비율은 누리과정은 낮게, 초등 교육과정에서는 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 동기유발 활동 측면에서 누리과정에서는 다양한 동기유발이 이루어지고 있었으며 초등교육과정에서는 인지적 대화법에 치중되어 있었다. 넷째, 표현기법과 재료 측면에서 누리과정에는 입체표현과 조작적 활동이 많이 이루지는 반면 초등 교육과정에서는 평면 표현에 치중되어 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 5세 누리과정과 초등 1-2학년 교육과정 미술교육의 바람직한 연계방향 및 연계방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose is this study is to suggest practical programs for efficient connectivity in arts education by comparing and analyzing the connectivity between arts education curriculums for the first and second graders in elementary school and for the 5-year-old Nuri curriculum in kindergarten. In order to do that, main components of education curriculum as education goal, study materials and motivation induction components were extracted. At the same time, by setting the expression style and expression material as the analyzing standard, the degree of connectivity in arts education curriculum for the first and second graders and 5-year-old Nuri curriculum was analyzed. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, in terms of education goal, Nuri curriculum and elementary school curriculum showed proper degree of connectivity in suggesting the education goal; they were well connected. Second, in terms of study material, it is shown to be low in Nuri curriculum while high in elementary school curriculum. Third, in terms of motivation induction activity, various motivation induction activities were performed in Nuri curriculum in kindergarten. However, in elementary school curriculum, it was focused on cognitive conversation methods. Fourth, in terms of expression style and materials, more of three-dimensional expression and creating activities were performed in Nuri curriculum in kindergarten while it was focused on flat, two-dimensional, expression in elementary school curriculum. The findings may be useful in providing basic data on ideal direction and methods for better connectivity in arts education curriculum for the first and second graders and 5-year-old Nuri curriculum in kindergarten.
중학생이 지각한 부모의 진로기대, 자아분화, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로정체감의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 중학생이 지각한 부모의 진로기대, 자아분화, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로정체 감의 구조적인 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 3학년 608명으로 남학생 은 327명이고 여학생은 281명이다. 측정도구는 부모의 진로기대, 자아분화, 진로결정 자기효 능감, 진로정체감 척도이다. 연구결과 부모의 일반진로기대는 자아분화에 부적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났으나 적성진로기대는 자아분화와 진로결정 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 자아분화와 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있 었다. 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 적성진로기대는 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개로 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었고, 자아분화를 매개로 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었 다. 일반진로기대는 자아분화를 매개로 진로정체감에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 남학생 과 여학생 간에 변인들 간의 구조적인 관계에서 차이가 있는가를 살펴본 결과 유의한 차이 는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 선행연구와의 관련성, 연구의 의의 및 제한점 등을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among parents’ career expectations for their children, self-differentiation, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career identity as perceived by middle school students. The subjects in the study were 608 students in their last year of middle school, 327 male and 281 female. The results of this study showed that in general, parents’ career expectations had a negative effect on self-differentiation, but aptitude-related career expectancy had a positive effect on self-differentiation. Aptitude-related career expectation also had a statistically significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy while self-differentiation and career decision-making self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on career identity. After probing through the data for any mediating effects, the study found that aptitude-related career expectation had a positive influence on career identity through career decision-making self-efficacy, and also had a positive influence on career identity through self-differentiation. Generalized career expectation had a negative effect on career identity through self-differentiation. There was no significant gender difference found in terms of the paths of structural relationship among the research variables.
친환경 소재 개발을 위한 유자에서의 효율적 Limonene 추출 및 면역기능 조절활성에 관한 연구

The objectives of this study were to find out the best condition of extracting methods of limonene from citron and to determine effects of limonene on immune modulation activity by measuring cytokine secretion using RAW 264.7 mouse macrophage cells. When distilled water was used as a solvent instead of organic solvents to extract limonene from citron, addition of refluxing process to simultaneous steam distillation extraction method was found to be much effective in extracting limonene. However, it required longer extraction time than using other organic solvents. Limonene extracts showed increased IL-β and IL-6 but decreased the TNF-α gene expression in limonene concentration dependant manner. However oral administration of limonene extracts to mice did not influence significantly compared to control in in vivo experiment. It might be due to that the mice were kept in well controlled and complete environment. Limonene, a natural material from citron has been approved to have a immune-modulation activity in the present study and have a potential as a feed additive that is environmentally friendly and no harmful. Further study with protected limonene, for example, for the protection of limonene from oxidation or bypass the ruminal degradation in order consequently to increase immune-modulation activity might be useful as a further research.
