        당뇨병성 족부 괴저에서 수술 전 시행한 경피적 경혈관 혈관성형술의 유용성

        Purpose: Diabetic foot gangrene has a high morbidity rate and a great influence on the quality of life. Amputation is an appropriate treatment if conservative treatment is impossible according to the severity of gangrene and infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of preoperative percutaneous transluminal angioplasty for the postoperative outcome. Materials and Methods: From February 2013 to April 2016, among 55 patients with diabetic foot gangrene, who require surgical treat- ment, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty was performed on patients with an ankle brachial index (0.9 and stenosis) 50% on angio- graphic computed tomography. The study subjects were 49 patients, comprised of 37 males (75.5%) and 12 females (24.5%). The mean age of the patients was 70.0±9.6 years. The treatment results were followed up according to the position and length of the lesion and the changes during the follow-up period. Results: As a result of angiography, there were 13 cases of atherosclerotic lesions in the proximal part, 11 cases in the distal part and 25 cases in both the proximal and distal parts. As a result of the follow-up after angiography, in 13 patients, the operation was not per- formed and only follow-up and dressing were performed around the wound. Sixteen patients underwent debridement for severe gan- grene lesions and 20 patients, in whom the gangrene could not be treated, underwent amputation (ray amputation or metatarsal ampu- tation, below knee amputation). Conclusion: Preoperative percutaneous angioplasty in diabetic foot gangrene patients with peripheral vascular occlusive disease is sim- ple, and 59.2% of the patients with diabetic foot gangrene could be treated by conservative treatment or debridement.

        인체공학적 농수산물 수확바구니의 설계

        Currently, the harvest is achieved by manpower of laborer and recently, the bulk of laborers are almost old people and women. In addition, due to the inconveniences of using harvest baskets and the percentages of labor in harvesting are high, in this research the harvest basket is designed for using in harvest. The basket is designed by consideration of the physical condition, it is analyzed about the effects of the weight and strain on the harvest basket by using the structure analysis. As a result, underside of basket occurs largest deformation. And the back of basket occurs lower deformation than underside of basket.

        Analysis on the Multi-Constellation SBAS Performance of SDCM in Korea

        A Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) provides differential correction and integrity information through geostationary satellite to users in order to reduce Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)-related errors such as ionospheric delay and tropospheric delay, and satellite orbit and clock errors and calculate a protection level of the calculated location. A SBAS is a system, which has been set as an international standard by the International Civilian Aviation Organization (ICAO) to be utilized for safe operation of aircrafts. Currently, the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) in the USA, the European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service (EGNOS) in Europe, MTSAT Satellite Augmentation System (MSAS) in Japan, and GPS-Aided Geo Augmented Navigation (GAGAN) are operated. The System for Differential Correction and Monitoring (SDCM) in Russia is now under construction and testing. All SBASs that are currently under operation including the WAAS in the USA provide correction and integrity information about the Global Positioning System (GPS) whereas the SDCM in Russia that started SBAS-related test services in Russia in recent years provides correction and integrity information about not only the GPS but also the GLONASS. Currently, LUCH-5A(PRN 140), LUCH-5B(PRN 125), and LUCH-5V(PRN 141) are assigned and used as geostationary satellites for the SDCM. Among them, PRN 140 satellite is now broadcasting SBAS test messages for SDCM test services. In particular, since messages broadcast by PRN 140 satellite are received in Korea as well, performance analysis on GPS/GLONASS Multi-Constellation SBAS using the SDCM can be possible. The present paper generated correction and integrity information about GPS and GLONASS using SDCM messages broadcast by the PRN 140 satellite, and performed analysis on GPS/GLONASS Multi-Constellation SBAS performance and APV-I availability by applying GPS and GLONASS observation data received from multiple reference stations, which were operated in the National Geographic Information Institute (NGII) for performance analysis on GPS/GLONASS Multi-Constellation SBAS according to user locations inside South Korea utilizing the above-calculated information.

        Basel II 의 도입이 중소기업대출의 경기순응성에 미치는 영향

        Under the new BaselⅡ capital accord, the minimum amount of capital that a bank is required to hold against a given loan depends on the estimated credit risk of the borrower of the loan. Academics, practitioners and policy makers have repeatedly expressed their concerns about the potential procyclicality of BaselⅡ. For instance, in a recession when a bank’s capital base is likely to be eroded by loan losses, its existing non-defaulted borrowers will be downgraded by the bank’s credit rating system. Then the bank will have to hold more capital against its current loan portfolio. To the extent that it is difficult for the bank to raise additional capital in bad times, the bank will be forced to cut back on its lending activity. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be more likely to be adversely affected by this cut in bank loans, which in turn will contribute to a worsening of the initial recession. Employing the actual data for SME loan portfolio of a commercial bank in Korea for the period from 1998 to 2006 (including the period of Asian financial crisis), we examine whether the feared procyclicality would have occurred had the BaselⅡ been in effect during the sample period. Based on the Internal Ratings Based approach prescribed by the latest BaselⅡ rules, we find that, contrary to frequently voiced concerns, the procyclicality of loans to Korean SMEs is not high enough to warrant alarm. Our data shows that the average minimum capital charge for loans to SMEs is 8.64%. Of particular interest to us is the fact that the standard deviation of minimum capital charges turns out to be 0.47%, which is lower than those typically found in developed countries. We attribute this lower than expected level of procyclicality to the fact that the increase in risk weights with respect to a small change in default rate is relatively small for the loans to Korean SMEs whose default rates are already high. Consequently, our evidence suggests that the additional amount of procyclicality of the loans to Korean SMEs under BaselⅡ, if any, is not likely to cause a big problem in the stability of Korean financial system. 새로 도입된 BaselⅡ는 은행이 유지해야 할 최소자기자본 규모를 산정할 때, 자금을 차입한 기업의 신용도에 따라 위험가중치를 차등 적용한다. 이러한 규제환경 하에서는 은행이 경기침체시에 대출을 감축하고 호황시에 대출을 증가시키는 경기순응성(procyclicality)의 대출행태를 보이게 될 가능성이 커져, 결과적으로 경기변동의 진폭을 더욱 확대시킬 수 있다는 우려가 그동안 학계와 실무계에서 지속적으로 제기되었다. 특히 신용도가 취약한 중소기업에 대한 대출이 경기순응성을 확대시킬 것으로 우려되어 왔다. 국내은행의 중소기업대출에 대한 실제자료에 BaselⅡ의 내부등급법을 적용하여 실증분석한 결과, 중소기업에 대한 은행대출의 경기순응성이 우려할 만큼 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 중소기업 차주(借主)들이 주로 부도율이 높은 구간에 많이 분포되어있어, 부도율 변화에 따른 위험가중치의 변동폭이 부도율이 낮은 구간에 비하여 상대적으로 작은 데에 기인한다.

        Open PPP/PPP-RTK 보정정보 서비스 동향

        반송파 기반 위성항법 보강시스템은 GNSS(global navigation satellite system) 측정치 오차를 보상하는 방식에 따라 OSR(observation space representation)과 SSR(state space representation)으로 구분된다. 대표적인 OSR 기반 보강시스템인 N-RTK(network real time kinematics)는 약 100 km 수준의 서비스 영역 내에서 cm급 측위 정확도를 확보할 수 있는 시스템이지만, 일반적으로 사용자-인프라 간 양방향 통신 방식에 의해 서비스가 구현된다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 N-RTK를 활용한 위성 기반 cm급 전국토 정밀 측위 서비스 구축은 현실적으로 많은 제약이 따른다. 반면, SSR 보강시스템은 서비스 영역 내 모든 사용자에게 동일한 보정정보를 제공하기 때문에 단방향 서비스에 적합하고, 각 보정정보의 전송주기를 유동적으로 조절할 수 있으므로 위성 기반 광역 정밀 보정정보 방송 서비스에 적합하다. 이러한 장점으로 인해 위성항법시스템을 보유한 각국은 SSR 보정정보 기반의 PPP(precise point positioning)/PPP-RTK 정밀 측위 서비스 구축에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 위성 기반 SSR 보정정보 방송 서비스들의 구성 및 특징, 측위 성능 분석을 통해 PPP/PPP-RTK 서비스 동향과 정밀 측위 현황을 파악하고자 한다.
