본 연구는 지구계 교육을 고찰하고, 내용을 분석한 후, 우리 나라에서 지구계 교육의 적용 가능성을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저 지구계 교육을 고찰하여 교육적 의의를 알아보았다. 지구계 교육의 현장적용 가능성을 알아보기 위해 우리 나라 현행 중학교 교과서 2종과 지구계 교육의 활동 프로그램과 내용을 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석하고, 지구계 교육의 목표, 내용 구성, 수업 전략 등에 관한 교사 설문을 실시하였다. 중학교 1학년 2학급 96명에게 지구계 교육의 활동프로그램을 투입한 후 면담을 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 지구계 교육은 지구적 소양의 향상에 기여하며, 지구계를 중심으로 과학 과목을 간학문적으로 통합하여, 학생들이 자연을 통합적으로 탐구할 수 있도록 돕는다. 2. 현행 우리 나라 교과서의 내용에서 지구계나 하위계와 같은 관점은 나타나지 않지만, 하위계 간의 상호 작용과 그로 인한 변화에 대해 설명하고 있다. 3. 교사 설문 결과 지구계 교육의 시스템적 접근(system approach)이나 내용 구성, 수업 전략 등에서 긍정적인 반응을 나타내고 있다. 4. 학생 면담결과 지구계를 구성하는 하위계와 각 하위계 간의 상호 작용에 대해 잘 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타나 지구계 교육의 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 지구계 교육은 지구와 과학에 대한 새로운 인식을 심어 주는 효과적인 수업으로서, 나아가 통합 과학교육 과정을 구성하기 위한 새로운 방안으로서 우리 나라에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate Earth Systems Education, its matter and also its possibility of practical application in Korea. Some attempts are made to see the value of the Earth Systems Education. Adopting two kinds of Korean science textbooks of middle school and activity of Earth Systems Education were analyzed. The interview with teachers is implemented for the study on objective, the structure of matter and teaching strategy in Earth Systems Education. The program is given to 96 students(2 classes, the first grade at middle school). To analyze the effect of Earth Systems Education program, students were interviewed by their teacher. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The Earth Systems Education is contributed to the way to enable students to have a cognitive perspective about the earth and to look for the nature. Earth Systems Education is to use interdisciplinary approaches for integration in science. 2. The result of analysis in the contents of Korean science textbooks, the viewpoints about Earth Systems Education were not found, but the accounts about the interactions among subsystems were found. 3. According to the results of interview with teachers, they approve of system approach, the structure of matter and teaching strategy of Earth Systems Education. 4. According to the results of interview with students, they understand the interactions among subsystems which are elements of Earth Systems. As a results, Earth Systems Education is a effective method for informed judgements about Earth and science and manner for work for integration in science curriculum. So Earth Systems Education be applied to science education in Korea.
전통 떡의 대중화를 위한 고등학생들의 인지도와 기호도 및 소비행동 연구

This study is carried out to revive the possibility of the development of Korean traditional rice cake and its tradition and values and present a plan to succeed to and develop the rice cake as our traditional food. We executed a survey targeting 161 high schoolers residing in the metropolitan area, and analyzed it using the statistical package program of SPSS 12.0 for Windows, and the results are as the following. Firstly, the popularity of bar rice cake was the highest, and rice cake covered with bean flour(Injulmi) and rice cakes steamed over pine needles(Songpyeon) appeared next in the order. It appeared that steamed rice cake with red beans and nuts(Dootup Tuck) was the lowest in the popularity. Honey rice cake was the highest in preference, and the next went to Injulmi in the order. Cloud rice cake appeared to be the lowest in the preference. Secondly, the level of the value recognition was average, and all showed the differences according to gender, the frequency of the intake of rice cake, the school marks of technology and home economics, the standard of living. Thirdly, students recognized the development of rice cake most importantly, and cultivating traditional rice cake specialists appeared next, and they showed the recognition of the significance in the development of rice cake special brand. Fourth, the consumption behavior of rice cake first, in checking the interest in traditional rice cake culture, it showed differences according to gender. In studying the preference to traditional rice cake, it showed the differences according to general affairs witnessed the differences according to gender. As for the reason targeting 158 respondents, good taste was the highest, and in the question of the period of the intake of rice cake at home, the case of frequent use in the normal time was the highest. The case of the use of rice cake instead of the meal was a little more than the case of no intention. And it was shown in the survey that the time to use rice cake instead of the meal was the highest in lunch time, and the rice cake of the preference instead of the meal was the highest in Injulmi.
