Object : This study was carried out to investigate the bowel disorders following parkinson's disease. Methods : We studied 2 patients with constipation followed by parkinson's disease. Both were diagnosed as COLONOTONIA - according to 8 Constitution medicine. Case 1 was treated with methods of 8 Constitution therapy and herbal medication(Sopoongsoongee-won). Case 2 was treated with method of 8 Constitution therapy only. Conclusions : After treatment, symptom of constipation were improved in both case.

An organized mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO interfacial layer (om- TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO IF layer) with high porosity and good interconnectivity is prepared using an amphiphilic Poly(epichlorohydrin)-graft-poly(styrene) (PECH- g-PS) graft copolymer template. An improved performance of solid state dye-sensitized solar cells (ssDSSCs) is demonstrated by the introduction of om- TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO IF layer between nanocrystalline TiO<sub>2</sub> and a fluorine-doped tin oxide substrate. The efficiency of the ssDSSCs using the om- TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO IF layer templated by PECH-g-PS with a solid state electrolyte reaches 5.0 %, which is higher than those of ssDSSCs using conventional TiO<sub>2</sub> blocking layer (4.2 %). The improved efficiency is attributed to the antireflective property and good interconnectivity of the om- TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO IF layer, which results in improved light harvesting, decreased charge recombination, and reduced interfacial/internal resistance.

A graft copolymer based mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO interfacial layers for quasi solid state dyesensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) has been fabricated by the sol-gel method. The features of the mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO interfacial layers were tested by SEM, EDS, and UV-vis spectroscopy. The cells were systemically tested by the photocurrent-voltage (J-V) curve, and EIS techniques. The mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO interfacial layers was found to accelerate electron transfer, light harvesting and retard electron recombination, eventually leading to an efficient improve in energy conversion efficiency. The QDSSCs assembled with the interfacial layer consisting of mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub>/ZnO exhibited short-circuit current density (JSC) of 9.8 mA cm-2, open-circuit voltage (VOC) of 0.76 V and conversion efficiency of 5.0%, which were higher than that without interfacial layer (4.2 %).

N-doped TiO<sub>2</sub> heterostructures were fabricated by a facile graft polymerization approach. The structure, composition, and optical properties of N-doped TiO<sub>2</sub> heterostructures were characterized by Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The obtained N-doped TiO<sub>2</sub> heterostructure exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than pristine TiO<sub>2</sub> in the degradation of methyl orange under visible-light illumination. This improved photocatalytic activity contributed to the utilization of a larger part of the solar spectrum, resulting from modification of the electronic band structure in TiO<sub>2</sub>.

We report a case of the cerebellar infarction and pons, medulla and mid brain infarction seen in a 30-year-old female with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). SLE has been diagnosed at 1992, and treated with western medicine for 10 years. The patient with right hand tremor and dysarthria, as the symptoms of a cerebellar infarction, visited our hospital. During treatment, the patient constantly complained left knee pain, it turned out the bone infarction and ligament injury in the MRI scan at May, 18, 2001, that was the side effect of the long period steroid therapy. At June 1, 2001, the patient revealed quadriparesis, dysphagia and dizziness. So we took the brain MRI scan, it showed pons, medulla and mid brain infarction. As the consequence of the oriental treatments, the symptoms of SLE had the improvement and the values of BUN, Creatinine were improved. But the symptoms of the stroke were not much changed.

Electrochemical water splitting is one of the great strategies to produce clean and pure hydrogen energy. Since the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) limit industrial application, development of facile methods to construct highly efficient OER catalyst in alkaline media is crucial. Herein, we report facile synthesis of an amorphous cobalt iron nickel layered double hydroxide on nickel foam (CoFeNi- LDH/NF) by simply immersing nickel foam (NF) in Fe<sup>2+</sup>, Co<sup>2+</sup> salts in aqueous solution. Hydrolysis of Fe<sup>+2</sup> and Co<sup>+2</sup> results in formation of acidic solution, thus NF is etched and coprecipitated with Fe and Co ions to arrange into CoFeNi-LDH/NF. The CoFeNi-LDH/NF exhibited prominent OER overpotential of 220 mV at 10 mA cm<sup>-2</sup> in 1.0 M KOH with small Tafel slope of 41 mV dec<sup>-1</sup>. The impressive electrocatalytic performance is attributed to the formation of CoFeNi-LDH on the surface of the electrode, which guarantees improved active surface area and rapid charge/mass transfer.
