셀룰러 이동 통신 시스템은 한정된 주파수 자원으로 늘어나는 이동통신 수요를 충족시키기 위하여 여러가지 스펙트럼 효율을 높이기 위한 방식이 제시되고 있다. 본 고에서는 스펙트럼 효율을 분석할 수 있는 주파수, 공간 그리고 시간 측면에서 무선회선 간격의 협대역화, 주파수 재사용, 다수 접속방식, 그리고 시간 사용 효율 개선방식을 살펴보았다.
고강도 저항운동프로그램 참여가 노인 여성의 낙상관련 체력과 HOMA-IR 및 HbA1c 에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of high intensity resistance exercise program on the fall fitness, HOMA-I and HbA1c of elderly women for 8 weeks. The participants were members of the fitness center located in D-gu, G-city, and 30 people with voluntary participation were selected after learning the purpose of the experiment. The selected 30 participants were divided into 15 groups for exercise and 15 for control group. The exercise group performed a high intensity resistance exercise program for 8 weeks. The results of this study showed that the high intensity resistance exercise program for 8 weeks significantly improved upper leg strength, lower extremity muscle strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, coordination and balance, and decreased insulin resistance. Taken together, the results of this study suggest that the program of 8 weeks of high intensity resistance exercise is an effective program to improve the fall-related physical fitness, HOMA-IR and HbA1c of elderly women. Therefore, this study aims to improve the cardiorespiratory endurance and muscular strength, decrease equilibrium and coordination, reduce the risk of falling, reduce insulin resistance, and to provide basic data for improving the quality of life and maintaining a healthy life of the elderly by maintaining body composition.
축구 스포츠클럽 참여가 초등학교 비만남학생의 신체구성과 성장호르몬 및 식욕조절호르몬에 미치는 영향

This study examined the effects of participation in a soccer sport club for 12 weeks on body composition, growth hormone and appetite regulating hormone in obese elementary school students. The subject was one elementary school located in N-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City. This study selected one elementary school located in N district of G city and selected 18 male students who were diagnosed as having obesity with a body fat percentage of 25% or more among the 4th and 6th graders attending the school. An informed consent were received from selected students" parents. The soccer exercise group(n=9) and the control group(n=9) were randomly assigned. The soccer exercise group did exercise three times per week for 12 weeks and the control group participated in normal life and physical activity. Finally, 9 participants of the soccer exercise group and 9 participants of the control group were analyzed. First, In the changes in body composition, the athletes participating in the soccer sports club showed a significant decrease in body weight, body fat percentage, and BMI, and the skeletal muscle amount was increased. Second, In the change of growth hormone, the exercise group participating in the soccer sport club showed a significant increase in growth hormone and a positive effect. Third, In the leptin changes, the exercise group participating in the soccer sport club showed a significant decrease in leptin and a positive effect. Fourth, in the change of ghrelin, the exercise group participating in the soccer sports club showed a significant increase in ghrelin, showing a positive effect. In conclusion, participation of soccer sports clubs in elementary school obesity boys significantly reduces body weight, body fat percentage, and BMI, increases skeletal muscle mass positively to body composition of obese children, positively affects growth hormone and appetite regulating hormone This study suggests that a variety of exercise programs should be developed to encourage physical activity in obese children.
성인 발레프로그램 참여가 과체중 여성들의 혈액성분, 렙틴 및 그렐린에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of blood components, leptin and ghrelin on overweight adult women using the adult ballet program for 8 weeks. The subjects of this study were 20 overweight adult women who were assigned to 10 exercise groups and 10 control groups. The exercise group held 80 minutes of ballet programs three times a week for eight weeks, and the control group maintained their usual lives. Blood components, leptin and ghrelin were measured before and after. The results are as follows. First, after the application of the adult ballet program, body weight changes in body composition of overweight adult women showed a positive effect. Second, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were decreased in overweight adult women after applying adult ballet program. Third, after the application of the adult ballet program, changes in leptin and ghrelin in overweight adult women showed a positive effect on appetite-regulating hormones by decreasing leptin concentration and increasing ghrelin concentration. Taken together, the 8-week adult ballet program is an effective exercise program for improving blood composition and appetite control hormones in overweight adult women. It is considered that there is a need to actively use the adult ballet program in the field by helping to prevent and improve the quality of life. In future studies, various ages and subjects should be recruited to study the effects of ballet exercise and improve health.
발레 참여가 과체중 여대생의 신체구성, 렙틴, 그렐린과 아디포넥틴에 미치는 영향

The study conducted the results of the ballet program for the 8 weeks at the Center for the Promotion of the Physical Fitness of the City of G to determine the impact of participating in the ballet program on body composition, leptin, ghrelin and adiponectin. They consented all experimental procedures and participated in the exercise voluntarily. They were randomly assigned into the exercise group(n=11) and the control group(n=8). During the period of exercise, three participants were excluded by dropping out for personal reasons and dietary life other than exercise could not be controlled. The results are as follow. First, In the change of body composition, the exercise group participating in the ballet program decreased significantly in body weight and body fat percentage, and showed a positive effect by increasing lean body mass. Second, In the leptin changes, the exercise group participating in the ballet program decreased significantly in leptin, indicating a positive effect. Also, there were no differences in control group. Third, in the change of ghrelin, the exercise group participating in the ballet program showed a significant increase in ghrelin, showing a positive effect. Fourth, in adiponectin, the exercise group participated in the ballet program showed a significant increase in adiponectin concentration and positive exercise effect. As a result, participation of the overweight women college students in the ballet program decreased the body weight and body fat percentage significantly, suggesting that it positively affects women college students. In addition, It is considered to be an effective exercise program for weight loss.
