화제중심의 초등영어지도가 아동의 영어 능력 및 태도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of theme-based English instruction on 3rd graders in elementary school. This approach will enable the learners to receive proper and abundant language input for their cognitive level through many themes from different fields. The study procedure was as follows: A group of 3rd graders in elementary school was selected as the subject of this study. They had a pre and post-study: listening speaking test, questionnaire and process evaluation: self and teacher's observation evaluation during 8 weeks. The analysis of the qualitative and quantitative data shows these results: One is that theme-based instruction had some positive effects on students' learning of English. The other is that theme-based teaching succeeded in enhancing the students' interest, boosting their self-confidence and motivating them to participate in English class. Based on the results, here are the following recommendations: First, the study of theme-based teaching needs further research on how to present more various topics extracted from other subjects' and teaching-learning activities for specific situations. Second, teachers should develop their English proficiency for their English proficiency for their professional development. Third, education authorities and researchers should develop a theme-based lesson model, and a systematic syllabus.

코디에라이트($2MgO,2Al_{2}O_{3},5SiO_{2}$)는 다층 IC 기관용 재료로써 최근에 큰 관심을 갖고 연구되어지고 있다. 졸겔법에 의해서 합성된 코디에라이트 기판위에 구리층을 만들고 동시 소성 분위기와 소성 온도 변화르 통해서 접합면의 형태변화를 분석함으로써 접합력이 우수한 소성 조건을 찾아보았다. 수분을 함유한 Ar가스( $Ar+H_{2}O$) 분위기에서 동시 소성하는 경우 좋은 접합 특성을 보여 주었으며 특히 접합 특성 향상에 승온 속도가 큰 영향을 미친다. The cordierite ($2MgO,2Al_{2}O_{3},5SiO_{2}$) is of great interest for packaging substrates of multilayer IC. The Cu layer was fabricated on the cordierite substrate by the screen printing method and the adhesion properties of the interfaces at the different cosintering conditions were studied. When cosinted in the $Ar+H_{2}O$atmosphere good adhesion was obtained and the heating was found out to be an important factor for the adhesion.

The relations of the sintering temperature and superconductivity were investigated by the XRD pattern and critical temperature. All of the samples were annealed at the various temperatures that from 900℃ to 960℃. When the superconductor of YBa_2Cu_3O_7-8 was exposed in the air and was directly contacted with water. The samples of the surface attack by moisture and water was studied. The samples were analyed XRD, TGA. The samples of YBa_2Cu_3O7-8 which were exposed to the air for a long time have slowly decomp-sed, but the samples of YBa_2Cu_3O7-8 which were directly contacted with the D.I. water have rapidly decomposed on surface. The YBa_2Cu_3O_7-8 superconductor is chemically instable; by the reaction with humidity. The YBa_2Cu_3O_7-8 is transformed into non-superconduction phase(Y_2BaCuO_5, Ba(OH)_2, CuO) and loses is superconducting properties.
