Fault diagnosis of rotating machine by thermography method on support vector machine

Feature-based classification techniques consist of data acquisition, preprocessing, feature representation, feature calculation, feature selection,and classifiers. They are useful for online, real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis / features, which are now availablewith the development of information technologies and various measurement techniques. In this paper, an intelligent feature-based faultdiagnosis is suggested, developed, and compared with vibration signals and thermal images. Fault diagnosis is performed using thermalimaging along with support vector machine (SVM) classification to simulate machinery faults, resulting in an accuracy level comparableto vibration signals. The observed results show that fault diagnosis using thermal images for rotating machines can be applied to industrialareas as a novel intelligent fault diagnostic method with plausible accuracy. It can be also proposed as a unique non-contact methodto analyze rotating systems in mass production lines within a short time.

瘀血은 血液循環障碍, 血行速度감소, 血液粘度異常, 이로 인한 組織器官의 水腫·變性·炎蒸·增殖·潰瘍·壤疽·萎縮·血栓形成·血管狹窄 혹은 閉塞등의 일련의 病理變化狀態를 包括한 證候槪念이라 볼 수 있는데, 이는 혈관자체의 구조적 변화 뿐 아니라, 혈관내피세포 및 혈관주위 조직의 변화, 또한 이의 구성성분인 혈액의 변성까지도 의미하는 것으로 인식할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 실험에 사용한 活絡效靈丹은 氣穴疑滯,현癖징하, 心腹疼痛, 腿痛臂疼, 內外瘡瘍, 一切臟腑積聚, 腦絡瘀滯 등에 사용되어 왔으며, 養血活血하는 當歸,祛於生新하는 丹蓼, 活血止痛하는 乳香, 沒藥으로 構成되어 있다. 이에 著者는 養血活血,祛瘀生新, 活絡止痛 하는 活血效靈丹이 瘀血病態模形에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실험적으로 규명하기 위하여 엔도톡신으로 瘀血病態를 유발시키고 혈소판수, fibrinogen量 prothrombin time(PT), fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)농도를 측정하였으며, Hydrocortisone acetate(HA)로 瘀血病態를 유발시켜 fibrinogen양, prothrombin time(PT), 全血粘度 및 血0粘度를 측정하여 유의한 결과를 얻게 되었다. In order to investigate the effects of Hwallakhyoreungdan on both endotoxin-induced blood stasis model(En Model) and Hydrocortisone acetate(HA)-induced blood stasis model(HA Model), we chose the rats of 뚜 Model treated with 10% Endotoxin aqueous solution(i. v. injection, 1,1㎖/200g/day through caudal vein, once) and administrated them a liquid extract of Hwallakhyoreungdan orally, and then observed platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time and FDP level. Hwallakhyorevngdan was also administrated in the other rats of HA Model(i. m. injection, 5㎎/200g/day into the muscular rump, for 7days) orally. After that, we measured platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time, whole blood-viscocity and plasma-viscosity. The results are as follows ; 1. Platelet was increased significantly at Hwallakhyoreungdan 0.5g/1㎖/100g administerd group, and increased significantly at Hwallakhyoreungdan 1g/1㎖/100g administerd group as compared with data of control group on En Model. 2. Fibrinogen level was increased significantly at Hwallakhyoueungdan 1g/1㎖/100g adminis-terd group as compared with the data of control group on En Model and the level was increased significantly at Hwallakhyoreungdan 1g/1㎖/100g administerd group as compared with the data of control group on HA Model. 3. Prothrombin time was shortened on En Model and shortened at Hwallakhyoreungdan 1g/1㎖/100g administerd group and it was also shortened at Hwallakhyoreungdan 1g/1㎖/100g administerd group as compared with the data of control group on HA Model. 4. The FDP level has the tendency of decreasing at Hwallakhyoreungdan administered groups as compared with the data of control group on En Model. 5. The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were decreased at most of the sample groups, especially in the low degree group of shear rate, compared with the data of control group on HA Model As a conclusion, Hwallakhyoreungdan is regarded to have significant effects on Endotoxin-induced blood stasis model(En Model) and Hydrocortisone (HA)-induced blood stasis model (HA Model).
