        柴胡疏肝散 및 그 加味方이 생쥐의 膽石症에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the effect of Sihosogansan, Sihosogansan and Desmodi Herba and Sihosogansan and Curcumae Tuber on cholecytolithiasis, ICR mice which were fed with gallstone-trigger diet was administrate extracts of Sihosogansan, Sihosogansan and Desmodi Herba and Sihosogansan and Curcumae Tuber and then observed about gallstone incidence, WBC co units in whole blood, serum total cholesterol, serum free cholesterol, serum phospholipid, serum triglyceride. The results were as follows : 1. The incidence rates of gallstone were reduced in all the experimental groups as compared with that of control group. 2. The counts of WBC were increased in control group as compared with that of normal group, while those of all the experimental groups were significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 3. The level of serum total cholesterol was increased in control group as compared with normal group, while those of Sihosogansan group, Sihosogansan and Desmodi Herba group and Sihosogansan and Curcumae Tuber group were significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 4. The percentage of the level of serum free cholesterol to total cholesterol was not significant because there is no difference between normal group and control group. 5. The level of serum phospholipid was increased in control group as compared with normal group, while only that of Sihosogansan and Desmodi Herba group was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group. 6. The level of serum trigryceride was increased in control group as compared with normal group, while those of Sihosogansan group, Sihosogansan and Desmodi Herba group and Sihosogansan and Curcumae Tuber group were significantly decreased as compared with that of control group.

      • 數 種 韓藥材가 생쥐의 骨髓 및 脾臟細胞의 造血促進과 放射線 防禦에 미치는 影響

        Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기), Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮), Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子), Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子) are Herbs that are frequently used in a lot of proscriptions to reduce the side effects of anti-cancer therapies, especially like chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The radioprotective and hemopoietic effects of these Herbs on BALB/c splenocytes and bone marrow cells are measured. In order to evaluate the Hemopoietic effects, Thymidine uptakes and secretion of colony stimulating factors(CSFs) of splenocytes and myelocytes treated with herbs were measured. Radioprotective effects were accessed by the method of immunocompetence of murine lymphocytes cultured with herbs before irradiation and with LPS, ConA after irradiation. The results are as follows. 1. The orders of Proliferative effects of herbs on splenocytes were Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮), the highest of all, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기), Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) and Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子), the lowest of all. At Optimal concentration, the proliferation ratios of herb-treated splenocytes compared to non-treated ones were like these. Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮) 44.3, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기) 17.7, Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸) 10, Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) 6.4, Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子) 2.0.(p<0.05) 2. When splenocytes were cultured during different periods, Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮) and Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기) showed the highest proliferation on 3th day, Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) on 4th day,(p<0.05) and Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子) until 5th day but with no significant increase. 3. The orders of Proliferative effects of herbs on Bone Marrow(BM) cells were Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮), the highest of all, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기), Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) and Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子), the lowest of all too. At Optimal concentration, the proliferation ratios of herb-treated BM cells compared to non-treated ones were like these. Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮) 21.7, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기) 9.9, Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸) 4.9, Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) 2.3, Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子) 1.4(p<0.05). 4. The secretion ratio of colony stimulating factors(CSFs) of each herb-treated group, compared to control, was Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮) 9.4, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기) 9.0, Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸) 4.4, Lycium chinense Mill枸拘杞子) 3.8 (p<0.05) but no significant increase in Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子). 5. The mitogen(ConA, LPS) stimulated-lymphocytes cultured with each herb before irradiation of 1-3 Gy showed more enhanced proliferation than control(p<0.05). When compared to each non-irradiated group of all groups, the orders of percentage increase of irradiated group were Atratylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮), the highest of all, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기), Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子). Each percentage showed significant enhancement compared to control group(p<0.05). According to the results, Atractylodes macrocephala Loidz(白朮), Astragalus membranaceus Bunge(황기) are suggested to be the most effective hemopoietic and radioprotective herbs, and Angelica sinensis(Oliv) Kiels(當歸), Lycium chinense Mill(枸杞子) the next, but Ligustrum lucidum Ait(女貞子) showed lower effects than expected.

        通瘀煎이 瘀血病態模型에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the effects of Tongyujian on thrombosis and elevated blood viscosity, rats injected endotoxin into the caudal vein to make experimental thrombosis model were orally administrated solid extract of Tongyujian 520mg/200g, and then observed platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time and FDP level. Another group injected hydrocortisone acetate into the muscular rump to make experimental elevated blood viscosity model were orally administrated Tongyujian, thereafter measured whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. The results were summarized as follows. 1. Platelet was decreased significantly in sample compared with the control group. 2. Fibrinogen level was increased in sample compared with the control group. 3. Prothrombin time was shortended in sample compared with the control group. 4. FDP was decreased significantly in sample compared with the control group. 5. Whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were decreased significantly in sample compared with the control group. According to the above results, it is considered that Tongyujian has effects on platelets, fibrinogen, prothrombintime, FDP, whole blood viscosity, therefore it seems to be applicable to disease related to thrombosis, hemorrhage and blood viscosity.
