In industry, the speed control of single-phase Induction motor in domestic use is generally controlled by a simple ON-OFF or PID control method. However, in this case, in order to have a good speed regulating characteristics, itself should be modified in accordance with the optimum PID factors which are varied each time operating speed changes. Shortening the development time and saving the cost which are needed to modify the controller Is a major problem to be solved now in industry. In order to alleviate the above difficulties, it is proposed to apply adaptive control technique using MRFAC(Model Reference Following Adaptive Control) for the speed control of single-phase induction motor which has scarcely been studied. In this paper, the above speed control technique is achieved using MCS-96 one chip micro controller with a good speed control characteristics and it is expected to open a wide application field in the speed control of single-phase induction motor in the future.
류마토이드 관절염 환자의 족무지 외반증에 대한 제 1 중족 족지 관절 고정술 -지연 나사못과 배부 금속판을 이용한 치험-

Purpose: To investigate the short term result of the first metatarsophalangeal arthrodesis for treating the hallux valgus deformity of rheumatoid arthritis, using a lag screw and dorsal mini-plate. Materials and Methods: From December 1999 to September 2001, The first metatarsophalangeal arthrodesis of 14 cases (9 patients) was underwent, using a lag screw and dorsal mini-plate. The follow-up period was averaged in 14.6 months. The subjective findings with respect to pain, functional aspect of ability to stand and walk, and to shoe-wearing were evaluated. The objective findings, such as the gross alignment and the radiological measurements for the hallux valgus angle, 1,2 intermetatarsal angle, and dorsiflexion angle were also studied. Results: After the arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, the subjective improvement in pain, function and alignment was graded as excellent in seven (50%) feet, good in seven (50%) feet, and fair or poor in none. The hallux valgus angle and 1,2 intermetatarsal angle were reduced from $44.1{\pm}7.1$ and $15.5{\pm}6.2$ degrees to $13.6{\pm}2.6$ and $10.2{\pm}2.2$ degrees respectively. The dorsiflexion angle was measured in $20.3{\pm}3.7$ degrees after the fusion. The radiological fusion was observed at average 8 weeks after the operation in all cases. The overall complication of the procedure was few, except the delayed wound healing in one. Conclusion: The arthrodesis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint using a lag screw and dorsal mini-plate was regarded as an excellent method of various operative modalities to correct the rheumatoid hallux valgus deformity.
해양교통시설측정선 ‘한빛호’ 측정시스템 고도화 방안에 대한 연구

A Hanbitho, which is a ship to measure maritime transportation system, observes and estimates the maritime transportation system and its signal to be able to receive in our closed sea. New GNSS system are constructed such as GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, however, our ships can see use SBAS service such as MSAS of Japan. So, it is needed to reconstruct new measuring system to observe and esimate new GNSS and SBAS. In this paper, we propose the upgrade method of Hanbiho measuring system. 해양교통시설측정선 한빛호는 우리나라 영해에서 수신 가능한 해양교통시설 관련 신호에 대한 감시 및 평가를 수행한다. 그러나 GPS에 이어, GLONASS, QZSS, GALILEO 등 새로운 GNSS의 구축이 진행되고 있으며, 보정위성항법 역시 SBAS 보정서비스를 이용하는 것이 가능해졌다. 따라서 이렇게 급변하는 해양교통환경을 효과적으로 감시하고, 평가하기 위한 새로운 측정시스템이 필요하며, 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 한빛호 측정시스템 고도화 방안에 대해 제시한다.
