With the change of construction environment, the main body of construction industry was moved from project suppliers to consumers. Accordingly in order to strengthen competitiveness, project suppliers have to concentrate on marketing for diversification. Thus, it is required to utilize real estate marketing from the beginning of development project to introduce 'consumer-centered marketing strategies' instead of 'supplier-centered marketing'. This study aims to find out what consumers consider the most important factors when selecting apartment. According to the study, when residents select their apartment in residential area, they valued those attributes with investment, location, dwelling attribute, apartment complex attribute, unit price per square meter, in order. This result will contribute to qualitative improvement of housing development project.

The practical studies on the method of particle contamination control for yield enhancement in the cleanroom were carried out. The method of the contamination control was proposed, which are composed of data collection, data analysis, improvement action, verification, and implement control. The partition check method for data collection and data analysis was used in the cellular phone module production lines. And this method was evaluated by the variation of yield loss between before and after improvement action. In case that the partition check method was applied, the critical process step was selected and yield loss reduction through improvement actions was observed. From these results, it is concluded that the partition check method is effective solution for particle contamination control in the cleanroom production lines.

In this study, a transition of power quality was characterized by non-linear voltage electric equipments under voltage sag. The test was inputted voltage sag to IPC(Sag Generator) from AVR, and then to equipments by IPC which adjust voltage magnitude and duration. The load test which non-linear voltage electric equipments used PLC, Magnetic Contactor, SMPS, HID Lamp. The test result was different from each other according to a manufacturing companys, models. and equipments. PLC was greatly described to be stabilized voltage sag in case of no load then rated load. Magnetic Contactor was made a difference to phase angles on voltage sag, which was 0°. 30°, 60°. 90°. HPD Lamp was described to be stabilized the sodium lamp, and to be unstabilized the metal hailed lamp. The test result was showed CBEMA curve that stand for evaluated responsiveness of voltage sag. This study was tested description to dynamic characteristics on non-linear voltage electric equipment under voltage sag. There was hoped that power system designed the essential particulars.

N/A In 105 non-insulin dependent diabetics, composed of 20 under-weight, 66 non-obese, and 19 obese diabetics admitted to Severance Hospital, Yonsei University College of Medicine, plasma amino acid levels were measured by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) in the fasting state before control of the blood sugar level. The following results were observed: 1) Plasma levels of branced chain amino acids-leucine, isoleucine, and valine-were higher in the diabetic group than in the control group (p<0.05) 2) Plasma levels of tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, glutamate, and serine were also higher in the diabetic group than in the control group (p<0.05). 3) The plasma level of threonine was lower in the diabetic group than in the control group (p<0.05). 4) In under-weight, non-insulin dependent diabetics, plasma levels of threonine, lysine, and alanine were lower than in the eontrol group (p<0.05). It could be concluded that in non-insulin dependent diabetics, both the uncontrolled state of the diabetes and the nuritional state influnence the changes of plama amino acid levels.
충격하중을 받는 금속복합재료의 동적변형거동에 관한 연구

The characteristics of metal matrix composite under dynamic tension at high strain rates up to the order of $10^3/sec$ is studied by using newly developed apparatus. The composite material processed in this research is aluminum-alumina metal matrix composites, arid fabricated by compocasting with the fiber volume fraction from 5 to 20%. The whisker and matrix material used in this paper were ${\delta}-Al_2O_3$ and Al-6061, respectively. The mechanical tests performed in this research are low and high strain rate tensile test. At low strain-rate tensile test, the modulus of elasticity and the ultimate tensile strength of the composites were improved about 77 pct. and 55 pct., respectively comparing with the unreinforced materials. At strain-rate from $10^{-3}\;to\;10^3/s$, the effect of strain-rate on the modulus, ultimate strength, flow stress is determined. Also the effect of strain rate on the modulus, ultimate tensile strength, flow stress and elongation to failures were investigated.

In case of national rental apartment, habitability is generally evaluated low comparing with typical apartments. So, researches and investment are required to increase the residential environment. In this point of view, present study aims to suggest the basic data for improvement of homeless masses' dwelling level through economic feasibility analysis. Firstly national rental apartment, which habitability is considered to be low in the point of environment-friendly, welfare, and convenience, is chosen as objective. Secondly environment-friendly project items including project flow were set up, and then basic model was formed to evaluate economic feasibility through priority survey to residents. In result, priority for two items among six different proposals were higher than the others. This result could be useful when trying to increase the dwelling level of national rental apartment being planned to construct in future.
