        실험적으로 유발된 급성 췌장염 견에서 컬러도플러 초음파를 이용한 전방 십이지장 동맥 혈류의 혈역학적 변화에 대한 평가

        For the study of the hemodynamic changes of the cranial pancreaticoduodenal arterial flow(cPDAF) in the dog with acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis was experimentally induced in 10 dogs by the injection of oleic acid into the accessory pancreatic duct. The parameters of cPDAF were measured by transcutaneous pulsed-wave Doppler ultrasonography. The hemodynamic changes included resistive indexe(RI), pulsatility index(PI) and maximum velocity (Vmax). Ultrasonographic scans were performed before the induction of pancreatitis and once daily for five days after the induction. The RI, PI and Vmax were increased with day as follows; the RI prior to induction was 0.625$\pm$0.096 (mean$\pm$SD), the PI was 1.117$\pm$0.289 and the Vmax was 0.349$\pm$0.094 m/s. After five days, the RI was 0.727$\pm$0.051 (p<0.0l), the PI was 1.480$\pm$0.284 (p<0.0l) and the Vmax was 0.585:$\pm$0.114 m/s (p<0.00l). These results show that there is some relation between the increase of the RI, PI and Vmax of cPDAF and the progress of acute pancreatitis in dogs. Therefore, the measurements of the hemodynamic changes of cPDAF may be a valuable technique for the evaluation of acute pancreatitis in dogs.

        〈알묏집 개피떡〉으로 살핀 『질마재 신화』

        『질마재 신화』는 서정주의 유년시절 경험과 기억을 시적으로 형상화한 시편들이다. 본고는 〈알묏집 개피떡〉을 중심으로 질마재에 얽힌 이야기들을 신화적인 관점에서 접근하였다. 그 결과 질마재 신화의 구조를 이루는 세 가지 원리를 짚어볼 수 있었다. 첫째, 자연과 인간 삶의 주기일치를 통해 세계를 해석하려는 모습이 나타난다. 둘째, 역전과 비약의 논리를 통해 웃음을 유발함으로써 갈등을 해소하려는 노력이 엿보인다. 셋째, 공동체적 삶의 복원을 위하여 욕망 대리자의 출현이 발생한다. 이는 각각 ‘순환의 원리’, ‘상승의 원리’, ‘교감의 원리’라고 이름붙일 수 있을 것이다. 미당이 표출한 질마재 신화에서의 상상력은 자연농민공동체적 삶의 형태를 구체적으로 보여주고 있다. 또한 법이나 종교, 금기 등이 생겨나기 이전의 원시적 사고방식을 복원하고 있다는 점에서 근대화 이후 우리가 잊고 있었던 전통과 원형에 대해 다시금 생각해보게 한다. 『Jilmajae Shinhwa』 is a bundle of poetries which gives the poetic impression of Seo Jungjoo’s childhood and memories. This paper has approached to some stories about Jilmajae with 〈Almoitjip gaepituk〉 through the mythic view. As the result, three principles of the myth structure of Jilmajae has been seen. First, there is an attitude to interpret the world through the cycle-corresponds between nature and human life. Second, as making laugh through reversal and a leap of logic, trying to resolve conflict. Third, for restoring communal living the representative of lust comes. These might be named as ‘principle of cycle’, ‘principle of rise’ and ‘principle of communion’. Imagination which Midang expressed in myth of Jilmajae concretely shows the shape of nature-farmer-communal living. In addition, in the point of restoring primeval thought of the time before law, religion or taboo it makes us think about the tradition and prototype that we have forgot.

        현대시에서의 그로테스크

        그로테스크는 보통 ‘자연의 법칙과 비례로부터 어긋나고, 우스꽝스러우며, 양립할 수 없는 이질적 요소들이 섞여 있는 비정상의 상태’ 등으로 설명되는 개념이다. 쉽게는 ‘이상하고, 기괴하며, 부조리하고 흉측한 것’으로 정의되기도 한다. 한편, 근래 문학의 흐름을 진단하는 글들에서 ‘포스트모던, 해체, 혼종성, 몸, 환상’과 같은 용어들을 자주 접하게 된다. 아마도 그로테스크에 관한 논의는 이러한 주제들를 설명하고 이해하는 데 도움을 주리라 여겨진다. 본고에서는 최승자, 진은영, 김언희, 최승호의 시를 예로 들어 현대시에 나타나는 그로테스크의 몇 가지 양상과 성격을 간략히 살피고자 하였다. 이를 위해 그로테스크를 일종의 ‘정체성’에 관한 물음으로 환원하여 접근하였다. 그로테스크하다고 여겨지는 반응 속에는 근원적으로 ‘그것은 대체 무엇인가’라는 물음이 담겨 있다고 여겨지기 때문이다. 과장되거나 왜곡된 낯선 이미지를 접하면서 독자는 불편함을 느끼게 되지만, 이러한 과정을 거쳐 인식 전환의 계기를 마련하게 된다는 점에서 그로테스크의 의의를 찾아볼 수 있을 것이다. Grotesque normally means "anomalism mixed of running counter to a law of nature and proportion, ridiculous and incompatible elements". In plain language, it is defined "a thing strange, incongruousness and ugly". Meanwhile, in writings analyzing recent literary trend, we are able to find these sorts of words "postmodern, deconstruction, hybridity, body or fantasy". Perhaps a discussion of grotesque help to understand these subjects. In this thesis, instancing the poems of Choi seung-ja, Jin eun-young, Kim eon-hee and Choi seung-ho, the writer will find some aspect and character of grotesque in modern poetry. For this, this writing will study through reducting grotesque to "identity". Because in the grotesquery reaction, there is the question "what on earth is it?" basically. Although the readers feel uncomfortable contacting the exaggerated and contorted image, in having a opportunity to change our realization, the importance of grotesque will be found.

        치과 보철/수복재료의 기계적 특성에 대한 규격화 시험법과 응용

        A number of mechanical test protocols have been developed to evaluate the mechanical properties for dental prosthetic and conservative materials. This review article presents and discusses internationally standardized test methods including uniaxial and biaxial flexural test, compressive and diametral tensile tests, Weibull reliability test, fracture toughness tests, and their applications. There has been little information on the relationship between the results from standardized tests and clinical performance for dental materials. Thus, the mechanical properties resulting from standard tests can merely be used in evaluation of mechanical quality among various candidates. For more practical evaluation of mechanical performance of dental materials, there are needs for developing a quasi-clinical test protocol under considerations with stress concentration and distribution and clinical complexity. Furthermore, those results should be compared with the mechanical properties resulting from standardized tests.

        치과용 복합레진의 굽힘 특성과 시험 신뢰도에 미치는 시편 크기의 영향

        The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of specimen dimension on the flexural properties and testing reliability of dental composite resin. The composite resin was prepared experimentally by mixing a resin matrix with silanated micrometer glass filler at 50 vol%. Flexural specimens with various dimension in specimen’s width were fabricated by light curing using a split metal mold; 25×2×2 mm, 25×2×4 mm, 25×2×6 mm in length × height × width. The flexural strength and modulus were determined according to ISO 4049 test protocol at a span length of 20 mm (normal-flexural strength; NFS). Another flexural test was conducted using mini-sized specimens (12×2×2 mm, 12×2×4 mm, 12×2×6 mm) from the broken specimens at a span length of 10 mm (mini-flexural strength; MFS). Data were analyzed with ANOVA and Duncan’s post-hoc test and the test reliability was evaluated by Weibull analysis. Results showed that there are generally no significant difference in flexural strength with the increase in the specimen width in NFS and MFS tests. However, the test reliability of flexural strength based on Weibull analysis was largely changed with the variables in the dimension of width and span length. The flexural modulus of NFS was increased as the dimension of specimens width increased while there was no trend in flexural modulus of MFS test. Overall results recommend that the evaluation of flexural properties and the reliability of dental composite resins should be performed with more than one test method.

        N-hexadecay-L-proline이 코팅된 역상 원심 액체크로마토그래피에 의한 아미노산 이성질체의 분리

        간단하고, 경제적이고, 다양한 응용이 가능한 시스템을 이용하여 거울상 이성질체를 분리 및 분취하였다. 소수성 아미노산 이성질체를 N-hexadecyl-L-proline이 코팅된 역상 원심 액체크로마토그래피로써 분리, 분취하였다. 아미노산 이성질체의 용리 및 분리에 영향을 주는 구리(Ⅱ) 농도, pH, 이동상의 유기용매 종류 및 농도, 원심 액체크로마토그래피의 원형 컬럼의 회전속도 등에 대하여 연구하였다. 수 mg의 소수성 아미노산을 분취하였다. 모든 다른 아미노산을 분리 및 분취하려면, 다양한 코팅 리간드에 대하여 연구하여야 한다. We prepared a simple, economic and versatile preparative system for an enantiomeric separation. Hydrophobic amino acid enantiomers were resolved in the preparative scale by a centrifugal liquid chromatography on the N-hexadecyl-L-proline coated reversed phase. The factors controlling the retention and resolution of racemic amino acids such as the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ), pH of the eluent, the type and content of organic modifier, and rpm of CLC were examined. Several mg of hydrophobic amino acid enantiomers were separated preparatively. To separate all of different amino acid enantiomers, various coating material will be investigated.

        치과용 아크릴 의치상 레진의 연마 방법에 따른 표면조도와 광택도

        This study investigated the influence of polishing methods on the surface roughness and gloss of three acrylic denture base resins. Two polishing methods were applied to the resin specimens: high polishing by laboratory lathe with pumice and rouge (HP) and chairside polishing kit with three silicone points (SP). Specimen preparation and surface polishing procedures were conducted to manufacturer’s recommendation. Surface roughness and gloss were measured by a contact type tester and a LED gloss checker with dual measurement mode (20°, 60°), respectively. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s post hoc test. P<0.05 was considered as significant. Within the limitation of this study, following conclusions were drawn. For all acrylic resins, HP method produced a significantly lower surface roughness (R<SUB>a</SUB>, R<SUB>y</SUB>, R<SUB>z</SUB>) than did SP method (P<0.05). SP procedure of specimens marked a higher surface roughness (R<SUB>a</SUB>) over the threshold roughness minimizing plaque attachment, 0.2 μm. Surface gloss units of specimens at 60° were higher than 20° illumination, but 20° gloss produced materials difference than 60° gloss. A strong negative correlation between all gloss units (8°/20°/60°) and Ra, 60° gloss showed the highest correlation coefficient.

        급성 신부전이 합병된 심한 횡문근융해증을 유발한 Doxylamine 중독증

        Doxylamine succinate is an over-the-counter drug widely used for treating. We experienced a case of severe rhabdomyolysis complicating acute renal failure after doxylamine overdose in a 24-year-old male. The maximum values of creatine kinase and creatinine level during hospitalization were 264,141 IU/L and 8.4 ㎎/dL, respectively. Oliguria on the sixth hospital day and sere treated with hemodialysis. Then, he recovered without any sequelae. To the best of our knowledge, the maximum creatine kinase level of 264,141 IU/L in the present case is the highest value anong the case reports on doxylamine-induced rhabdomyolysis and this is the first case report in Korea of doxylamine-induced severe rhabdomyolysis accompanying oliguric acute renal failure and requiring treatment with hemodialysis.

        Ambidentate 리간드의 금속착물 (제 3보). Isonitrosobenzoylacetone Imine 유도체와 팔라듐(Ⅱ)의 착물

        Amberdentate 리간드인 isonitrosobenzoylacetone imine 및 N-알킬 치환제들의 새로운 팔라듐(Ⅱ) 착물 Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH') 및 Pd(IBA-NR)2를 합성하였다. 여기서 IBA-NH 및 IBA-NR (R: methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, n-butyl, benzyl)은 각각 isonitrosobenzoylacetone imine 및 그 N-알킬 치환제를 표시한다. 합성한 팔라듐(II) 착물들의 적외선, 핵자기 공명, 전자 스펙트라 등을 측정한 결과 이들 착물 중에서 Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH')는 IBA-NH는 이소니트로소기의 산소를 통하여 팔라듐에 배위되어 6각형 고리를 이루며 IBA-NH'는 이소니트로소기의 질소를 통하여 배위되어 5각형 고리를 이루고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 Pd$(IBA-NR)_2$는 양쪽의 IBA-NR이 같이 이소니트로소기의 질소를 통하여 배위되어 5각형 고리를 이루고 있음을 확인하였다. 이들 리간드의 배위구조는 $Bose^5$등에 의하여 알려진 isonitrosoacetylacetone imine 및 그 N-알킬 유도체들의 구조와 유사하다. Novel palladium(II) complexes of the type Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH') and Pd(IBA-NR)2, where IBA-NH and IBA-NR (R: methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, n-butyl, benzyl) represent isonitrosobenzoylacetone imine and its N-alkyl derivatives respectively, have been prepared. The ir, nmr, and electronic spectra of the palladium(Ⅱ) complexes have been studied. It has been determined that the isonitroso group of IBA-NH coordinates to palladium through the oxygen to form 6-membered chelate ring and that of IBA-NH' coordinates to palladium through the nitrogen to form 5-membered ring in square-planar Pd(IBA-NH)(IBA-NH') and it also has been determined that the isonitroso groups of two IBA-NR coordinates to palladium through the nitrogen to form 5-membered rings in square-planar Pd$(IBA-NR)_2$. The coordination manner of the ligands is similar to that of isonitrosoacetylacetone imines obtained by Bose, et $al.^5$.
