[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to review the current status of research on special education during the COVID-19 pandemic in Korea. [Method] The research method was a quantitative research method. [Result] During the COVID-19 pandemic in Korea, special education had characteristics of non-face-to-face, non-contact, and social distancing. Most of the studies are related to online classes, while others are related to a variety of different topics. [Conclusion] The results of this study suggest that pending issues of special education should be prioritized during the COVID-19 pandemic. The most urgent task is to ensure effective classes for all special education students during the pandemic. This is a problem that all relevant parties, including teachers, students, and parents, must solve together.

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠철학의 쓸모없음의 큰 쓰임(無用之大用)에 대하여 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 장자의 무용지대용을 스포츠철학에 적용하여 연구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 체육학에서 스포츠철학은 다른 전공학문보다 상대적으로 위상은 낮다. 그 이유는 계산적 사고를 통해서 학문을 평가하기 때문이다. 그 평가의 기준은 유용성이다. 유용성은 외적 유용성과 내적 유용성으로 구분한다. 외적 유용성은 모든 것을 수와 양으로 평가하는 정량적 평가의 기준이다. 이에 따라서 스포츠철학은 취업과 경제적으로 도움이 안 되기에 쓸모없다고 판단한다. 하지만 관점을 전환하면 결과는 다르다. 내적 유용성 차원에서 생각하면, 스포츠철학은 비판적이고 창의적인 사고력, 도덕적 인격 형성, 소통능력의 강화, 자기 정체성 확립에 기여한다. 이외에서도 스포츠철학의 큰 쓸모는 숙고적 사유를 통한 문제 제기와 방향 제시에서 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to realize the great use of uselessness in sports philosophy. To this end, the use of the great use of uselessness in Zhuangzi philosophy was studied by applying it to the sports philosophy. The results are as follows. In physical education, sports philosophy is relatively lower in stature than in other disciplines. This is because it evaluates learning through computational thinking. The criterion for that assessment is usefulness. Usefulness is divided into external and internal usefulness. External usefulness is a quantitative assessment of everything in number and quantity. Therefore, sports philosophy is useless because it does not help you get a job and earn money. Changing the point of view results are different. Thinking in terms of internal usefulness, sports philosophy contributes to critical and creative thinking, moral character building, strengthening communication skills and establishing self-identity. In addition, the great use of sports philosophy can be found in raising questions and presenting directions through deliberate thinking.
자기부상용 Halbach 자석 배열을 이용한 선형 능동자기 베어링의 최적설계

본 논문은 Halbach 자석 배열을 사용하여 새로운 구조의 선형 능동자기 베어링 개발을 제시하고자 하였다. 선형 능동자기 베어링은 자석 간 발생하는 자중 보상 능력과 코일에 전류를 인가함으로서 발생하는 동적 힘을 이용하여 반도체 장비, 가공 장비 등 다양한 산업분야에서 적용되고 있다. 기존의 선형 능동자기 베어링은 크기에 비해 동적 힘이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 보다 높은 동적 힘을 발휘하는 선형 능동자기 베어링을 개발하기 위해 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존 구조를 분석하고 새로운 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 새로운 구조의 선형 능동 자기베어링을 최적화하기 위해서 모델링 및 최적 설계를 수행하였다. Sequential Quadratic Programming을 사용하여 제안된 선형 능동자기 베어링의 기하학적 설계 변수에 대해 최적의 설계가 수행되었으며, 최적설계 된 선형 능동자기 베어링의 설계성능은 정적 힘 45.063 N, 로렌츠 힘 상수 19.543 N/A 로 기존보다 높은 동적 힘을 발휘하는 것이 확인되었다. This paper presents a new structure for a linear active magnetic bearing using a Halbach magnet array. The proposed magnetic bearing consisted of a Halbach magnet array, center magnet, and single coil. The proposed linear active magnetic bearing has a high dynamic force compared to the previous study. The high dynamic force could be obtained by varying the thickness of a horizontally magnetized magnet. The new structure of Halbach linear active magnetic bearing has a high dynamic force. Therefore, the proposed linear active magnetic bearing increased the bandwidth of the system. Magnetic modeling and optimal design of the new structure of the Halbach linear active magnetic bearing were performed. The optimal design was executed on the geometric parameters of the proposed linear active magnetic bearing using Sequential Quadratic Programming. The proposed linear active magnetic bearing had a static force of 45.06 N and a Lorentz force constant of 19.54 N/A, which is higher than previous research.

[Purpose] This study aimed to explore the direction of inclusive physical education in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. [Method] Research literature related to inclusive physical education in the pandemic context was analyzed. [Results] Features of inclusive physical education in the pandemic context include non-contact, social distancing, and online classes. Therefore, the following suggestions are made. First, it is inclusive physical education to consider emotion and move beyond rationality and purely quantitative approaches. Second, eSports literacy―the ability to play and enjoy eSports―should be encouraged. Third, universal design for learning (UDL) should be applied in inclusive physical education for all students. [Conclusion] For physical education to be truly inclusive for all students, the suggestions advanced here should be adopted in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
차량시험 빅데이터 분석을 통한 AWD System 성능 기준 수립

Hyundai-Wia is in charge of R&D and production of AWD Systems supplied to Hyundai-Kia Company. When developing AWD Systems through real driving vehicle test, Engineer has to make a decision not by evaluator’s subjective opinion but by a quantified standards and performance factors. However, in order to establish a quantified standard, a large amount of real driving vehicle test data must be analyzed requiring considerable time and cost. In this Paper, we present performance standards on AWD System through big data analysis using self-developed analysis S/W. Quantified performance standards can be used as a performance indicator not only developing other vehicles, but using virtual Car Test model.
