        마이크로그리드용 10[kW] PCS 개발 및 성능시험

        PCS(Power Conditioning System) is the necessary component in Microgrid, composed of multiple distributed generators and energy storage system. In this paper, the functions of PCS are defined and 10[kW] PCS for PV and BESS are developed. To apply PCSs to Microgrid, this paper presents a 3-phase inverter with the decoupling current controller, voltage controller and DPLL control system. PCSs were applied to 120[kW] pilot plant and its performance tests were carried out. Test results of PCS at each operation mode show stable in Microgrid.

        Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 다중경로를 지원하는 ATP 프로토콜에 대한 연구

        Wireless networks have several unique features : node mobility, restricted bandwidth, time-variable bandwidth, large latency, and high bit error rates time due to channel fading. These features at wireless networks intend to decrease the performance TCP protocols are used in wireless networks. Lots of studies have been done for finding appropriate wireless transport protocols for current wireless communications. However, related studies have not provided good performance or some protocols have a good performance only in specific circumstances. Thus, these are not suitable for general wireless circumstance. Therefore, we propose a new wireless transport protocol which provides better performance than the previous ones. And we'd like to solve a problem that previous protocols cannot maintain their connections even though they have multiple paths until another path is successfully set up. To solve these problems, a new protocol ATP-M is proposed which is designed on already known TCP-M and ATP protocols. With NS-2 computer simulation, it is shown that this newly proposed protocol has better system throughput than TCP, TCP-M and ATP protocols.

      • 동력차용 대차프레임의 피로강도평가

        The bogie between the track and the railway vehicle body, is one of the most important component in railroad vehicle. Its effects on the safety of both passengers and vehicle itself, and on the overall performance of the vehicle such as riding quality, noise and vibration are critical. The bogie is mainly consisted of the bogie frame, suspensions, wheels and axles, braking system, and transmission system. The complex shapes of the bogie frame and the complicate loading condition (both static and dynamic) induced in real operation make it difficult to design the bogie frame fulfilling all the requirements. The complicated loads applied to the bogie frame are i) static load due to the weight of the vehicle and passengers, ii) quasi-static load due to the rolling in curves iii) dynamic load due to the relative motion between the track, bogie, and vehicle body. In designing the real bogie frame, fatigue analysis based on the above complicated loading conditions is a must. In this study, stress analysis of the bogie frame has been performed for the various loading conditions according to the UIC Code 6 15-4. Magnitudes of the stress amplitude and mean stress were estimated based on the stress analysis results to simulate the operating loads encountered in service. Fatigue strength of the bogie frame was evaluated by using the constant life diagram of the material. 3-D surface modelling, finite element meshing, and finite element analysis were performed by Pro-Engineer, MSC/PATRAN, and MSC/NASTRAN, respectively.

      • 화천의 세시풍속 어부식(魚鳧食)에 대한 고찰

        어부식은 정월대보름을 전후로 물가에서 행해지는 액막이 민속이다. 그 명칭이나 방법은 지역에 따라 다양하며, 그 분포는 전국적이 나 강원도와 경기도에 집중적으로 전승된다. 그 중에 화천의 어부식은 다양한 형태로 전승하고 있어 논의의 대상이 되었다. 화천의 어부식은 전통과 지역의 특성을 조화롭게 계승하고 있다. 곧, 『동국세시기』등에 전하는 액막이 풍습과 물 민속이 고스란히 녹아있고, 다양한 민속 문화로 개발하여 계승하고 있다. 화천은 산과 강이 잘 발달되어 있다. 그래서 화천에는 山川祭가 유명하다. 산신제를 지내면서 반드시 쳐드는 것도 용신이다. 화천에서 행하는 액막이 행사는 홍수막이, 제웅치기, 액연날리기, 쑥대궁태우기, 어부식(용왕제), 엄나무걸기, 달집태우기 등이 있다. 이는 전국적인 현상이나, 화전에서 전승하는 홍수막이, 쑥대궁태우기 등은 아주 이색적인 액막이 행사였다. 화천의 어부식은 다양한 모습으로 전승되고 있었다. 곧, 개인의 어부식, 냉경지 소금장수의 어부식, 용화축전의 어부식 관등놀이, 민속놀이로서 ‘화천 냉경지 어부식놀이’이다. 이 중 개인의 어부식은 전승면에서 명칭, 시기, 장소, 방법, 대상, 주체, 목적, 분포도를 중심으로 살폈다. 첫째 명칭은 ‘어부식’이 주로 많이 쓰였다. 둘째 시기는 정월 14~16일을 기점으로 행하고, 용화축전, 소금배 가는 날, 민속놀이 연행 때도 행하였다. 셋째 장소는 물이 있는 곳이면 했다. 넷째 방법은 지역에 따라 다양성을 보였다. 화천은 전통성을 유지하면서 특성을 함께 내포하고 있었다. 다섯째 대상은 정초 신수를 보아서 액운이 낀 사람, 삼재가 든 사람, 또는 세시풍속으로 가족 모두, 아이들이었다. 여섯째 어부식의 주체는 모두 부녀자라고 할 수 있고, 아이들도 간혹 따라갔다. 일곱째 목적은 액막이, 소원성취, 아이들의 몰놀이 안전을 위해서 하였다. 여덟째 분포도는 전국적이나 강원도와 경기도에서 집중적으로 행해지고, 화천에서도 아주 많은 곳에서 행하고 있었다. 냉경지 소금배 오는 날의 어부식은 민속놀이로 강원도민속예술축제에 출품이 되었다. 그러나 그때 어부식을 했는지에 대한 진위는 알 수가 없다. 곧, 소금배가 오고 강치성을 올리기는 했지만, 그것이 어부식인지는 알 수 없다. 축제로서의 어부식은 ‘어부식 관등놀이’라는 명칭으로 전하는 용화축전의 한 행사이다. 이는 용화산 산신제보다 먼저 행한 행사로서 그 의의가 있다. 민속놀이로서 어부식은 ‘어부식 관등놀이’와 대보름 액막이 행사를 합하여 만든 것이다. 좀 더 화천 지역의 특성을 살려서 연행을 한다면 좋을 것이다. Eobusik is a custom of Aekmaki(preventing misfortune) which is held on the riverside before and after the 15th of January according to the lunar calender. Its name and performance are various according to the area. It was spread national wide especially focused on Gangwon-do and Gyonggi-do. Among them, Eobusik in Hwacheon has been handed down in many ways and became a subject for discussion. Hwacheon Eobusik is succeeded with good harmonization between tradition and the area’s feature. A custom of Aekmaki and water folk from 『Dongkuk-sesigi』 were melted in it without a change and also they developed it into a various folk customs with succession. Therefore Sansinje(religious service for the god of a mountain) is famous in Hwacheon and Yongsin(the Sea God) must be uphold during Sansinje. There are many Aekmaki performances in Hwacheon such as Hongsu-maki, Jeung-chigi, Aekyeon-naligi, Ssukdaegung-taeugi, Eobusik, Eomnamu-geolgi, Daljib-taeugi and so on. They are performed nationally and Hongsumaki and Ssukdaegung-taeugi in Hwacheon are very unique. Eobusik in Hwacheon has been handed down with variation such as personal Eobusik, Salt trader’s Eobusik at Naenggeongji, Eobusik at Yonghwachukjeon(Yonghwa festival) and Hwacheon Naenggeongji Eobusik as a folk custom. This study is concentrated on personal Eobusik’s name, period, location, way, subject, object, purpose and distribution chart. First, name, Eobusik is popular as a name. Second, period, it is held during the 14th-16th of January, Yonghwachukjeon(Yonghwa festival), salt boat sailing day and folk game day. Third, location, they hold it at a place that water can be found. Fourth, way, it shows variation according to the area. Eobusik in Hwacheon is traditional and unique. Fifth, object, people who has bad luck for the year or just a whole family for season’s custom. Sixth, subject, they are women and sometimes children accompany with them. Seventh, purpose, it is for preventing misfortune, making a wish or wishing safety for summer waterside excursion. Eighth, distribution chart, it is spread nationally but mainly in Gangwon-do and Gyonggi-do. In Hwacheon, lots of place perform it. Naenggeongji salt boat’s Eobusik was submited for Gangwon-do folk art festival as a folk game. however, it is not positive whether it was held or not at that time. That is, on salt boat’s arrival, they offered a sacrifice, yet it is hard to say it was Eobusik. Eobusik as a festival is also a part of Yonghwachukjeon in a name of ‘Eobusik gwandeungnoli’. It is significant, because it was held before Yonghwa mountain Sansinje. Eobusik as a folk game was combined with Eobusik gwandeungnoli (merrymaking at the Lantern Festival) and the 15th of January Aekmaki. It will be much better with more Hwacheon’s peculiarities.

      • 테스트베드 구축과 AHP기법을 통한 경량벽체 요구성능의 중요도 분석

        As the Long-life certification system is recently introduced in the Housing Law in Korea, it is expected that an application of the lightweight wall panel will be increased in apartment construction as the main wall system. However, the performance criteria for lightweight wall is in the early phase of its action. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the performance criteria properly by investigating performance requirement in the user`s perspective. The purpose of this study is to identify of the weight of the required performance items for the lightweight wall in apartment house. To analyze the priority in the performance, an interview survey is performed; after monitering the test-bed of the lightweight walls, user and experts evaluate the performance requirements. The weight of the performance requirement is developed by AHP method.

      • 인제군 농촌관광활성화를 위한 명품마을 만들기

        This study is for contribution to Inje-gun to become affluent(Tourist revitalization) with applying Mauitaeja’s historical facts. The purpose of this thesis is to reassure that it is necessary to reborn with change and creation in order to be a wealthy town. There are many Mauitaeja related geographical names, remains, religion, novel and songs more than any other areas. Therefore beside the present discussion about historical evidence, We need to focus on that villagers has been believed it as a religion and it is claimed to develop the village with this fact. Building fine village had been discussed to give Mauitaeja life again and he can stride through Inje. For this project, It needs to meet several conditions such as distinction with tradition and regional characteristics, vitality with pride and finance, the demands of the times with change and creation. The purpose of Mauitaeja village project is improvement of qualification and quantity for Inje-gun people. First of all, study about Inje-gun current resource and the value of Mauitaeja had conducted. It has rich resource but poorly developed and the value is infinite. Secondary, there are several things has to be done suchlike changing town’s name, product development, active publicity and co-operation between the government and the people. A few name changing has been suggested as following Nam-myeon with Mauitaeja-myeon, Sangnam-myeon with Gimbudaewang-myeon, Buk-myeon with Seoraksan-myeon. products with impression are necessary. So the following are recommended historical site tour course, walking route, special local food based on local sacrificial rites, tourist accomodations and play ground utilized the story of war, sports game and leisure facility for adventure. The Publicity needs to be conducted with a faithful arrangement of base data, consultation of expert, media, public advertisement, festival, animation, tv-drama, movie and games. The effect from these changes can bring not only the enhancement of Inje‘s value but also unaccountable positive outcomes. In conclusion, We need to put these ideas into the action not to loose the chance by others.

        신화가 가지는 관광자원의 속성 연구

        이 논문은 강릉단오제의 근원신화가 세계인이 함께하는 관광축제로 된 속성을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 곧, 신화(神話)가 갖고 있는 다음과 같은 성질 때문에 관광자원으로 될 수 있다는 것이다. 신화는 신의 이야기이다. 신화는 인간의 삶과 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있다. 신은 인간의 삶에 직접적으로 화복(禍福)을 내려주는 존재이다. 옛 사람들은 신이 인간의 생사(生死)를 관장한다고 믿었다. 그 때문에 마을마다 신을 달래기 위해 제의(祭儀)를 행하고, 제의를 행하면서 안녕과 복락을 기원하였다. 신화가 있는 제의는 반드시 장소(場所)를 갖고 있다. 그리고 신화는 이야기이기 때문에 사람들의 입과 입을 통해 전승을 하게 된다. 또한 제의는 축제(祝祭)라는 기본속성을 갖는다. 신화가 가지는 이야기, 장소, 축제는 관광자원의 또 다른 속성으로 볼 수 있다. 곧, 이야기의 매력, 장소관광, 축제의 어울림이라는 3가지 요소가 함께하고 있기 때문이다. 강릉단오제는 신화가 있는 축제이다. 강릉단오제는 범일국사의 비범한 탄생부터 강릉을 수호해 주는 신이 된 이야기가 전승하고 있다. 그리고 대관령부터 동해바다에 이르기까지 강릉 전체를 아우르는 장소가 있다. 무엇보다 이런 장소와 이야기를 바탕으로 축제가 열리고 있다. 강릉단오제는 다양한 문화콘텐츠를 포함하고 있어서 많은 관광자를 불러 모은다. 이처럼 강릉단오제의 근원신화는 관광자원으로서 속성을 충분히 갖추고 있다. 그 때문에 세계인이 함께 전승해야할 제의이면서, 세계인이 함께 모여 즐기는 축제가 된 것이다. The purpose of this thesis is to enlighten the attributes contributed for the mythology of Gangneung Danoje Festival to become a tourism festival visited from all over the world. Mythology has the attributes supposed to be the resources of tourism. Mythology is the story of gods. Mythology is closely related with human beings lives. God is the entity giving blessings and punishments. God is believed to control the lives of human beings in old days. So every community prayed for its peace and wellbeing with the ceremony of memorial service which sooths gods. Every ceremony of memorial service which has mythology has its own place. Mythology is a story descending from mouth to mouth. And the ceremony of memorial service has the characteristics of festival. Place, story, and festival are all the attributes of tourism resources. Visiting place, spreadability of story, and joining of festival all together exist in it. Danoje is a festival which has mythology. It covers places from Daegwallyeong to East sea. It contains a story of the Great Monk Bumil from his birth to sanctification of god keeping Gangneung. Moreover, the Festival is held on the base of these attributes of places and stories. Danoje Festival attracts a lot of visitors with a variety of cultural contents. So, the basic mythology of Danoje Festival has enough attributes of tourism resources. It is a ceremony of memorial service to be kept and descended globally and it is a joyful festival with people all over the world.
