1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out associations between "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon" 2. Methods A comparative study of authors, colophons, tables of contents and texts of "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon" was made. 3. Results and conclusions 1) There was a close connection between "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" and "SangGyoHyeonTo DongyiSuseBowon", compared their authors, colophons, tables of contents, texts, and so on. 2) It is supposed that "SaSangInByeonJeungRon" of "HamsanSachon DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon" was not added any touches and "SaSangInByeonJeungRon" of "DongyiSuseBowon" (GyeongJaBon) was not revised. 3) "DongyiSuseBowon GaboGubon BokWonBon" and text of "SaSangUiHak" shold be amended partially.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out prevalence of chronic diseases according to Sasang constitutional. 2. Methods The medical records of 1,453 subjects who have taken health examinations and diagnosis of Sasang constitution from January 2003 to June 2003 at a health examination center of a university hospital in Seoul were reviewed. Sociodemographic factors and the prevalences of chronic diseases according to Sasang Constitution are compared and analyzed. 3. Results (1) Among the 1,453 subjects, 683(47.0%) were Taeumin, 421(29.0%) were Soyangin, and 349(24.0%) were Soeumin. (2) The prevalences of gastric polyp, diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, dyslipoproteinemia, abnormal liver function and fatty liver of T aeurnin were significantly higher than those of the other constitutions (p-value<0.05). And the prevalences of hepatic cyst and gall stone disease of Taeumin were higher than those of the other constitutions(p-value<0.l). (3) The prevalences of liver cirrhosis of Soyangin was significantly higher than that of the other constirutions(p-value <0. 05). (4) The prevalences of pulmonary tuberculosis on X-ray and anemia of Soeurnin were significantly higher than those of the other constitutions (p-value<0.05). And the prevalences of gastric xanthelasma and hypothyroidism of Soeumin were higher than those of the other constitutions(p-value<0.1). 4. Conclusions There were significant differences on the prevalences of some chronic diseases according to Sasang wnstirution.
방위각 개선을 위한 SDINS/GPS/ZUPT 결합 지상 항법 시스템

This study describes an SDINS/GPS/ZUPT integration algorithm for land navigation systems. The SDINS error can be decoupled in two parts. The first part is the the Schuler component which does not depend on object motion parameters, and the other is the Non-Schuler part which depends on the product of object acceleration and azimuth error. Azimuth error causes SDINS error in proportion to the traversed distance. The proposed system consists of a GPS/SDINS integration system and an SDINS/ZUPT integration system, which are both realized by an indirect feedforward Kalman filter. The main difference between the two is whether the estimate includes the Non-Schuler error or not, which is decided by the measurement type. Consequently, subtracting GPS/SDINS outputs from SDINS/ZUPT outputs provide the Non-Schuler error information which can be applied to improving azimuth accuracy. Simulation results using the raw data obtained from a van test attest that the proposed SDINS/GPS/ZUPT system is capable of providing azimuth improvement.

1. Objectives However there was a report that dyspepsia occurs more frequently in Soeumin, there has not been any clinical research if structural changes such as gastritis occurs differently according to Sasang Constitution. So in this research, we investigated to find out if there are differences in the degree and types of gastritis and gastrointestinal symptoms according to Sasang Constitution and gender difference. 2. Methods Subjects were 30 men and 38 women, who had visited Kyung-Hee Medical Center for physical examination and took gastroscopy and differential diagnosis of Sasang Constitution in March, 2003. We investigated the degree and types of gastritis and gastrointestinal symptoms. 3. Results and conclusions Gender difference han no relation with types of gastritis, but had significant relation with the degree of gastritis and gastrointestinal symptoms. But Sasang Constitution had no significant relation with the degree and types of gastritis and gastrointestinal symptoms.
마이크로파-폴리올법을 이용한 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 Pt/MWCNTs 촉매의 제조 및 이의 특성분석

본 연구에서는 50 wt%에 달하는 매우 높은 Pt 담지량에서도 장기내구성이 우수한 연료전지용 Pt/MWCNT 촉매를 마이크로파를 이용한 폴리올법을 이용하여 제조하였다. X선 회절분석법과 투과전자현미경 분석결과 마이크로파 조사시간이 늘어남에 따라 Pt의 크기가 증가하였다. 마이크로파 조사시간이 10분, 20분, 30분일 경우 Pt 크기는 각각 4.1, 4.9, 8.5 nm로 나타났다. 마이크로파를 사용하지 않은 기존 폴리올 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매와 비교하였을 경우 Pt 분산도와 장기내구성이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. In this study, highly loaded(50 wt%) and very stable Pt/MWCNT catalysts for Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells(PEMFCs) are synthesized in short time scale by microwave assisted polyol method with different microwave irradiation time. The XRD and TEM results show that the Pt size becomes bigger as the microwave irradiation time increases. The mean Pt sizes of fabricated catalysts are 4.1, 4.9 and 8.5 nm when the microwave are irradiated for 10, 20 and 30 min, respectively. When compared with Pt catalyst made by conventional polyol method, it shows better long term durability due to the better Pt dispersion on the MWCNT surface.
한국인(韓國人)의 사상인(四象人) 분포(分布)에 관한 연구(硏究)

1. Objectives Though the distributional rate of Sasangin was mentioned in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$, there were few studies on the distributional rate of Sasangin in Korea. So, this study was conducted to estimate the distributional rate of Sasangin in Korea. 2. Methods The medical records of 1,423 subjects who have taken diagnosis of Sasang constitution from January 2003 to June 2003 at a health examination center of a hospital in Seoul were reviewed. Then distributional rate of Sasang constitution were analyzed and age sex-adjusted standardized distributional rate were estimated by direct standardization using a reference population of 2000 aged from 20 to 70 years. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) The total number of subjects were 1,423(Males : 704(49.5%) / Females : 719(50.5%)). And the mean age of the subjects was $46.3{\pm}11.4$ years(males : $45.4{\pm}11.3$ / females $47.1{\pm}11.4$). (2) Among the 1,423 subjects, distributional rate of Taeumin, Soyangin, and Soeumin were 46.9%, 29.1% and 24.0%(Male : Taeumin 48.2%, Soyangin 37.9%, Soeumin 13.9% / Female: Taeumin 45.6%, Soyangin 20.4%, Soeumin 33.9%). (3) Age sex-adjusted standardized distributional rate of Taeumin, Soyangin, and Soeumin were 45.4%, 28.2% and 26.4%(Male : Taeumin 50.8%, Soyangin 35.1%, Soeumin 14.1% / Female: Taeumin 39.5%, Soyangin 21.0%, Soeumin 39.4%) (4) The rate of Soeumins was higher than that mentioned in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$,and the distributional rate of Sasangin according to sex was different. (5) So it was thought that the distributional rate of Sasangin in Korea was different from that mentioned in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$.

Diabetic nephropathy is defined that renal glomeruluses are damaged by diabetes melitus and proteins that are not excreted to urine normally are exhausted, or do not excrete waste matter to urine, so-called chronic renal failure state. Clinical stage is explained divided 5. If reached 4 or 5 stage, overt proteinuria is occurred to clinical nephropathy, and hypoalbuminemia, azotemia, hypertension, and edema become serious. Concept about edema is differing comprehension about mechanism of a disease, and treatment methodaccording to Sasang Constitution in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. I treated edemtous Soyangin(少陽人) patient with Dojeokgangkitang(導赤降氣湯) who diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy and wrongly treated in Soeumin. I have got good results, so I do case study.
FeSiBNb 리본 합금의 비정질 형성능과 자기적 특성에 미치는 Co의 첨가 효과

큰 비정질 형성능을 가지는 FeSiBNb 비정질 리본 합금의 열적 및 자기적 특성에 미치는 Co의 첨가 효과에 대하여 연구되었다. 두께 $40\;{\mu}m$의 비정질$(Fe_{1-X}Co_X)_{72}Si_4B_{20}Nb_4(x=0{\sim}0.5)$ 합금에 대한 열분석 결과, Fe에 대한 Co의 치환량이 증가할수록 과냉각 액상의 존재 온도 범위가 넓어져 비정질 형성능이 증가하는 것으로 평가되었다. 또 Co 농도의 증가에 따라 약간의 $B_8$(800A/m에서의 유도 자속밀도)의 감소가 얻어지나, 투자율이 현저하게 증가하고 철손이 크게 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 한편 두께가 두꺼운 상기 비정질 합금의 교류 투자율의 주파수 특성은 와전류에 의한 표피 효과의 증대 때문에 $20\;{\mu}m$ 정도의 두께를 가지는 통상의 비정질 리본 합금에 비해 열화되는 것으로 나타났다. The thermal and magnetic properties of amorphous (FeCo)SiBNb ribbon alloys with high glass forming ability have been investigated. The glass forming ability was enhanced by Co substitution in amorphous ($Fe_{1-X}Co_X)_{72}Si_4B_{20}Nb_4$ alloys with the thickness of about $40{\mu}m$. With the increase in Co content, the temperature range of supercooled liquid phase increased indicating the high glass forming ability of the Co-added alloys. Further the ac permeability increased, and the core loss decreased considerably by Co substitution, while small change in $B_8$ (magnetic flux density at 800 A/m) was observed. The frequency characteristics of permeability deteriorated as compared to conventional amorphous ribbon alloys with the thickness of about $20\;{\mu}m$ due to the increased skin effect.
