폐LCD유리 발포 블록의 기공조절을 통한 흡음재 특성연구

현재 평판디스플레이용 전자제품에 사용되는 폐유리는 영상매체기술 개발의 가속화로 기존 CRT에서 LCD, PDP로 생산체계가 바뀜에 따라 급격히 수요가 증가되고 있으며 그 결과 발생되는 폐유리 또한 급격히 증가되고 있다. 그중 폐LCD유리는 적당한 재활용 방안이 마련되지 못하고 있음에 따라 폐LCD유리를 재활용할 수있는 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 폐LCD를 분쇄한 후 발포제, 바인더와 혼합하여 일정한 온도 및 시간에서 소성시켜 발포유리를 제조하였다. 또한 발포 공정에 있어 유리상의 입도, 발포조제의 첨가량, 소성온도 및 시간 등의 발포 공정변수에 대한 물리적 영향도 조사하였으며, 최적조건에서 발포된 발포유리의 Open Porosity를 측정하여 흡음률에 대한 관계를 조사하였다. 이상의 연구로부터 폐lcd유리는 발포 블럭제조를 통한 흡음재제조로서 효과적인 재활용 방인이 될 수 있음을 보여준다.

인체 B 림프구 활성화의 신호전달과정에서 IL-4 수용체와 CD40 분자간의 상호작용

Stimulation of B cells through CD40 antigen has been reported to agument the interleukin-4(IL-4)induced B cell proliferation and differentiation. In order to elucidate mechanisms underlying the synergistic action, we examined the effect of CD40-mediated signal on the IL-4-induced B cell activation. Treatment of dense, resting tonsillar B cells with agonistic anti-CD40 mAb caused a noticeable induction of IL-4 receptor(IL-4R) mRNA expression within hours, which was followed by a significant enhancement of the IL-4-induced surface IL-4R and CD23 expression, suggesting a role of CD40 in amplifying the IL-4-induced signal. Signal interplay between the IL-4 and the CD40 system was further supported by the observation that, in tonsillar B cells, IL-4 plus anti-IgM induced CD40 expression and tyrosine phosphorylation of IL-4R, and that anti-CD40 co-immunoprecipitated the IL-4R and the IL-4R associated tyrosine kinase activity, which implies a possible molecular interaction between IL-4R and CD40. Together these results suggest that there is a cross-talk between CD40-and the IL-4R-mediated signal transduction system during the T cell-dependent B cell activation.

독일의 성년후견법상 케어 매니지먼트에 관한 연구

The care management under Adult Guardianship Law (Betreuungsrecht) in Germany began to be discussed in terms of its necessity in the diverse situations of adult guardianship law application. The reason why the care management has actively been discussed in the 21th century was that the increased state subsidies for the welfare approach to adult guardianship law and guardianship cost put pressure on the finances of the central and local governments of Germany. In Germany, the personal contact is obliged in order to respect the opinions of the adults under legal protection, and guardianship plan as one of individual guardianship systems is introduced. To support the life of an adult under legal protection, it is necessary to connect with medical, healthcare, and welfare services. For this reason, the guardianship plan to which the care management is converted comes to be obliged. In Germany, the care management focuses on the social life of an adult under legal protection and provides indirect support in order for the adult to determine its life on its own. As a result, it is aimed at supporting the independence of an adult under legal protection and improving its quality of life. To support the independence of an adult under legal protection, it is necessary to respect the adult’s right to self-determination. In this aspect, the idea of the self-determination respect in adult guardianship law is consistent with the idea of the care management. In particular, any jobs hard to be specified as the jobs in the contents of protection of personal interests are flexibly discussed from a welfare perspective and are applied to interpretation. Such German attitude is full of suggestions. 독일에서 성년후견법상 케어 매니지먼트는 성년후견법 적용의 다양한 상황 속에서 그 필요성이 논의되기 시작하였다. 21세기에 들어서면서 케어 매니지먼트에 관한 논의가 활발해 진 것은 성년후견법에 대한 복지적 접근과 후견비용에 의한 국고부담이 증대되어 독일 정부와 주의 재정을 압박하였기 때문이다. 독일은 피후견인의 의사를 존중하기 위하여 개인적인 접촉을 의무화하였고, 개별적 후견의 하나로써 후견계획을 도입하였다. 피후견인의 생활을 지원하기 위해서는 의료・보건・복지의 연계가 필요하기 때문에 그 대응방법으로써, 케어 매니지먼트 방법을 전용한 후견계획을 의무화 한 것이다. 독일에서 케어 매니지먼트는 피후견인의 사회생활에 초점을 맞추어 피후견인 자신이 그 생활을 스스로 결정해 나갈 수 있도록 측면적으로 지원하는 것이다. 그 결과 피후견인의 자립을 지원하고, 삶의 질(QOL)을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 피후견인의 자립을 지원하기 위해서는 피후견인의 자기결정권이 존중되어야 하므로, 이러한 점에서 성년후견법의 자기결정권 존중의 이념과 케어 매니지먼트의 사고방식은 일치한다. 특히, 케어 매니지먼트는 노멀라이제이션의 이념을 실현하는 최적의 방법이다. 따라서 후견인은 케어 매니지먼트 수법에 따른 지원으로서 피후견인의 자기결정과 자기선택을 지원하여야 한다. 구체적인 절차로서 독일의 입법례와 같이 후견인이 피후견인과 접촉하여 피후견인이 처한 상황을 파악하고, 복지서비스의 이용을 포함한 피후견인에게 필요한 지원의 방법과 내용을 파악한 후, 피후견인과의 대화와 상담을 통하여 후견계획을 세우고 이를 실행할 필요가 있는 바, 본 논문에서는 독일의 성년후견법상 케어 매니지먼트에 대하여 살펴보고 있다. 특히, 독일에서 신상보호의 내용에 구체적인 직무로서 특정 짓기 어려운 직무에까지 복지의 관점에서 유연하게 논의하고 해석에 반영시킨 점은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

B 림프구 활성화 자극에 따른 Interleukin-4 수용체와 Type II IgE 수용체 발현조절양상의 상호관련성

Interleukin-4(IL-4) specifically induces the expression of its own receptor, IL-4R and type II IgE receptor, FceR1l in a dose-dependent manner in human B lymphocytes. We observed that the IL-4-induced expression of IL-4R and Fce Rll were both down-regulated by interferon-T(IFN-T) at mRNA as well as surface protein levels in normal B lymphocytes. Such co-ordinated regulation of the IL-4-induced IL-4R and FceRlI also occurred by anti-CD40 and steroid, each regulating the IL-4-induced response in an opposite direction. While anti-CD40, which is re-ported to agument the IL-4-induced B cell activation, further enhanced the IL-4-induced IL-4R and Fee RU expression, methylprednisolon(MPD) strongly inhibited the level of these receptors. The anti-CD40 or MPD-induced modulation of the IL-4-induced IL-4R and FceRII was further subject to the down-regulation by lFN-T. As compared to normal B lymphocytes, a differential regulation of IL-4R and FceRII was noted in a transformed B cell line, where IFN- Tup-regulated the IL-4-induced responses. Still, there was a co-ordinated regulation of the IL-4R and FceRII in these cells. Taken together, these results suggest that modulation of IL-4R expression and FccRII induction are closely correlated events during the IL-4-induced cellular activation

The Sacred Immortality of Keats’ Political Spirit in Shelley’s Adonais

In the Romantic period, the ideological conflicts between the conservative and the liberal poets become greatly complicated after the failure of the French Revolution. The liberal poets like Shelley strongly propose that they have the change the society more idealistically by means of their poems. Shelley might acknowledge that in reality it is extremely difficult to satisfy his idealistic aspiration. Adonais is the poem which Shelley's burgeoning aspirations for the political power is deeply embedded in, though it is well known as a pastoral elegy for Keats's tragic death. He subconsciously disguises his sense of political power by questioning Keats's death in Adonais. In spite of Keats's physical death in reality,Shelley symbolically portrays the tragic death as a political triumph in Adonais, which means the realization of idealized revolt. In addition,Shelley's aggressive and eternal desire for taking over the political power is also reflected in Adonais. Especially, Shelley liberally treats his Adonais as a consciously exposed manifestation of realistic antipathy or a confirmation of discreditable orthodox by clinging to his Utopia. The Utopia that Shelley in Adonais aspires for can be said to be what he wishes to realize politically as a poet of revolution. Though Shelley's political aim was not realized in the reality, his political aspiration for the Utopia is fulfilled in his imaginative poem.

Failed Political Desire in Romantic Revenge Tragedy: Byron’s Marino Faliero

This paper explores the theme of failed political desire in Lord Byron's Marino Faliero in terms of the traditional lineage of the revenge tragedy. I will investigate the progress of Romantic writer's political tendency toward national reform, which led to the failure of political desire at the end of drama as a reflection of their frustration in reality. During this time spent in a foreign and continental country, right after finishing his Manfred, Byron was particularly interested in writing a political drama concerning the actual tragedy which occurred in Venice, Italy. In Byron's mind, the political situation of Italy's past could be compared with the current reality of England during the Romantic period. The historical tragedy was based on the real story of the execution of the Italian doge, Marino Faliero, who was engaged in a conspiracy against Italian sovereignty which led to the fatal decapitation. Doge's crisis implicitly shows Byron's failed political desire for reform.

The Illusion of Human Being’s Controlling the Intelligent Machine

This paper investigates how an intelligent machine that human beings create become a resistant entity which leads to human’s illusion of controlling the intelligent machine. Even if Adam in Ian McEwan’s Machines Like Me continues to be human-controlled, this machine will inevitably create unexpected obstacles for humans. This is why this novel is most relevant today than ever under the circumstance of genetic engineering to ChatGPT in modern society. McEwan compels readers to think about the consequences of owning an android with its own consciousness and ability for decision-making. As the narrator, Charlie, purchases Adam, only to face a string of troubles as he fails to exert full control over Adam. Charlie decides to destroy Adam, but he experiences guilt. This novel reveals an exploration of how non-human beings can easily go beyond their human owners’ original intentions, leading to dire consequences. Despite Charlie’s belated ambivalent feeling toward the machine, Adam is plunged into the demise by its owner.

프랜차이즈계약에서의 정보제공의무에 관한 연구

현대사회에서는 경제상황의 급격한 발달로 인해 상품 및 거래내용이 복잡하고 다양하게 됨으로써 일방당사자의 지식 또는 정보수집 능력이 타방당사자에 비하여 현저하게 떨어지는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 정보량의 격차는 계약체결에 있어서 의사결정을 좌우할 수 있는 매우 중요한 사항으로,대등하지 않는 양 당사자 간의 계약은 불공정한 요소를 포함할 가능성이 크다. 이러한 불공정한 계약을 방지하기 위하여 우리나라는 ‘약관의 규제에관한 법률’, ‘독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률’ 등을 두고 있으며, 특히 프랜차이즈 계약에 있어서 불공정한 관행을 규제하기 위하여 ‘가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률’을 두고 있다. 가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률은 허위 과장광고로 인해 피해를 입은 가맹희망자들이 계약체결 전 미리가맹본부로부터 중요한 정보를 제공받음으로써 경제적 법률적으로 약자의지위에 있는 가맹점사업자를 보호하는 사전적 구제책으로서의 역할을 하고있다. 그러나 동법은 사후적 구제수단으로써 가맹계약의 무효 또는 해제,손해배상의 청구 등 민사적 책임에 대해서는 직접적인 규정을 두고 있지 않다. 결국, 현행법상 민사법일반 이론에 의지할 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 프랜차이즈 계약을 체결함에 있어서 정보수집능력 및 교섭능력에서 우위에 있는 가맹본부에 의해 일방적으로 작성된 계약서에 의한 계약을 체결함으로써 법률지식 등이 부족한 가맹희망자가 불공정한 거래내용으로 손해를 입는 것을 방지하고, 이미 발생한 분쟁에서 이들을 보호하기 위한 제도로서 민사적 제재수단을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 법리를 연구하고 있다.
