무강수일수와 강우효과를 고려한 개선된 표준강수지수 개발

본 연구에서는 가뭄의 심도에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 무강수일수를 고려하고, 강수에서 기인하는 지표면유출 효과를 반영한 가뭄해갈에 유효한 강수를 산정하여 기존의 SPI3을 개선한 Modified SPI를 제시하였다. 1973년부터 2009년까지 각종 보고서 및 문헌자료를 통해 실제 발생한 가뭄사례를 수집하여 행정구역별 가뭄공간정보를 생산하고, 동일기간 전국 69개지점에서산정된 가뭄지수를 우리나라 전체 공간으로표현하여각종 지수의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여ROC 분석을 수행하였다. 개선된 가뭄지수 제시를 위하여 총 강우량 중단기적인 유출에 기여할 것으로 판단되는 부분을 절삭하여 유효강우를 산정하였으며, 월단위의 무강수일수를 십분위, 누적분포함수로 변형하여 기존의 지수에 가중치를 부여하였다. 분석결과 유출량을 고려한 강우의 절삭은 기존의 SPI3에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 가뭄감지능력을 보여주었으며, 무강수일수를 고려한 가뭄지수의 개선은 누적분포함수의 수치를 고려함으로서 상당히 개선된 가뭄감지 능력을 보여주었다. A modified standardized precipitation index was developed by considering the length of dry period and surface run-off effect. The official reports and newspapers on drought from 1973 to 2009 were quantified to evaluate drought indices. The developed index was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic analysis. In order to suggest improved drought index, we cut the precipitation amount that may do not contribute the mitigation of drought and weight dry period by considering cumulative distribution, decile distribution of dry periods. Drought detection capability of the suggested index has improved by weighting of dry period effects and considering precipitation amounts contributing drought mitigation.

The purpose of this paper is to conceptualize and to understand hierarchical order among the same class sections in local government bureaucracy. Results of this study; (1) The structure of hierarchical order which called 'Z'mode is separated by 4 clusters. There are five administration functions such as administration support function, policy formulation function, policy implementation function, civil service function and business function, Among those five functions, adminstration support function is the first cluster. (2) The reasons of the upper cluster come from the possibility of promotion and job satisfaction. On the contrary, however, the reasons of lower cluster are caused by bad job conditions and the lower possibility of promotion. (3) The civil servants' evaluation of the hierarchical order stands each other as pros and cons. And they prospect this situation would be continued. (4) To solve these problems this study tries to propose a restructuring plan of hierarchical order.

생존기간의 관점에서 혁신인증 유형(벤처, 이노비즈, 메인비즈)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 사건은 부도에 준하는 연체로 정의하여 생존기간을 산출하였으며, 혁신인증 연도를 기준으로 혁신인증 중소기업의 업력, 고용인원, 재무상태(자본과 부채, 매출액과 영업이익), 산업별 구성을 통제변수로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 통제변수를 고려한 상황에서도 혁신인증 유형에 따라 유의한 생존기간의 차이를 확인하였다. 혁신인증의 경우 이노비즈인증 기업은 벤처인증 기업 대비 연체 발생 위험이 31.2%, 메인비즈인증 기업은 벤처인증 기업 대비 연체 발생 위험이 29.3% 감소하여, 이노비즈인증과 메인비즈인증은 생존기간에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업 생애주기를 고려하여 혁신인증 혜택을 차별화할 필요가 있으며, 혁신인증 전환 시 추가 혜택을 제공하는 등 연계를 강화할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. In terms of survival period, it was analyzed whether there was a significant difference according to the type of innovation certification (venture certification, inno-biz certification and main-biz certification). The event was defined as overdue equivalent to default, and the survival period was calculated. Based on the year of innovation certification, the work experience, number of employees, financial status, and composition by industry of innovation certified SMEs were set as control variables. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there was a significant difference in the survival period depending on the type of innovation certification even when the control variables were considered. Inno-biz certified companies and main-biz certified companies had a 31.2% and 29.3% reduction in overdue risk, respectively, compared to venture certified companies. Therefore, it is necessary to differentiate innovation certification benefits by considering the life cycle of a company. In addition, it was concluded that there is a need to strengthen the connection between certifications, such as providing additional benefits when converting innovation certification.
스키리프트 대기시간에 대한 수용가능성과 부정적 감정이 지각된 서비스품질 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of Waiting time for a lift ride on the acceptability of the wait, negative affection, perceived service, service value, ski resort image and reusing intentions in ski resort through the analysis of Structural Equation Model(SEM), focusing on the theoretical structure. The subjects of this research were university students participating in ski class. Out of 280 samples, 258 samples through convenience sampling method, were used in the final analysis, excluding 22 less reliable sample. This data was processed by using SPSSWIN Ver.15.0 and AMOS 7.0, Individual hypothesis was verified after reviewing a model adequacy by data processing. The results were as follows; First, waiting time for a lift ride had exerted a useful positive influence over acceptability of the wait but had not exerted a influence over negative affection. Second, acceptability had exerted a useful negative influence over negative affection. Third, negative affection had exerted a useful negative influence over perceived service quality but acceptability of the wait had exerted a useful positive influence over perceived service quality. Forth, perceived service quality had exerted a useful positive influence over service value and ski-resort image. fifth, service value and ski-resort image had exerted a useful positive influence over intention of reusing.
