2008년 국제금융위기 이후 회복력 수준별 지역 경제성장 요인에 대한 연구: 질 좋은 일자리를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국의 시군구 지역을 2008년 국제금융위기를 기준으로 한 회복력 수준별, 상용근로자 수준별, 기간별로 지역을 구분하여 지역의 특성에 따라 경제성장에 요인이 미치는 영향의 어떻게 다른지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국의 시군구 지역 단위를 공간적 범위로 하고 2005년부터 2016년까지를 시간적 범위로 하는 패널 데이터 형식으로 데이터를 구성하여 분석을 수행하였다. 우선 분석을 수행하기 위해 공학적 회복력의 개념을 이용하여 회복력이 있는 지역, 회복력이 모호한 지역, 회복력이 없는 지역으로 구분하고 각 지역에 대해 패널회귀분석과 패널분위회귀분석을 통해 경제성장 요인을 확인하였다. 2005~2016년 전국 시군구를 대상으로 하여 패널회귀분석을 수행하였을 때와 패널분위회귀분석을 수행하였을 때를 비교한 결과, 회복력 수준에 따라서, 지역의 상용근로자 수준에 따라서, 충격이 발생한 이전인지 이후인지의 여부에 따라서 경제성장 요인이 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 경제적 충격이 발생하는 경우에 지역의 경제성장 요인이 변화할 수 있으며 지역의 상용근로자 수에 따라 해당 지역의 경제성장에 필요한 요인이 다를 수 있음을 확인하였다는데 의의가 있다.

본고의 목적은 Dewey 철학에 나타난 공동체 개념을 분석하고 그것이 갖는 교육적 의미를 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 Dewey의 저작들에 나타난 공동체 개념이 기술적 용법, 찬사적 용법, 규범적 용법으로 사용되고 있음을 밝히고 그 각각의 의미를 검토하였다. 다음으로 공동체의 다양한 용법들 중에서 특히 규범적 용법의 개념이 교육적으로 중요하다고 판단하여, 그것이 갖는 구체적인 의미를 규정하고 그 준거 및 핵심적 요체가 무엇인지를 탐색하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 공동체와 교육이 어떤 연관관계를 갖는지를 공동체 자체의 교육적 기능과 공동체를 위한 학교의 기능으로 나누어 고찰하였다. In chapter Ⅱ, I examined various usages of the word of community in Dewey's philosophy: descriptive, eulogistic and normative usage. In chapterⅢ, I examined the metaphysical, epistemological, psychological ground of Dewey's conception of community. And I clarified that Dewey's conception of community was defined as a group or social life participating in common activities, sharing the aims, meanings and beliefs of the shared activities, and controling or directing their activities in the light of the consequences of the activities. Also I made clear Dewey thought that the elements in criterion whether a group was a ideal and democratic community or not: How numerous and varied are the interests which are consciously shared? And how full and free is the interplay with other forms of association? In chapter Ⅳ, I maintained that community functioned as educational enterprise through communication, school as a representative/typical formal agent of education was framed to influence the mental and moral disposition of their members in Dewey's philosophy. And school has three major functions in relations of wide community which it is located: to provide a 'simplified environment, to provide a 'purified medium of action, to balance the various elements in social environment.

현대 교육사조에 비추어 본 초등 예비교사들의 교육철학적 사고 경향과 일관성

본고의 목적은 초등 예비교사들의 교육철학적 사고의 경향과 일관성 정도를 실증적으로 파악함으로써 교육철학 교육에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 초등 예비교사들은 어떠한 교육철학적 사고 경향을 갖고 있으며, 그들의 교육철학적 사고는 얼마나 일관적인가를 측정하고 분석하였다. 7개 교육대학 1, 2, 3학년 재학생 568명을 대상으로 조사·분석한 결과, 교육에 대해 실존주의적 사고 경향을 가진 예비교사가 절대적으로 많았다. 그리고 사고의 일관성 정도에 있어서는 일관적이지 못한 경우가 일관된 경우보다 훨씬 많았다. 특히 사고의 일관성이 부족한 경우가 많았다는 사실은 교육대학의 교육철학 교육에서 교육철학 관련 지식을 전수하던 전통적인 방식에서 벗어나 교육에 대한 철학적 사고 능력을 실질적으로 함양하는 방식으로 재구성할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The main purpose of this study is to survey the elementary pre-service teacher`s inclination for philosophical thought of education and its logical consistency, and then infer its implications for education of philosophy of education in the elementary pre-service teacher training program. On this study, I classify into four large groups the current of modern educational thoughts. And on the basis of the classification, I develop questionnaires and survey the elementary pre-service teacher`s inclination for philosophical thought of education and its logical consistency. And I make an analysis of the results of the survey, interpret it in the philosophical view point, and analogize its important suggestions to the practice of education of philosophy of education. The results of this study are followings: (a) A lot of elementary pre-service teacher has existential perspective on education, (b) a lot of elementary pre-service teacher`s views on education do not have the consistency. The implication of these results is that we have to change the teacher training program focused on transmission of philosophical knowledge on education into program focused training of philosophical thinking on education.

듀이 철학에서 정치적 민주주의 실현을 위한 교육적 방안

The purpose of this study is to consider some educational ways for accomplishment of political democracy in Dewey’s philosophy.The results areas follows.First,Dewey diagnosed modern politicalsituation as‘the era of political crisis’and found there as on for the crisis in part is an politics,the monopolization of political power by the privileged class,pure and optimistic expectations the myth of progress of modern civilization,be wilderment by overflowing amusements and the absence of intelligence.Second,Dewey proposed the alternative to the modern crisis political democracy characterized by equal participation,free communication, intelligence, freedom and equality. Third, Dewey offered suggestions some following educational ways to accomplish political democracy; all of students should be taught real political problems and its relations with them in politics education,school management should be democratized,political right and freedom of school teachers to participate in political activities should be guaranteed perfectly and thoroughly 본고에서는 Dewey의 정치적 민주주의는 어떠한 특징을 지니고 있으며 그것을 실현하기 위해 그가 어떠한 교육적 방안을 제시하고 있는가를 분석하고,한국교육에 줄 수 있는 시사점을 유추하고자 하였다.먼저,Dewey는 현대를 정치적 위기의 시대라고 진단하고,그 원인이 파당정치,권력의 독점,진보에 대한 순진한 의존성,범람하는 오락거리들에 의한 현혹,지성의 부재등에 있다고 분석하고 그 대안으로 정치적 민주주의를 제시하였다.그가 제시한 정치적 민주 주의의 기본적인 특징은 참여,의사소통,지성 그리고 자유와 평등 등이다.그리고 정치적 민 주주의를 실현하기 위해 Dewey는 정치교육의 실질적 강화,학교운영의 민주화 그리고 교사들 의 정치적 자유와 권리 보장을 교육적 방안으로 제시하고 있다.

This study was started with the question and problem about the modern city. The urban environment is divided into some separated functions; therefore the city is unable to support human life. The characteristics of 3-dimensional city and contemporary architecture with that characteristics are analyzed as a concept with a way to overcome the limit of the modern city. Through this study, it is cleared that the urban floor is an important factor of 3-dimensional city. To make urban floor in architecture is an attempt to get architecture to work with city and that process makes a human environment connecting to the city. After all, making 3-dimensional city is the matter of how to make urban floors naturally.
