Appropriate management strategies are required to establish, maintain, and promote the growth the hospitalist system. Herein, we discuss strategies for the successful operation of the hospitalist system from the business point of view, particularly in terms of human resources and organizational management. Hospital executives should establish the vision, mission, value, and key value drivers of the hospitalist system from its inception, as well as decide its size and operation pattern according to the situation of each medical institution. Hospitalists are employed through the process of recruitment to increase the number of applicants and allow the selection of suitable candidates. Once the hospitalist system is constructed and operational, the focus must shift toward its growth. The goals and strategies for growth should be decided, leaders must be selected, and assistants must be employed. In the future, the hospitalist system is expected to play an essential role in improving the quality of medical care. Therefore, medical institutions should strategically introduce, maintain, and promote the growth of the hospitalist system.

대학교육만족과 취업지원프로그램 참여경험이 졸업 후 취업만족에 미치는 영향: 취업목표달성의 매개효과

본 연구는 대학 졸업생을 대상으로 대학 재학 중 대학교육만족과 취업지원프로그램 참여경험이 취업목표달성을 매개로하여 취업만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 바탕으로 수립한 연구문제와 연구가설을 검증하고자, 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(2010GOMS1) 자료를 활용하여 대학 졸업생 13,618명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육만족은 취업목표달성과 취업만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 취업지원프로그램 참여경험은 취업목표달성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 취업만족에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업목표달성은 취업만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 취업목표달성의 매개효과는 대학교육만족과 취업만족과의 관계와 취업지원프로그램 참여경험과 취업만족의 관계 사이에서 유효한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학교육과 취업지원프로그램에 대한 실제적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of university education satisfaction and participation in the employment supporting program during university days upon employment satisfaction after graduation, with university graduates as study subjects, focusing on the mediation effect of employment goal achievement. For this, study hypotheses were established based on the above study purpose, using the data of Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(2010GOMS1) and then examined the hypotheses via structural equation modeling analysis. Study findings are as follows: First, university education satisfaction had positive influence upon employment goal achievement and employment satisfaction. Second, participation in the employment supporting program had positive influence upon employment goal achievement, but it had negative influence upon employment satisfaction. Third, employment goal achievement had positive influence upon employment satisfaction. Fourth, the mediation effect of employment goal achievement was valid for the relationship between university education satisfaction and employment satisfaction, and between participation in the employment supporting program and employment satisfaction. Based on the above study findings, practical suggestions for university education and employment supporting programs were presented.

국가의 제도적 능력 약화와 경제위기 : 박정희정권 하에서 중화학공업화의 한계

이 논문은 동아시아발전국가 모델 속에서 국가능력의 약화가 국가주도 산업화의 한계를 가져오게 되는 과정을 설명할 것이다. 이는 한국의 고도 경제성장 시기에 중화학공업화 사례를 분석함으로써 발전국가 역할의 한계를 보여줄 것이다. 이 글은 한국정부가 1970년대 동안에 성공적인 중화학공업추진에도 불구하고, 1970년대 말기에 국가통제 금융체계(state-controlled financial system)와 국가-대기업 지배연합(state-big business governing coalition)에서 제도적 쇠퇴(institutional decay)의 과정과 이에 따른 국가제도의 균열과 무질서가 왜 그리고 어떻게 일어나게 되었으며, 결국 정책실기, 혼란 및 실패로 이어지는 경제위기를 가져왔는가를 분석할 것이다. 다시 말해서 이 연구는 국가의 제도적 능력 약화가 기업에 대한 효율적인 자금배분과 투자통제의 실패, 중화학공업분야에서의 공급과잉 문제,정책대응으로서 경제안정화대책의 실패를 낳았는가를 설명할 것이다. 이 글의 논지는 다음과 같다. 국가주도 산업화에서 국가의 제도적 능력이 정책결정 및 집행을 위한 국가제도, 국가와 대기업의 제도적 연계, 금융제도에 의해 결정되어진다고 볼 수 있다. 우선 국가통제 금융제도의 약화와 국가와 대기업의제도적 연계 약화는 기업에 대한 투자조정 및 자금배분을 효율적으로 하지 못하여 중화학공업에서 과잉투자를 가져왔다. 이에 대한 정책대응의 과정에서 경제운영의 방향과 경제안정화조치에 대한 정책갈등은 각각 정책결정구조에서 국가제도의 균열과 정책집행구조에서 국가제도의 무질서를 가져왔다. 이는 결국 수출지향 성장위주의 중화학공업추진과 경제운영전략을 조정하기 위한 경제안정화정책을 효율적으로 추진하지 못하게 만들었다.

2,4-Diamino-7-phenyl-6-methythiopteridine 합성에 관한 연구

2,4,6-Triamino-5-nitrosopyrimidine was prepared using malononitrile and guanidine carbonate, and acetylated refluxing in acetic acid with acetic anhydride in order to activate the nitroso group for nucleophilic attack. Nucleophilic attack of phenylpyrimidium bromide on the nitroso group of 2,4,6-triacetamido-5-nitrosopyrimidine gave the intermediate, which lost pyrdidine to give the nitrone derivative. Addition of the methanethiol anion to nitrone gave 2,4-diacetamido-7-phenyl-6-methylthiopteridine which was hydrolyzed to give 2,4-diamino-7-phenyl-6-methylthiopteridine. Spectral data (IR, M.S, NMR) were provided to identify the reaction products during synthesis.

본 연구는 의사결정 과정에서 의사결정 결과가 정보 자체의 성격 뿐만 아니라 정보이용자의 형태에 따라서도 영향을 받을 수 있다는 것을 밝혀 보려 하였다. 정보이용자가 개인인가 아니면 집단인가에 따라서도 의사결정 결과가 달라질 수 있다는 것을 집단극화라는 개념을 통해 알아보고 실험을 통해 검증해 보았다.
