This study is an empirical analysis of the effect on the ship prices due to changes in ocean freight rates in terms of demand. It consists of freight panel data (BDI, BHSI, BPI, BCI) for 14 years from 2008 when the financial crisis occurred to 2021 when abundant liquidity flowed into COVID-19, and bulk ship prices were for 5 years old and 10 years old of Handy, Panamax, and Cape ship. As a result of the Granger causality test, It was found that each freight affects the wire price in both directions, but BCI does not affect not only the Cape linear price but also other linear prices. This is presumed to be due to the fact that the number of Cape ship is significantly small, large size cargo collection is difficult, and that the charterer prefers long-term transportation contracts to secure the ships continuously, which should be studied in detail through follow-up research.

Objectives : This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of Lumbricus extract (LE) on the changes in regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) in normal rats, and further to determine the mechanism of action of LE. Methods : The changes of rCBF were observed by Laser-Doppler flowmetry (LDF) and the changes of MABP were recorded by a data acquisition system assembled with MacLab and Macintosh. Results : LE significantly increased rCBF in a high dosage(10.0 mg/kg, i.p), but MABP was somewhat increased as compared with baseline. This result suggests that LE significantly increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter. Increase of LE-induced rCBF was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with indomethacin (1 mg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, but was not significantly inhibited by pretreatment with methylene blue (10 μg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. Conclusions : LE increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter, and the action of this response was mediated by cyclooxygenase.

Objectives :This study was performed to investigate the effects of Yukmijiwhang-tang (Liuweidihuang-tang) with Puerariae raidx(YMG) on the ovariectomized rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods : We used 9 week aged Sprague-Dawley rat and divided into four group, sham operation group(Control, C), ovariectomized group(Negative Control, N.C), administrated YMG 1,250 mg/kg/day after ovariectomy group(T1), administrated YMG 2,500 mg/kg/day after ovariectomy group(T2). Then we observed changes in the body weight, body fat, serum metabolic products, bone density and so on. Results : 1. Body weight in negative control group showed significant increase in comparison with control group, but that in T1 and T2 group showed decrease in comparison with negative control group. 2. In the autopsy, negative control group showed uterus atrophy in comparison with control group. While T1 and T2 group showed decrease in uterus atrophy in comparison with negative control group. 3. In the total cholesterol, negative control group showed a significant increase in comparison with control group. While T1 and T2 group showed a significant decrease in comparison with negative control group. 4. In the body fat, negative control group showed a tendency to increase in comparison with control group. While T1 and T2 group showed a tendency to decrease in comparison with negative control group. 5. In bone density, normal control group showed a tendency to decrease bone density in comparison with control group. While T1 and T2 group showed a tendency to increase bone density in comparison with negative control group. Conclusions : YMG has shown to be capable of preventing and curing osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy osteoporosis rats

중력모형을 활용한 한국의 국경 간 전자상거래 무역 패턴 분석

본 연구는 한국의 국경 간 전자상거래에 대한 이해도를 제고하고 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 기초연구로 활용하기 위해 전자상거래 무역 패턴을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 일반 무역 패턴 분석을 위해 주로 활용되는 중력모형을 적용하였으며, 한국과 전자상거래 무역을 하는 전 세계 61개 국가를 대상으로 2008년부터 2021년까지 총 14년간의 패널데이터를 이용하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 한국의 국가 간 전자상거래에도 일반 무역을 설명하는 이론인 중력모형이 유용하다. 둘째, 전자상거래 무역에는 관세, 소비자 물가 등 경제적 환경요인이 영향을 미치며, 국가별 보안 서버 수, 개인정보보호 수준 등 인프라 요인 역시 주요한 영향을 미친다. 지역 경제공동체의 영향은 공동체별로 다른 결과가 도출되었으나 대부분 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째 컨테이너 운임 지수가 국경 간 전자상거래 무역에 영향을 미치는 조절 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 따라서 물류비용에 대한 모니터링 및 절감을 위한 노력이 중요함을 확인하였다. This research aims to enhance the understanding of cross-border e-commerce in Korea and serve as a foundational study to promote its activation. To achieve this objective, the analysis focuses on examining the trade patterns of electronic commerce by applying the gravity model commonly used in general trade pattern analysis. Panel data covering a period of 14 years, from 2008 to 2021, involving 61 countries engaged in e-commerce trade with Korea were utilized. The analysis results demonstrate the following key findings: Firstly, the gravity model, a theoretical framework widely employed to explain general trade, proves to be useful in explaining cross-border e-commerce in Korea. Secondly, economic environmental factors, such as tariffs and consumer prices, significantly impact e-commerce trade, while infrastructure factors, including the number of secure servers and the level of personal data protection, also play a crucial role. The influence of regional economic communities yields varying outcomes across different communities, yet predominantly shows positive effects. Lastly, the study identified the moderating effect of container freight index on cross-border e-commerce trade, highlighting the importance of monitoring and reducing logistics costs.

경항통 환자의 경추 만곡도와 체표열에 대한 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between cervical spine curvature and thermography on neck pain patients. Methods : The cervical spine curvature was assessed on lateral view of plain radiograph by three measurements(Depth of cervical curve, Method of Jochumsen, Angle of cervical curve), then the neck pain patients were divided into straight curvature group(Straight group), normal curvature group(ControlⅠ), and no neck pain group(ControlⅡ) was selected by random sampling. I measured temperature of the both side Pungji(風池, G20), Kyonjong(肩井, G21), Chonjong(天宗, SI11) by thermography examination on Experimental group(Straight group) and conrol group(ControlⅠ,Ⅱ), then analyzed the temperature statically with student`s t-test, ANOVA. Results : The temperature of six point on Straigt group was lower than that of ControlⅠ, but had no significant difference(p〉0.05). The temperature of six points Straigt group was lower than that of Control Ⅱ. The descent of temperature on Lt. Pungji(風池, G20),Lt. Kyonjong(肩井, G21), Rt. Chonjong(天宗, SI11) had significance(p〈0.05). There is no corelation beween onset period and mean temperature of six points. Conclusions : Thermography represnets the presence of neck pain, but has no correlation with straight of cervical curvature.

만성 요통에 대한 침치료의 단기 효과에 관한 연구: 무작위 대조군 연구

목적 : 만성요통에 있어서 침치료의 효과에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 방법 : 포함기준은 연령 20세 이상의, 3개월 이상 된 요통을 가진 환자를 대상자로 하였고, 척추종양, 감염, 신경학적 결손과 같은 척추질환은 대상에서 제외시켰다. 단순 요추부 X-선 사진과 CT를 촬영한 후, 전체 57명의 환자 중 50명을 선정하여 각각 25명씩, 수기침을 처치받는 군과 표피자극침을 처치받는 군으로 무작위 배정하였다. 수기침 군은 20분 동안 총 14개의 경혈에 得氣를 이용한 처치를 받았고, 표피자극침 군은 20분 동안 총 14개의 비경혈점에 표피자극만의 처치를 받았다. 침치료는 한 주에 3번씩, 4주 동안 시행되었다. 처치 전과 처치 2주 후, 4주 후에 VAS(Visual Analogue Scale), RDQ(Roland Disability Questionnaire), PGA(Patient Global Assessment)를 측정하였고, 처치 전과 처치 4주 후에 DT(Digital Thermography)를 측정하였다. 자료는 Repeated Measure ANOVA와 ITT를 이용하여 분석하였고, P<0.05인 경우를 통계적으로 유의하다고 보았다. 결과 : 총 3명의 탈락자가 있었는데 수기침 처치 군에서 1명, 표피자극침 처치 군에서 2명이 있었다. 수기침 처치 군에서, 처치 전, 처치 2주 후, 4주 후의 VAS 점수는 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 보였고(19.24±19.74, P=0.000), RDQ 점수 또한 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(1.16±4.85, P>0.05). 표피자극침 처치 군에서 처치 전, 처치 4주 후의 VAS 점수는 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 보였으나(15.75±20.73, P=0.000), 처치전, 처치 2주 후의 VAS 점수의 감소는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고(P>0.05), RDQ 점수 또한 감소하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다(1.84±5.25, P>0.05). 수기침 처치군과 표피자극침 처치군 간에, VAS와 RDQ 점수의 차이는 없었다. 각 군의 시기별 DT 측정치와 PGA 점수는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고 두 군 간의 비교에 있어서도 마찬가지 결과를 보였다. 총 3명의 대상자(수기침 처치군에서 1명, 표피자극침 처치군에서 2명)는 처치 후의 경미한 부작용으로서 피로감을 호소하였으나, 심각한 부작용을 호소하는 대상자는 없었다. 결론 : 단기간의 침치료는 만성요통에 있어 효과적이고 안전한 치료방법이다. 그러나 본 연구에서 침치료는 표피자극침 처치에 비해 뛰어난 효과를 보여주지는 않았다. 앞으로 다 기관에서 추후 추적검사를 포함한, 엄격한 임상 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
