        폐공동성 병변의 임상적 고찰

        Pulmonary cavity is the result of necrosis of lung parenchyma with evacuation of the necrotic material via the tracheobronchial tree. A communication with the tracheobronchial tree permits air to enter the area of necrosis, so the radiologic result show the a lucent defect. The radiologic characteristics of the wall of a cavity are determined by the reaction of the lung parenchyma to the pathologic process. Therefore, the shadows of the chest films in cavitary lesion were variable in its nature. The author, in 42 cases which have a cavitary lesion in X-ray findings among 172 cases resected lung obtained in P.N.U.H. from 1979 to June, 1985, studied similarities and differences between the pathogenesis of these lesions and the radiologic findings. The author reviewed the 42 cavitary lesions and the following results were obtained. 1. The cavitary lesions were seen in 42 [24.4%] out of 172 cases of resected lung disease. 2. Histopathologically, pulmonary tuberculosis was 47.6% and primary lung cancer was 9.5%. 3. The most common site of the lesion was right upper lobe. 4. The most common size of the cavity was from 3 to 6 cm in diameter. 5. Lobectomy was the most common operated method.

        레저와 테이퍼가위에 의한 헤어커트 디자인의 조형성 연구

        Research on the Hairstyles Created by Razors and Taper Shears The purpose of this research is to analyze formative changes razors and taper shears make on hairstyles. A total of 28 examples were created by utilizing wigs, models, razor and tapers. They include 12 graduation examples (6 wigs and 6 models), 12 layered styles (6 by razor and 6 by taper shears) and 4 combinations (graduation +layer + razor + taper shear). Formative changes in the production process were analyzed. The conclusions drawn from the research are as follows. First, razors give the hair ends a soft and natural texture. Taper shears are able to control the amount and texture of hair at the same time and, therefore, able to reduce the volume of hair by giving it a variety of textures. Second, the analysis of hair cutting techniques according to section, angle, direction, weight and texture found that razors and taper shears produce different cutting techniques and design factors. Third, hair length, line, base and angle are the factors which cause a formative change in hair cut design. When styling a wig versus a real customer, differences in design technique and design were made at the front and side nape. At the same time, differences in hair type and image caused by different face types caused differences in techniques. The research analyzed cut techniques razor and taper shears can make and their differences through examples. This study should contribute basic data to haircut design research.

        레저를 이용한 헤어커트디자인 연구

        Haircut tools include scissors, a razor, clippers, and thinning shears. Using these tools, hair depth and volume are adjusted under diverse haircut techniques. This study attempted to investigate quick and easy haircut techniques through three sections called the 'Easy-3 Section' using a razor which enables the adjustment of hair length and volume at the same time. First, the basic razor feathering technique is divided into basic feathering and variation feathering. Because it is applied to hairpieces, there was a difference in the lightness and movement of hair depending on where the feathering started and which part the razor was applied to. Second, in terms of haircut design by the Easy-3 Section, it was created on a wig with a basic haircut design. Therefore, it appears that in basic haircut design, movement was formed in the expression of texture at the end of hair depending on where the feathering began. In variation haircut design, on the contrary, it seems that it is possible to express trendy styles depending on hair movement. Third, in the Easy-3 Section coordination, feminine, active, romantic, and mannish images are applied in three styles: short, medium, and long. Therefore, it is easy to produce changes to dry techniques by image quickly, using a light and pleasant expression. This study summarized razor-based haircut design techniques and produced various designs. By simplifying current complicated haircut stages with the Easy-3 Section haircut design using a razor, it would be possible to complete a haircut fast (in about 10 minutes).In terms of the limitations of the study, the analysis of haircut design is dependent on the researcher's subjective opinions. In the future, therefore, it is necessary to carry out a more objective study on more diverse haircut designs.

        The biodegradabilities of sodium laurel sulfate(SLS), sodium lauryl ether sulfate(SLES), sodium alpha olefin sulfonate(AOS), and sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate(LAS) were determined by shake culture tests, semicontinuous activated sludge(SCAS) test, and continuous activated sludge(CAS) test specified in KS, JIS, ASTM and OECD, respectively. The relative rates of biodegradation, estimated by methylene blue active substance loss, were in the order of SLS> SLES> AOS> LAS. All surfactants were biodegradable, and it can be suggested that these surfactants are easily degraded in sewage treatment plant.

        Alkylpolyglucosides 의 생분해 연구

        KS, JIS, ASTM 및 OECD의 계면활성제 생분해 공정시험법인 진탕배양법, 반연속식활성오니법, 연속식활성오니법을 이용해 APG의 생분해성을 조사하였다. Foam loss로 측정한 APG의 일차생분해도는 모든 시험법에서 100%인 것으로 나타나, APG는 하수처리장과 표층수의 조건에서 쉽게 분해됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 OECD의 화학물질 생분해 평가법인 closed bottle test법으로 측정한 APG의 최종생분해도는 75% BOD_(28)/COD로, OECD에서 제시한 ready biodegradability limit인 60%를 초과하여, APG는 자연계에서 쉽게 분해되는 readily biodegradable한 물질인 것으로 확인되었다. The biodegradability of alkylpolyglucosides(APGs) was determined by shake culture tests, semicontinuous activated sludge test, and continuous activated sludge test mandated for testing the biodegradability of surfactants in OECD, ASTM, JIS and KS. APGs showed 100% foam loss in all tests. This means that APGs are degraded well not only in sewage treatment plant but in surface water conditions. In closed bottle test for determinating the ultimate biodegradability, APGs exceeded the ready biodegradability limit (60%) of OECD with 75% BOD_(28)/COD. APGs may therefore be considered as readily biodegradable under actual environmental conditions.

        Triclosan과 죽염을 함유한 바디워시의 액취 등에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

        1.0 wt% triclosan과 0.4 wt% 죽염을 함유한 바디워시의 액취 등에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구를 위하여 in vitro 항균시험 및 무작위 배정, 이중맹검, 교차설계로 진행한 임상시험을 실시하였다. 1.0 wt% triclosan과 0.4 wt% 죽염을 함유한 바디워시는 Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium xerosis, Corynebacterium jeikeium를 균주로 한 in vitro 항균 실험에서 모두 우수한 항균 효과가 있었다. 1.0 wt% triclosan과 0.4 wt% 죽염을 함유한 바디워시는 액취를 전반적으로 유의성 있게 감소시켰고 그 효과는 최소 9 h 동안 지속되었다. 1.0 wt% triclosan과 0.4 wt% 죽염을 함유한 바디워시는 액와 균수를 유의성 있게 감소시켰고 그 효과는 최소 9 h 동안 지속되었다. 임상시험 기간 동안 피시험자 전체에서 이상반응 증상은 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 1.0 wt% triclosan과 0.4 wt% 죽염을 함유한 바디워시는 액취에 대한 감소효과와 피부 안전성이 우수하였다. This study was performed to evaluate a deodorant body wash with 1.0 wt% of triclosan and 0.4 wt% of bamboo salt, which have an inhibitory effect on axillary malodor. In this studies, in vitro antibacterial study and the clinical study, which was designed by randomized assignment, double-blind and cross-over, were performed. In the antibacterial study, test sample, which was body wash having 1.0 wt% of triclosan and 0.4 wt% of bamboo salt, have a potent antibacterial effect on Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium xerosis, Corynebacterium jeikeium. In the clinical study, test sample has a potent and significant deodorizing effect on axillary malodor and an antibacterial efficacy. And its efficacy was maintained for 9 h at least. There was no side effect during the period of clinical study. Consequently, body wash, containing 1.0 wt% of triclosan and 0.4 wt% of bamboo salt, has the effectiveness and the safety about axillary malodor reduction.
