        한·중·일 식공간에서의 取食文化 비교

        Korea, China and Japan are countries located in Northeast Asia territory sharing similar natural environment. Countries are also using rice as a main diet material accompanied with vegetables, marine products and bean or fermented bean food. Yet, at the same time each country's food culture appeared as to be unique in food space due to their diverse food materials from different natural, cultural and religious background. This research is probing a way to recover subjective food culture and accomplish food environment which appropriates to modern globalized era by developing simple and economical repast tools meeting public s needs and distributing unique repast tools becomes Korean food culture and can be used in the life pattern of modernized nuclear families.

        창의적 전시기획의 구성요소 연구 - 김홍신문학관 사례분석을 중심으로 -

        This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the planning and implementation process of the 'Kim Hong Shin Literary Museum,' which is based on literary arts. Opened in 2019, the museum offers a multi-faceted interpretation of the life and works of the author Kim Hong Shin through the re-creation of various art genres, presenting these in an immersive exhibition format. The research is structured into three major parts: 1) theoretical discussion on the visualization of literary works and creative exhibition planning, 2) analysis of the planning objectives, design process, and actual outcomes of the Kim Hong Shin Literary Museum, and 3) identification of key components of creative exhibition planning based on the features of the museum. Through this investigation, the primary elements of creative exhibition planning have been identified as identity, thematic focus, integrity, organicity, spatiality, consistency, symbolism, uniqueness, differentiation, sustainability, flexibility, artistic collaboration, re-creation, plurality, diversity, sensory experience, integration, transition, expansion, synthesis, three-dimensionality, multi-facetedness, layering, interaction, community, originality, monumentalism, locality, and evocation. These elements are applicable to other exhibition planning contexts as well. The findings of the study also suggest that the literary museum can go beyond simple text-based representation to become a comprehensive treasury of cultural arts, reconstituted through interactions with various art genres and mediums, local characteristics, the individual experiences of the author, and invisible social, political, and historical contexts. Additionally, the role that science can play in the fusion and transition between different art forms was also confirmed.

        한식당 상차림의 사례연구

        The purpose of this paper was accomplished through a case study. According to the case study, it would be analyze that examined service ways, chair-shapes, menus, structural elements(tableware, linen, chopsticks & cutlery, water glasses, and small instruments) & styles of table coordination in contemporary Korean traditional restaurants. From the results, the study would like to suggest the contemporary Korean traditional table coordination. Basically, the case study was practised as contents analysis of each restaurants' table coordination. 13 of korean traditional restaurants were selected by menupan.com. The results as followed. most of restaurants would served as time series service style, used chair type. In case of table ware, they used westernized tableware like china ware.

        초본(草本)에 그려진 선(線)에 대한 소고 - 이당 김은호의 미인도 초본을 중심으로 -

        In the artistic process, an artist's ideas or subjects often take shape in forms like initial sketches, drawings, and other types of drafts. These sketches are a collection of 'lines' formed by both conscious and unconscious energies, linking the artist's mental and physical states. While initial sketches are usually seen as preliminary to final works, this study focuses on their intrinsic artistic qualities, particularly the 'lines' they comprise. This research paper delves into a detailed analysis of the characteristics found in 23 initial sketches made for Beauty Paintings by the artist Eunho Kim. The sketches are compared and analyzed against their corresponding finalized works of art. The principal aim of the study is to identify and describe the various elements that construct these lines, as well as to understand the philosophical, thematic, formal, and relational aspects that these lines embody. Through this analysis, the paper seeks to explore and articulate the inherent value and meaning that initial sketches possess as stand alone pieces of art. The findings reveal that the 'lines in initial sketches' engage in organic interactions with each other, demonstrating their own vitality and presence even before being overtaken by the coloring process. These lines are reflective of the artist's unique viewpoint, creativity, and insights, along with spatiotemporal considerations. They endow the initial sketches with an independent artistic value, corroborating the notion that these lines are not merely decorative or structural elements but are critical in establishing the sketches as stand alone artistic creations.

        아교포수 방법이 전통한지의 색상 변화에 미치는 영향

        The traditional sizing treatment for the Hanji is performed to give the following functions. Those are to stabilize the paint of the painting, to prevent the paint of painting and moisture from smearing into the painting itself,to prevent the paint of the painting and moisture from passing to the lining paper, and to make the colors of painting match the surrounding. This study analyzed a result of the effect of Hanji sizing characteristic according to glue andalum mixing ratio and applying times, affects to pigments of painting and fastness of Hanji using accelerated aging test. As a result of color measurement of sizing treated Hanji, the concentration of glue and the number of application increased, the brightness and the L* value decreased but the yellowness index increased. 아교포수는 안료가 한지에 번지거나 채색이 바탕에 흡수되는 것을 막아 바탕에 잘 고착되도록 하며 , 바탕재와 물감 사이의 접착력을 강화한다. 본 연구는 아교포수 시 사용되는 아교와 백반의 혼합비, 아교포수의 횟수 변화에 따른포수의 특성이 한지의 색상과 견뢰도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 촉진노화시험을 실시하고 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 아교포수 된 한지의 색상 측정결과 아교수의 농도 및 아교포수의 횟수가 증가할수록 백색도 및 L*값은 감소하였으나, 황색도는 증가하였다.

        韓国の大学における韓国人日本語学習者の漢字学習の実態 -質問紙調査の結果から-

        韓国人日本語学習者数は年々増加傾向にあり、国際交流基金が2009年に実施した「海外日本語教育機関調査」の結果によれば、同年の韓国における日本語学習者数はおよそ96万人で、世界第一である。これまで韓国人日本語学習者に対する問題点について、文法、音韻、語彙などの分野で多くの研究がなされてきたが、依然として体系的な日本語の教授法の開発は立ち遅れているのが現状である。その中でも特に、漢字教育の必要性は問われているものの漢字教授法に関する研究は数少ない。多くの研究で、漢字圏日本語学習者は母語によって得られた漢字の知識を活用して、日本語の教育に望むべきであると指摘しているが、実際、韓国の漢字事情は、1945年の開放以来、漢字廃止政策により、漢字の使用をやめてハングル専用で書くことが奨励されてきた。その後、再び漢字を使うようになったが、基本的には、ハングル化が進められており、韓国人の漢字の読み書き能力は低下していると言えるだろう。そこで、本研究では、韓国人日本語学習者への質問紙調査を行い、韓国人日本語学習者はどのように漢字を学習しているのか、また、実際どのような漢字教育がなされているのかについて実態を把握することを目的とした。その結果、韓国人日本語学習者は母語で漢字の知識を持っていても日本語漢字学習を難しいと感じ、漢字学習が好きではないことが明らかになった。また、韓国の大学で行われている日本語の授業においては、適切な漢字指導が行われておらず、韓国人日本語学習者は漢字に重点をおいた日本語の授業を望んでいることがわかった。以上のような実態を踏また上で、今後は、韓国人日本語学習者に適切している漢字の指導方法について具体的に考察していく必要があると考えられる。

        예술장르 전환과정에서의 창의성 연구 문학텍스트의 - 시각예술화 사례분석을 중심으로 -

        문학이 미술로, 미술이 음악 등으로 전환되는 예술 의 타자지향성은 하나의 예술이 다른 예술로 변화하 려는 특성을 가리킨다. 특히 문학과 미술은 각 장르 들이 가지는 이미지성을 비롯한 친연성을 통해 상호 교류하며 오랫동안 그 관계성을 이어왔다. 시화나 글 그림 또는 삽화가 일반적으로 잘 알려진 대표적인 사 례이다. 그러나 본고에서 살펴보는 예술장르의 전환 사례는 단순히 이와 같은 직접적인 재현으로서의 전 환을 의미하지 않는다. 본고에서 다루는 예술장르의 전환은, 문학작품을 대상으로 하되 시각예술가의 적 극적인 창발이 발현되어 오롯한 시각예술작품으로 재 창작된 경우를 말한다. 문학작품과 시각예술은 소위 예술로서 각기 나름의 표상과 고유성, 상징성과 독창성 등을 기본적으로 가 지고 있다. 각 작품 자체가 이미 개별 예술로서의 특 성을 원천적으로 가지고 있는데, 문학작품을 창작의 원형으로 삼고 이에 기반해 시각예술로 거듭나게 하 는 재창작의 과정에는 중첩된 창작이 행해진다. 문학 작품에 내재된 가치와 상징과 메시지 등이 시각예술가에 의해 물질 형태의 산물로 재창작되는 가운데 이 루어지는 접속, 소환, 융합, 변이, 전이, 재맥락과 재배 치 등은‘연결과 확장’, ‘이해와 해석’ 그리고 ‘창 발과 추상’의 과정을 거치게 된다. 예술에 예술이 더 해지는, 즉 문학콘텐츠가 시각예술로 재창작되는 과 정에서 발생하고, 드러나고, 작동하는 다양한 요소와 각 지점은 두 예술가의 만남이 유발하는 창의의 보고 (寶庫)일 수 있다. 이 과정을 고찰하여 창의적인 전 시기획을 위한 시사를 도출해 보겠다. The other orientation of art, in which literature is converted into art and art into music, points to the characteristic where one art tries to transform into another form of art. Literature and art have especially preserved their connections by mutually exchanging the naturalistic forms that comes from the various imagery in each respective fields. Illustrated poetry and illustrations within literature are the most generally well-known forms that represent this transition. However, the ‘transformation of art genre’ that is referenced in this study is not referring to this simplistically direct recreation of a description into an art form. It is referring to the visualization that is created by the active involvement of the visual artists with the subject at hand being a work of literature. As supposed forms of art, literary works and visual arts fundamentally posses their own type of model, uniqueness, symbolism, and originality. Each work itself already has the characteristics of their respective art style, but with creation being the base of literary works, you can say that creation and superposition is carried out within the process of recreating these works into visual forms. The contact, citation, fusion, transition, change, recontextualization, reorganization, etc. that happens during the process of a visual artist recreating the inherent properties of a work of literature, like its attributes, values, symbols, message, etc, into a physical form goes through connection and expansion, understanding and interpretation, and development and abstraction. The various elements and respective points that occurs and are revealed during the process of art being added to art, in other words, literary content being recreated into a visual form, can be seen as the repository of creativity caused by the meeting of two artists. By examining this process, I will try to derive implications for creative exhibition planning.

        서양 식공간의 문화사적 고찰 : 테이블 데코레이션의 구성요소 중심으로 Focusing on the structural elements of Table Decoration

        This paper tried to identify recognition and historical background about western table decoration. For the study, the documentary study would be accomplished, the range of time was during Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, and Neo-classic period, and the range of space was among Italy, France, and England. Styles for example architectures, interior designs, arts, and sculptures represented their own period, and had great influences on eating habits, and the eating habits would be influent on kitchen utensils. As a results of th fact, the structural elements and decoration of table would be showed different characteristics according to periods of time. Today's food cultural trends consisted of consumption, taste, sense, and consumers' demands become diversified, so the paper would be an important data to understand new designs proper for our own modem sense that cope with modem feeling.

        단일염기서열변이 검출을 위한 오픈소스 소프트웨어 STADEN 패키지 기반 Sanger sequencing 결과 데이터 분석

        Nucleotide sequences of DNA contain information about the genetic characteristics of organisms and in particular single nucleotide polymorphism SNP that shows a difference of one nucleotide sequence in DNA may also affect phenotypic variations Therefore it is necessary to precisely read the nucleotide sequence information for the improvement of economically important traits in domestic animals Sanger sequencing one of the DNA sequencing methods is widely used for the verification of genome wide association study results and the analysis of DNA sequences from small to medium scale experiments Several programs have been developed to analyze such sequencing results of which STADEN package https staden sourceforge net one of the open source programs is a useful program with a great cost advantage compared to other commercialized programs that require a license fee Through the Pregap4 and Gap4 programs installed in the STADEN package sequence assembly and editing analysis with user provided settings can be conducted to detect SNPs The nucleotide sequence results of the STADEN package can be used for follow up bioinformatic analyses such as database query or phylogenetic analysis 1. STADEN 패키지는 라이선스 비용을 들이지 않고 Sanger sequencing 결과의 분석 및 편집이 가능한 매우 유용한 프로그램으로 https://staden.sourceforge.net/에서 다운로드 할 수 있다. 2. STADEN 패키지의 Pregap4 프로그램을 이용하여 사용자의 설정에 맞게 DNA sequence assembly를 수행할 수 있으며, Gap4프로그램을 이용하여 DNA sequence assembly의 결과를 분석, 편집하여 SNP를 검출할 수 있다.

        고려시대와 조선시대의 다구(茶具)에 관한 문헌적 고찰

        The Korean tea culture appeared in a variety of ceremonies of the royal household. It was a method of religion for scholars and Buddhist monks, and sometimes it also was a refinement, too. In addition, it played an important role as a household medicine for the common people. As mentioned above, the Korean tea culture has a deep-rooted effect on the Korean traditional culture from the spiritual aspect, art, learning, to the practical life. Recently the tea culture has been rapidly coming into vogue. So the tea culture has been recognised not only to be an index of the cultural level, but also to be an important cultural phenomenon. Besides, It came to be a major role as a reception method by which we can communicate with quests from all over the world. Because preferred tea was different according to the times and to the regions, tea utensils have been changed along with the tea culture. The present Korean tea culture has a tendency to go to the somewhat different way from the traditional one. This study has the purpose to let us apprehend the Korean traditional culture and hold the national pride. In addition, the value of the Tea should be assessed more properly, and our own Tea that is unique, simple, and natural, should be settled in the our culture.
