저자들은 지속적인 고열과 심한 기침 및 가래, 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원한 15세 남아에서 결핵 치료를 받고 있던 중 홍역에 이환 되어 악화되었고, 투약 중이던 모든 약제에 내성이 나타난 폐결핵을 문헌 고찰과 아울러 보고한다. The incidence of complications of measles is about 4% and most of the chief complications are in the respiratory system, such as pneumonia, bronchitis. One of other potential dangers of measles is exacerbation of an existing pulmonary tuberculosis. We report a case of exacerbated pulmonary tuberculosis in 15-year old male child after contracting measles during epidemic in year 2001.

본 연구는 부모면담에 대한 부모와 보육교사의 인식을 살펴보고, 면담을 통한 부모와 보육교사의 관계변화에 대한 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 S 어린이집의 부모 7명과 보육교사 6명을 면담하였으며, 이를 통해 부모면담에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 부모면담에 대한 부모와 보육교사의 인식은 ‘영유아에 대한 이해의 차이 인식’, ‘부모와 보육교사의 관점이 다름을 인식’, ‘관계 형성 중요성에 대한 인식’으로 나타났다. 부모면담에 따른 부모와 보육교사의 관계변화는 ‘상호 관점의 이해’와 ‘부모와의 협력적 관계’를 만들어 나갈 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모면담을 통해 부모들은 자녀에 대해 주관적 시선을 극복하고 보다 객관적인 시선을 가질 수 있었으며, 교사에 대한 신뢰가 높아지고, 자녀양육을 위해 교사와 협력적 관계를 만들어 나갈 수 있다고 보았다. 본 연구를 통해 부모면담의 중요성에 대한 현실성을 이해하고, 앞으로 교사의 의사소통 역량강화를 위한 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify parents’ and child care teachers’ perception on Parents Meeting. In addition, it aims to explore the meaning behind the change in relationship between parents and child care teachers through conducting interviews. For this study, 7 parents and 6 teachers of S Child care center were interviewed in order to identify their perceptions on Parent Meeting. As a result, it was found that the parents’ and child care teachers’ perceptions on parent meeting consisted of ‘perception on the difference in understanding infants’, ‘perception on the different perspective of parents and child care teachers’, and ‘perception on the importance of building relationships’. Furthermore, it appeared that the change in relationship between parents and child care teachers due to parent meeting can create ‘an understanding of mutual perspectives’ and ‘a cooperative relationship with parents’. In addition, through parent meeting, parents were able to overcome the subjective view of their children and have a more objective view, trust in teachers, and create a cooperative relationship with teachers for child rearing. Through this study, the significance of parent meeting should be understood in reality, and further studies should be conducted to reinforce teachers’ capacity for better communication.

한려해상국립공원 홍도와 태안 난도의 괭이갈매기 번식현황

전세계적으로 350여종의 바닷새가 있으며 이 중 10여 종이 우리나라에서 번식한다. 바닷새는 개체군이 감소할 경우 느린 성장과 작은 한배산란수로 인해 회복하는데 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 연구는 천연기념물로 지정된 한려해상국립공원 홍도와 태안군 난도에서 괭이갈매기 집단번식지 관리를 위한 기초자료를 수집하기 위하여 수행되었다. 조사는 2022년 5월에 수행되었으며 괭이갈매기(Black-tailed gulls, Larus crassirostris)의 알크기, 한배산란수, 둥지 밀도 등을 조사하였다. 조사 결과 한배산란수는 홍도에서 1.89±0.57, 난도에서 1.91±0.48로 나타났다. 알크기는 홍도에서 59.22±5.47㎤, 난도에서 59.63±3.96㎤로 유사하였다. 둥지 밀도는 홍도(1.27±0.18개/㎡)가 난도(0.54±0.15개/㎡)보다 유의하게 높았다. 번식 면적으로 추정된 번식개체군 크기는 홍도가 56,729쌍, 난도가 14,112쌍으로 산정되었다. 번식개체군 장기모니터링은 괭이갈매기 번식지 보호를 위해 번식 개체군 변동을 파악하는데 필요하다. Seabirds take a long time to recover if their population decreases due to slow growth and small clutch size. This study was conducted to collect basic data of breeding status of Black-tailed gulls (Larus crassirostris) on Hongdo Island of Hallyeohaesang National Park and and Nando Island. These two breeding colonies are designated as natural monuments. We investigated egg volume, clutch size and nest density in May 2022. As results, clutch size was 1.89±0.57 in Hongdo Island and 1.91±0.48 in Nando Island. The egg volume was also similar between Hongdo Island (59.22±5.47) and Nando Island (59.63±3.96). The nest density was significantly higher in Hongdo Island (1.27±0.18/㎡) than in Nando Island(0.54±0.15/㎡). Breeding population was estimated as 56,729 pairs in Hongdo Island while 14,112 pairs in Nando Island based on the proportion of breeding areas. Long-term monitoring is required to know the trends of Black-tailed gulls to protect breeding colonies.

Compared with the natural marble, the artificial marble has the advantages of excellent appearance, high degree of finish, even color, fine pressure and wear resistance, bear erosion and weathering, etc. It can be widely used in kitchen countertops, bath vanity tops, table tops, furniture, reception desks, etc. However, large amounts of artificial marble waste such as scraps or dust have been generated from sawing and polishing processes in artificial marble industry. Waste from artificial marble industry is increasing according to demand magnification of luxurious interior material. Artificial marble wastes can be recycled as aluminum oxide used as raw materials in electronic materials, ceramics production, etc., and methyl methacrylate(MMA) which become a raw material of artificial marble by pulverization, pyrolysis and distillation processes, The characteristics of artificial marble wastes was analyzed by using TGA/DSC and element analysis, Crude aluminum oxide was obtained from artificial marble waste by pulverization and thermal decomposition under nitrogen atmosphere, In this work, Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the pyrolysis process, The characteristics of crude aluminum oxide was evaluated by chromaticity analysis, element analysis, and surface area.

Piracetam이 마우스의 기억력 및 대뇌피질내 Acetylcholine량 변화에 미치는 영향

The central cholinergic synapse is known to be closely connected with memory. Previously, piracetam has been reported to improve the intellectual ability. We used a scopolamine-induced amnesiac mouse to study the effects of piracetam on memory retrieval by passive avoidance learning test and on the acetylcholine level of cerebral cortex. The amnesia was produced in mouse by the intraperitoneal injection(i.p.) of scopolamine at a dose of 1 ㎎/㎏ body weight(b.w.). Upon administration of piracetam to amnesiac mouse at doses of 100 and 200 ㎎/㎏ b.w., i.p., 30 min, prior to retrieval test, the significant improvement on memory impairment was observed by examination 24 hr after training. The level of acetylcholine in cerebral cortex of mouse was decreased by the scopolamine treatment, however, this decrease was attenuated by piracetam. These results suggest that the effect of piracetam on memory may be attributed to activation of cholinergic nerve.
