우리나라 산림공간데이터 통합관리시스템의 연구- 새로운 산림공간정보기반(FSDI) 모델의 도입 -

In this study, the unified system of the forest land data management and the national geoSspatial information policies were reviewed, and the new NSDI strategy as proposed by Lee(2014) was applied and extended to the public-private sharing data. Then it was suggested with new concept of Forest geoSpatial Information Infrastructure(FSDI) model that can be added to forest digital map on spatial core data. The new institutional model of KFS(Korea Forest Service) is improving localization and reinforcing cooperation system within agencies, Government 3.0 can be feasible according to common data related to regional forest services and local government’s data vertically or horizontally. It also can be the unified system to integrate and link all the map and the register data which are managed by the laws and institutions, as a common data can include all spatial core data(digital map). 본 연구에서는 산림공간데이터 관리시스템과 국가공간정보정책을 검토하고 국내외 흐름을 반영하여 산림분야에 이영진(2014)에서 제시한 새로운 개념의 NSDI 모델을 적용하고 공공-민간 데이터의 공유데이터를 확장하여, 새로운 산림공간정보기반(FSDI) 모델을 제시하였다. 새로운 개념의 NSDI를 적용한 산림청기관모델에서는 기본공간정보 부문을 모든 활용부문의 공통기반으로 하고 산림데이터를 재편성하는 모델이며, 공통기반 데이터를 통하여 산림청 소속기관 및 지방정부 데이터를 수직적 또는 수평적으로 연계하여정부3.0이 가능하게 된다. 또한 통합관리시스템에서는 법령 또는 관리기관에 따라 독자적으로 운영되고 있는 모든 도면과 공부를 공통기반(수치지도)과 통합, 연계할 수 있는 전략모델이다.
A Study on the Sensorless PMSM Control using the Superposition Theory

This study presents a solution to control a PMSM without sensors. The control method is the presented superposition principle. This method of sensorless theory is very simple to compute estimated angle. Therefore, computing time to estimate angle is shorter than other sensorless methods. The use of this system yields enhanced operations, fewer system components, lower system costs, efficient energy control system designs and increased efficiencies. A practical solution is described and its results are given in this study. The performance of a sensorless architecture allows an intelligent approach to reduce the complete system costs of digital motion control applications using the cheaper electrical sensorless motors. This paper deals with an overview of solutions in the sensorless PMSM control applications, whereby the focus will be the new sensorless controller and its applications.

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate how to improve Sanskrit texts using color photos of manuscripts assisted by other sources as Tibetan translation. For this, I examined the most damaged parts of the Abhisamayālaṅkāravivṛti manuscript N1— that has been used by the former editor Koei H. Amano for his edition—, namely, folios 1v and 2r, and demonstrate how the akṣaras that Amano failed to record can be reconstructed on the basis of the Tibetan translation. The detailed process of the reconstruction has been dealt in the 'Ⅱ. Reconstruction of damaged parts of the manuscript N1'In the 'Ⅲ. Reconstruction of three verses about twenty kinds of emptiness', among the contents of the missing folio of N1, I picked up three Sanskrit verses in anuṣṭubh meter, which seem to have been composed by Haribhadra on the basis of Ārya Vimuktiṣeṇa's explanation of twenty kinds of emptiness, and tried to restore them from the Tibetan version referring to the Sanskrit texts extracted from the two Abhisamayālaṅkāra commentaries, namely, the Vṛtti by Ārya Vimuktiṣeṇa and Ālokā by Haribhadra. In the 'Ⅰ. Two manuscripts of Vivṛti', I pointed out two things that I disagree with Amano's opinions: (1) The type of the manuscript N1 is a Nepalese hooked script, not a Māghadha script. (2) The number 1500 at the colophon of N1, of which meaning is thought to be the date when the scribe finished copying by Amano, is actually used for telling how many syllables the scribe have written down so far (in this case, approximately 48,000 akṣaras).
혈장교환술로 고중성지방혈증에 의한 임신성췌장염 치료 1예

Hypertriglyceridemia is a rare cause of acute pancreatitis. However, the relationship between gestational pancreatitis and hypertriglyceridemia is well known. We report here on a case of gestational pancreatitis due to hypertriglyceridemia in a 29 years old pregnant woman who was at 20 weeks gestation and suffered from epigastric pain and rebound tenderness. Lowering the elevated triglyceride level via heparin and insulin infusion therapy wasn’t effective and the abdominal pain was unresponsive to analgesics. Plasma exchange was performed at day 3 in order to rapidly decrease the triglyceride and for the safety of the patient and her fetus. We report here that hypertriglyceridemia induced high risk gestational pancreatitis and this was treated by plasma exchange,and we briefly review the relevant literature.
혈장교환술에 불응한 혈전성혈소판감소성자반증에서 비장절제술 1예

혈전성혈소판감소성자반증(Thrombotic thrombocytopenic pur-pura; TP)은 미세혈관병용혈빈혈, 혈소판감소, 발열, 신장장애및 신경계증상의 특징적인 증상이 나타난다. TP의 발생기전은큰 vWF를 자르는 vWF 분해 효소(ADAMTS-13)의 결핍 또는억제인자와 관련되어 있다. 분해되지 않은 비정상적으로 큰 vWF는 TP에서 관찰되며 작은 혈관에서 혈전을 유도한다. 비록 혈장교환술은 TTP에서 효과적인 치료이지만 20-40%에서 혈장교환술에 불응한다. 41세 여자는 혈장교환술에 불응한 TTP 환자로비장절제술을 시행하고 혈색소 및 혈소판과 증상이 완전히 회복된 증례를 보고하는 바이다.

In this paper, we present an adaptive mechanism based on immune algorithm for the PID Controller. When immune algorithm are applied for the PID parameters tuning, since the parameters are adjusted almost randomly, it is possible that the plant will be damaged due to abrupt changes in PID parameters. To solve this problem, a neural network will be used to model the plant and the immune algorithm tuning procedure will be performed on the neural network instead of the plant. After determining the PID parameters in this off-line manner, these gains are then applied to the plant for on-line control using immune algorithm. Moreover, considering that the neural network model may not be accurate enough, a method is also proposed for on-line fine-tuning of PID parameters. A population of potential PID evolves continuously over the time responding to changes in the environments. To show the validity of the proposed method, a seesaw system that has one input and two outputs will be used for experimental evaluation.
