국내 인터넷 포털 사이트는 현 법률상 미디어 법에 속하지는 않지만, 제공되고 있는 뉴스와 서비스가 이미 미디어의 기능과 역할을 수행하고 있으며 포털 사이트를 통하여 얻어지는 모든 정보가 사회에 미치는 영향이 날로 커져가고 있는 현실에서 인터넷 포털 기업의 사회적 책임과 의무가 강화되어야 한다는 요구가 사회적으로 제기 되고있다. 이 논문은 국내외 주요 인터넷 포털 기업의 정보윤리강령을 수집 및 분석하여 정보공급자와 관리자로써 사용자 관점으로 윤리강령이 제정되었는지 비교 분석하였다. 미국 주요 인터넷 포털 기업과 한국 인터넷 포털 기업의 특징적 요소를 추출하였으며, 분석의 기준으로 윤리헌장, 윤리규범, 윤리강령을 구분하여 사용되는지, 대내외적을 포함하면서 포괄적인지, 윤리시스템이 구체적인지, 이용자 측면에서 지속적으로 개정본을 수정하여 홍보 하는지를 조사하였다. 이러한 연구가 인터넷 포털 기업이 언론의 전문가 기업으로 인식하고 구체적인 윤리시스템을 만들어 사회적 책임과 기업의 가치를 향상시키고 건전한 공론의장으로 만들어가기 위한 것이다.

This study was an experimental research on social facilitation with the intention to analyze the effects of the presence of other persons on the motor skill performance of mentally retarded students and non-disabled students(Elementary, Middle, High). The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for devising methods to minimize anxiety-causing factors that may occur in mentally retarded students when they perform motor skills. This study results were as follows; First, in the case of the number for other persons, mentally retarded students(elementary, middle, high) showed higher levels of performance when fewer other persons were present. In contrast, non-disabled students(middle, high) showed higher performance levels when other persons of were numerous to them. Secondly, in the case of the distance for other persons, mentally retarded students(elementary, middle, high) showed higher levels of performance when further distance from them other persons were present. In contrast, non-disabled students(middle, high) showed higher performance levels when other persons of were closer to them. Third, in the case of the gender for other persons, mentally retarded students( middle, high) showed higher levels of performance when opposite gender other persons were present. In contrast, non-disabled students(elementary, middle, high) showed higher performance levels when other persons of were same gender to them. In conclusion, a more practically integrated education should be designed and implemented to minimize the adverse effect of social facilitation experienced in motor skill performance by mentally retarded students. In addition, more consideration should be taken of the number of other persons present, the distances between them and the gender in designing internal and external class learning activities for mentally retarded students.

Rotor grip is used as a component of rotor system in unmanned helicopter. Instead of usual machining, hot forging process has been considered to improve its proof stress against repeated loading conditions and crash in the farm-field. Die design and forming analysis have been performed according to the conditions such as billet volume, flash, cavity filling, and the distribution of damage during the forming by using FE analysis. In the results of analysis, the possibility of structural failure in the model has not been found because its maximum effective stress is much lower than yield strength of the titanium alloy. In the forging die design, flash has been allowed because of low production in the industrial field. Preform design was studied by using FE-analysis, and its optimal dimension was obtained in the hot forging of rotor grip with titanium alloy.

This research has two purpose. The one is to inspect the situation of inclusive physical education in general elementary schools. The other is to analyse opinions of general elementary physical education teachers about inclusive physical education. Subjects for this research were 145 physical education teachers in general elementary schools in Gyeong-nam province. The questionnaire consists of 16-item which related to inclusive physical education of general elementary schools. Result indicated that about 6.44 students with disability were in each general school and many of them participated in inclusive physical education. That 44% of them always participated in inclusive physical education and 49% of them sometimes participated in inclusive physical education. The most of teachers thought that they need the additional education about inclusive physical education.
