동결-해동-원심분리를 이용한 무세포 돼지각막의 특성 연구

Purpose: To develop a new decellularization technique of porcine cornea using freezing-thawing-centrifugation (FTC) and to examine the characteristics of acellular porcine cornea (APC) for xenograft material. Methods: Two-hundred micrometer thickness porcine corneas were decellularized with DNase/RNase, followed by 3 freezing-thawing-centrifugations (FTC, group 1), lyophilized FTC-APC (group 2), and chemical enzyme treated APC (CE-APC, group 3). Histologic evaluation to examine cells and collagen matrix, comparison of transparency, and cultivation to determine the viability of stromal cells was performed in fresh porcine cornea and 3 experimental groups. Results: Decellularization occurred successfully in all experimental groups. Decellularization was confirmed by H&E staining and cultivation. Transparency of group 1 was similar to the normal porcine cornea but transparency of group 2 and group 3 was decreased. Collagen fibers of CE-APC (group 3) were not as well arrayed as FTC-APC (group 2). Conclusions: Acellularity of porcine cornea was successfully achieved by the FTC method with preservation of the cornea stroma. Purpose: To report a case of ocular surface reconstruction using nasal and oral mucosa auto grafts on a man whose ocular surface was deformed by a chemical burn. Case summary: A 48-year-old man was injured when his right eye was exposed to alkali solution. He underwent fifteen operations, including amniotic membrane auto grafts and fornix reconstructions. However, his right eye still suffered from symble pharon, drying, corneal neovascularization, and erosion. We performed ocular surface reconstruction with free autologous nasal and oral mucosal transplantation and amniotic membrane graft. By one month after surgery, his eye showed no evidence of symble pharon or fibrovascularization recurrence on the cornea or conjunctiva. By six months after surgery, his ocular surface had stabilized. Conclusions: Ocular surface reconstruction with free autologous nasal and oral mucosal transplantation is a useful method on eyes that are injured by chemical burns. The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

In a shipbuilding yard, several ships are built at the same time. And also each ship is made up with hundreds of various types of steel-plates. So most dockyards have their own steel yard, and manage thousands of steel-plates in their own way. Proper steel-plate management systems like a warehousing, pile, delivery are quite efficient. But they manage many parts manually. So many problems are generated on the steel plate check, control, and operator safety. In a traditional method for managing steel-plate, people write marking code and mark pile code where to go on the plate. And also people check plates' position after crane moves plates intermittently. It spends too much working hours, causes many mistakes on manual checking, and dangerous because workers have to get around steel yard while several cranes move the steel-plates. First of all, the each panel's information includes stock position, entry time or release time to steel yard is not accurate because all of the information does not synchronize with a steel-plate in kind in real time. In order to solve these problems, we developed integrated steel-plate information system using magnetic-crane auto tracking system, which automatically manages and traces the steelplate from warehousing, stock to delivery in real time. We can check a breakdown of panel's warehousing or release. And also this system records the each panel's position as often as the stock position changed. We apply this integrated steel-plate information system to our workplace. As a result, a steel yard supervisor is able to find where missing panels are, and can trace the last position of the missing panel, which can go to the core of the main reason for steel-plate missing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the method of continuous activation of anchor facilities as a base space for local communities and to propose them to anchor facilities for urban regeneration projects in 2 buildings in the castle. Anchor facilities help local residents become a community and breathe life into the village. The results confirmed in this study are as follows. First, Seongmisan Village in Mapo-gu was a community that began as a joint childcare, and still operates various contents with the active use of village centers. Second, Gunsan Postbox Street has become a landmark of Gunsan by local residents and merchants forming a steering committee, improving the physical environment of the street, storytelling to the post office, and earning new tourism income. Based on the previous best practices, we propose resident-centered content to anchor facilities that will be newly built in Building 2 in the province, and a continuous system that will make residents of various ages and lifestyles a community.
