        비강과 구강점막 자가이식을 이용한 외안부재건술 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of ocular surface reconstruction using nasal and oral mucosa auto grafts on a man whose ocular surface was deformed by a chemical burn. Case summary: A 48-year-old man was injured when his right eye was exposed to alkali solution. He underwent fifteen operations, including amniotic membrane auto grafts and fornix reconstructions. However, his right eye still suffered from symble pharon, drying, corneal neovascularization, and erosion. We performed ocular surface reconstruction with free autologous nasal and oral mucosal transplantation and amniotic membrane graft. By one month after surgery, his eye showed no evidence of symble pharon or fibrovascularization recurrence on the cornea or conjunctiva. By six months after surgery, his ocular surface had stabilized. Conclusions: Ocular surface reconstruction with free autologous nasal and oral mucosal transplantation is a useful method on eyes that are injured by chemical burns.         The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

        동결-해동-원심분리를 이용한 무세포 돼지각막의 특성 연구

        Purpose: To develop a new decellularization technique of porcine cornea using freezing-thawing-centrifugation (FTC) and to examine the characteristics of acellular porcine cornea (APC) for xenograft material. Methods: Two-hundred micrometer thickness porcine corneas were decellularized with DNase/RNase, followed by 3 freezing-thawing-centrifugations (FTC, group 1), lyophilized FTC-APC (group 2), and chemical enzyme treated APC (CE-APC, group 3). Histologic evaluation to examine cells and collagen matrix, comparison of transparency, and cultivation to determine the viability of stromal cells was performed in fresh porcine cornea and 3 experimental groups. Results: Decellularization occurred successfully in all experimental groups. Decellularization was confirmed by H&E staining and cultivation. Transparency of group 1 was similar to the normal porcine cornea but transparency of group 2 and group 3 was decreased. Collagen fibers of CE-APC (group 3) were not as well arrayed as FTC-APC (group 2). Conclusions: Acellularity of porcine cornea was successfully achieved by the FTC method with preservation of the cornea stroma. Novel decellularized porcine cornea can be considered as xenogeneic material for corneal transplantation. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2011;52(1):86-92

      • 고가 하부의 커뮤니티 광장디자인 사례연구

        The purpose of this open space design is to adapt a communication design concept to a regeneration of an old town that has a common space and a emptiness for a neighborhood activity. The place is located within the entrance to the site called by 'Ma-seok market' in Hwa-do, Namyangju City. The design plan has two spatial compositions. ① Maseok market on a crossroad is focused on the creation of the community space for merchants and residents. Especially, the open space for the common place is formed into design structures using regional sources-colors, materials, and shapes. ② The market place is designed for a daily function such as a walk 'promenade' and service facilities. Designs practically have been applied installations such as lights, benches, paving, fences, and etc to accommodate residents' needs and demands.

        참여주체에 따른 마을만들기 성과에 관한 연구

        Recently, the community design through residents" voluntary participation is spreading all over the nation and contributing to development local cultural environment. The purpose of this study is the proposal of effective evaluation methods and verified achievement characteristics for community design participants based on local environment and methods. A case study carried out Siheung City"s "Hope Community Design" project, which promoted the area"s regeneration through the participation of the local community. Through this research, we gained achievement characteristics based on characteristic of participants and an improvement direction on local community design. Meanwhile, sustainable community design need to sustainable activities and managements of community organization more. We expect that this study can contribute to the improvement of the evaluation methods of community design for developing a pleasant and attractive residential environment.

        COVID-19 발생 전후 청량리종합시장 일대 전통시장들에서 나타난 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 청량리종합시장 일대 전통시장들에 대한 COVID-19 전후의 영향을 도출하는것이다. 이를 위해 국내에서 첫 확진자가 발생한 2020년 1월을 기준으로, 2018년부터 2022년까지의 기간에 대해 생활인구, 매출 등의 데이터를 분석했고, 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통해 영향을 확인하며 전통시장 이용자의 행태 변화를 도출했다. 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, COVID-19 이후 시장 전체의 생활인구는 감소했으나, 개별 시장 중에서는 종합 식자재 취급 시장의 생활인구 감소가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단위점포별 매출은 전문 특화시장에서 COVID-19 이후 증가했고, 업종별 매출은 소매업에 비해 외식업에서 더 많이 하락했고 식문화 관련어의 순위가 텍스트마이닝분석에서 하락한 것으로 나타나 전통시장에서 외식업이 감염병의 영향을 크게 받았다는 점을 입증했다. 셋째, COVID-19 이후 포장이 용이한 음식 구매와 개방된 외식공간에 대한 수요가 증가했고, 폐쇄적 실내 음식점과 대형쇼핑매장에서 감염병의 영향을 크게 받은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개방적 실외에서 식자재를 취급하는 전통시장의 중요도가 증가했고 소비 관련어의 순위가 상승한 것으로 나타나 앞선 분석에서 생활인구 및 매출 감소폭이 적게 나타난 결과를 입증했다. 본 연구는 미래 재발가능한 팬데믹 사태에 특화산물을 취급하고 저렴한 가격으로 종합구매가 가능하며 개방된 외부공간으로 구성된 전통시장이 영향을 덜 받는다는 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to derive the impact before and after COVID-19 on traditional markets in the Cheongnyangni General Market area. To this end, for the period from 2018 to 2022 based on January 2020, when the first confirmed case occurred in Korea, data such as de facto population and sales were analyzed, and the behavior change of traditional market users was examined through text mining analysis. The findings are as follows: First, after COVID-19, the de facto population of the entire market decreased, but it was found that there was a smaller decrease in the de facto population in the comprehensive food ingredients market among individual markets. Second, sales by unit store increased after COVID-19 in specialized markets, and sales by industry fell more in the restaurant industry than in the retail industry, and the ranking of food culture-related words decreased in text mining analysis, showing that the restaurant industry in traditional markets was greatly affected by the infectious disease. Third, after COVID-19, demand for food that can be easily packaged and open dining spaces have increased, and closed indoor restaurants and large shopping stores have been found to be greatly affected by the infectious disease. Fourth, the importance of open outdoor traditional markets handling food ingredients increased and the ranking of consumption-related words in those markets increased, confirming the results of the previous analysis showing a small decrease in de facto population and sales. This study can suggest that traditional markets, which handle specialized products, enable comprehensive purchases at low prices, and are composed of open outdoor spaces, are less affected by virus pandemics that may recur in the future.

        온도조건에 따른 MR 유체의 물리 특성에 대한 실험 연구

        본 연구에서는 온도조건에 따른 MR 유체의 물리적 특성을 연구하고자 침전 및 전단응력실험을 수행하였다. MR 댐퍼에 사용되는 MR 유체는 자성 파우더를 포함하고 있어 침전현상이 발생하므로 침강성과 인가전류에 의한 전 단응력 변화를 상온과 고온조건에서 실험하였다. 침강특성을 조사하기 위하여 강제 대류형 오븐을 인가전류에 의한 전단응력을 측정하기 위하여 점도계를 사용하였다. 실험결과로부터 MR 유체는 시간과 온도에 따른 침강 특성이 다름 을 그리고 교반시간이 큰 경우에 MR 유체의 분산성이 2배 이상 우수하였다. 전단률이 증가할수록 전단응력은 로그 함수의 증가분포를 인가전류를 증가할수록 2차 함수의 증가분포를 그리고 MR 유체의 전단응력은 상온보다 고온에서 6-18% 낮은 분포를 보였다. In the present study, sedimentation and shear stress of MR fluid are investigated to physical characteristics of MR fluid along temperature conditions. MR fluid is a suspension of micrometer-sized magnetic particles in a base liquid. Therefore, dispersion of MR fluid is important in the case of the design and optimization of the system using MR fluid. Due to sedimentation characteristics of MR fluid by magnetic particles, the sedimentation and shear stress of commercial MR fluid are investigated at 25℃ and 80℃ temperatures by using a forced convection oven and a viscometer. From experimental results, the sedimentation and shear stress are more affected by the temperatures of 80℃ than 25℃ and the mixing time of 5min than 10min. Shear stress by the applied current increases the shape of a quadratic equation and are lower 6-18% at 80℃ than 25℃.
