The effects of estradiol-17$\beta$ and progesterone on the spontaneous motility of pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle were investigated. The motility of the Isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The amplitude and frequency of spontaneous motility in pig isthmic smooth muscle were 0.251$\pm$0.023 g and 15.380$\pm$0.935/min in follicular stage, and 0.201$\pm$0.027g and 14.520$\pm$1.382/min in luteal stage. 2. The spontaneous motility of pig isthmic smooth muscle was excited by estradiol-17$\beta$ but was not by progesterone in follicular and luteal stage.

1990년부터 디지털콘텐츠 제작에 사용되고 있는 모션캡처 기술은 제작비 절감, 콘텐츠의 리얼리티(reality) 향상이라는 장점으로 인해 지속적으로 활용되어 왔다. 최근 디지털콘텐츠가 고품질화 함에 따라 리얼리티의 중요도가 매우 커졌으며, 이로 인해 디지털액터를 리얼하게 움직이기 위한 모션캡처 기술의 활용이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 모션캡처를 데이터 추출 방식에 따라 분류하고, 각각의 장단점에 대해 설명한다. 또한 산업계를 중심으로 개발되고 있는 상용화 기술 동향에 대해 기술하고, 향후 발전 방향을 제시한다.

The points to be considered in skin remodeling are spelled out, using design elements derived from the case studies and documents, also presenting possible ties with FM-based building operation system for on-going maintenance by linking control method in skin design to centralized control system. Patterning is attempted by introducing pattern language, thus, organizing pattern groups in order to develop types of skin design elements for FM-based green remodeling. Also provided is the checklist, which is the foundation of an evaluation system similar to the local housing performance grading system or HQI of the UK. This study also review evaluation system required to establish evaluation structure for FM-based green remodeling skin design and present how to utilize it, as well as analyzing the status of related evaluation systems at home and abroad and the existing evaluation system.

Background : We analyzed the distribution of identified micro-organisms from the nasal cavity during EETS and their antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) results. In addition, we evaluated the clinical outcomes of antibiotic prophylaxis with third-generation cephalosporins for endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery. Methods : From November 2014 to October 2017, a total of 225 EETS cases with available nasal cavity culture results were reviewed to identify the clinical data relevant to CNS infection. Ceftriaxone was used for antibiotic prophylaxis, and the patients were divided into subgroups according to the AST results. Results : Gram-positive cocci were the most commonly identified micro-organisms. The patient population was divided into the following three groups: prophylaxis-appropriate, prophylaxis-inappropriate, and Undetermined group, each amounting to 132 (59.5%), 34 (15.3%), and 56 (25.2%) cases, respectively. CNS infection was observed in 2 (0.9%) cases. But, statistical analyses did not show significant differences in the occurrence of CNS infection among the studied groups. Conclusions : Antibiotic prophylaxis with third-generation cephalosporins showed that most (85%) patients received appropriate prophylaxis, and the clinical outcomes regarding the CNS infection were also comparable to other previous reports. Future larger-scale studies are mandatory to establish the relationship between prophylaxis-appropriateness and the occurrence of CNS infection.

도시열섬현상 저감정책의 경제성 분석에 관한 연구 : 서울시 쿨루프 사업과 옥상녹화 사업을 중심으로

Green- and cool-roof installations have been recognized as effective means to mitigate the urban heat island effect. Despite their usefulness as a policy, there has been little attention to their economic feasibility. This study attempts to conduct a cost-benefit analysis for two policies concerning green- and cool-roof installations in Seoul, Korea. The contingent valuation method was employed to assess their non-market effects on local amenities, including the thermal comfort of residents and city aesthetics, revealing that the non-market effect of the green-roof installation was 1.72 times greater than that of the cool-roof installation. This is because the former could ameliorate not only thermal comfort but also other amenities, while the latter only improves thermal comfort. To synthesize, the green-roof installation policy is economically more feasible and meaningful than the cool-roof installation policy. Finally, this study suggests a policy direction for urban heat island mitigation based on the results obtained.
