Today, Tourism Event is emerging as a tourism product. The central government and local government also have their interests in regional tourism event for activiating their economy growth and regional image. In particular, the utilization of cultural tourism resources such as regional festivals have become very popular everywhere. It is important to develop and use cutural assets sa tourism product. Tourism Event as tourism products has a advantage to enhance the national or local area's image, to attract tourists from other area or nations. Therefore, regional have to marketing strategy of festival place for enhancement of economic and culture levels. Main strategies are to improve a attraction and image of festival place. Market strategy of tourism event place is to sell cluture tourism product. Tourism Events will be able to provice excellent opportunities to enjoy traditional regional culture.

이와 같이 1825~1830년까지 거의 모든 19c의 작가들이 Walter Scott를 모방하고 따랐기 때문에 Stendhal이 “적과 흑”을 쓰고 그 시대의 주인공을 등장시키고 또 다른 방향을 제시하게 되었다. 그는 유명한 말 “소설가는 시대의 증인이 되어야 한다”를 주장하여 모든 Walter Scott를 따르는 작가들에게 경종을 울렸다. 이렇게 Stendhal이 나와 19c를 휩쓸던 외국문학(영문학)이 기세를 죽여갔다. 이런 영문학의 침입으로 말미암아 Moralist적인 문학이 주사상을 이루던 불문학에 대해서 낭만주의는 반동으로 일어난 것이다. 비록 낭만주의가 佛에서 성공하지는 못하였다 할지라도 낭만주의가 생길 수 없었던 佛에 낭만주의가 들어오고 여러 가지 불문학의 주류를 이루는 사상이 들어오게 되었다는데서 영문학이 불문학에 준 영향의 의의가 있다.

Recently, the interest about the Exhibition Event is increasing. Because the Exhibition Event occurs economic, social and cultural benefit effects. The purpose of this study is to establish the administration strategy of the Exhibition Event and found for 6W2H. According to this study results, the administration strategy of the Exhibition Event are as follows: First, a strategy of administration the exhibition event center is to administrate exhibition institute, exhibition event center, service in exhibition center. Second, a strategy of administration organization is systematic and practical about affairs. Third, a strategy of administration PR informs of Exhibition Event to variable PR methods: mass-media, internet, worlds of mouth and so on.

The progress of information technology makes people to exchange the information easier, faster and more efficient than ever. The internet is the network that connects all the computers in the world so it makes the virtual tourism information intermediary, open 24 hours, 365 days, that does not have time and space limit. The suppliers aspect it helps advertising, promoting and updating the products less cost and more effective and demanders aspect it helps planning, deciding the various tour products less time and more valuable. So this relationship meet those party on online as a business. Currently Korean tourism information providers do not have enough income streams because not only the web-sites do not have useful and well organized the information, they do not have lack of know-how to manage the tourism information on online as well. To build the profitable and efficient web-site for furnishing tourism information, they should re-organize the information, synchronize video and audio(multimedia), provide other languages for foreigners, and distribute various contents by items for the demanders to access what they want easily, we should analyze them(travel information network) accurately and minutely by web-site evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to establish the home-stay model of Korean style. So far, in Korea, there are some home-stay models which are made by some home-stay offering system. These home-stay models are mainly focused on facilities of host's house. However, one of strong point of home-stay is to communicate with foreign tourists and to exchange each culture. Home-stay is not just one of accommodations for tourists, but it is a field of showing our life and our culture. The existing models have been problems on this point. In rapid and competitive situation of international tourism market, we could not survive with more tourism attraction. Our modern tourists want to experience and feel more. They are seeking more traditional and ethnic thing. They are ready to fall into another culture. Home-stay could be suggested as a way to satisfy those wants and needs. Now, it is urgently needed to examine and re-establish our home-stay models. Our new home-stay model should be based on Korean culture and help foreign tourists experience our tradition. 食餌脂肪이 흰쥐體內의 脂質과 蛋白質 狀態에 미치는 影響

食餌 中 魚油의 含量이 흰쥐 體內 脂質代謝에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 콩기름, 채종유, 쇠기름에 魚油인 장어유와 고등어유를 각각 混合해서 총 脂肪量을 10%(w/w)로 하였다. 各 群에 包含된 魚油의 含量에 따라 각각 0, 2, 5, 10%群으로 나눠 食餌를 조제하여 2주일동안 사육한뒤 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 혈장단백질은 혈청 albumin의 경우 장어유 混合群이 고등어유 混合群보다 낮았으며 globulind은 장어유 混合群이 대체로 높았고 A/G 비율은 魚油群 및 魚油混合群이 다른 短一群보다 낮게 나타났다. 2. 간장조직內 蛋白質含量은 各 群間에 特別한 差異는 볼 수 없었고 植物油와 쇠기름만 攝取시키는 것보다 魚油混合食餌群이 간장內 蛋白質 %가 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 3. 간장조직 內 脂質含量은 쇠기름군이 가장 높았으며 고등어유군과 콩기름군이 가장 낮았다. 他 油脂成分과 混合時 魚油의 含量이 증가함에 따라 간지질의 含量은 감소하였다. To investigate the effect of fish oil on protein and lipid status in the body, rats were fed with synthetic diet containing various levels(0, 2, 5, 10%) of fish oil, Fish oil used were mackelel and eel olis. At the same time three other groups of rats were fed with diet containing soybean oil, rapeseed oil and beef tallow, to compare effect among different dietary fat sources. After two weeks of feeding, levels of serum albumin and globulin were measured as well as total lipid and protein in liver. The ratio of albumin and globulin in serum were lower in either single fish oil or fish oil or fish oil containing groups than other dietary fat groups. On the other hand, liver protein was slightly higher in eel oil containing groups than other groups. Liver lipid was lower in fish oil groups and appeared to decrease as the content of fish oil in diet increased.

In order to estabilish the base line frequency of chromosome aberrations in normal Korean aged under 40 years old group, metaphase chromosomes of peripheral lymphocytes were analyzed. Sixty blood samples were drawn from each of 10 males and 10 females in each groups of teenager, twenties, and thirties, and whole blood were cultured. The values of chromosome aberrations obtained were analyzed with respect to age, sex and smoking habit. The overall mean frequencies of chromatid deletion, acentric chromosome, dicentric chromosome were 0.70, 0.43 and 0.10 %, respectively.

한국인 383명의 Complement Component 6(C6)의 유전적 다형을 등전점 전기영동과 immunoblotting으로 조사하였다. 5가지 allotypes. C6 A, C6 B, C6 B2, C6 M1, C6 M11이 나타났고, 이들의 대립유전인자 빈도는 C6*A=0.4399, C6*B=0.5144, C6*B2=0.0392로 산출되어 이는 동아시아인과 비슷하였다. The phenotyping of the sixth complement component (C6) was performed on plasma or serum samples from 383 unrelated Korean, by IEF and immunoblotting using anti-human C6 serum. Three common allotypes, C6 A, C6 B and C6 B2 and two rare allotypes, C6 M1 and C6 M11 were observed. The allele frequencies of C6*A, C6*B and C6*B2 were estimated to be 0.4399, 0.5144, 0.0392, respectively. These frequencies are similar to those of the Eastasian population.
