Incomplete knowledge instances may be registered from misidentifications of sensors, such as vision sensor. In previous study, we proposed robust object instance registration method to robot centered knowledge framework to guarantee the consistency of the registered knowledge. In real environment, a persistent update is necessary due to the objects can be moved dynamically. In this paper, we propose the way to update robot knowledge continually using the registration method. Our experiment in this paper shows that sound and complete knowledge can be registered and updated by the proposed method. even under imperfect sensing data.

Background : Osteoporosis and atrophic cell pattern in Pap smear are frequent findings In postmenopausal women due to loss of ovarian function, The present study attempted to find out possible correlation between morphologic characteristics of Pap smear and osteoporosis. Material & methods: The subjects were 825 women(age from 35 to 80) who had undergone Pap smear and bone mineral density(BMD) at The Korea Association of Health Promotion, Seoul Branch, from March 8 to May 10, 2005. Pap smears from 825 women were reviewed and classified either mature cell pattern or atrophic cell pattern by their cytologic patterns, BMD were measured using LUNAR DPX MdIQ(Minster, Ohio, USA). BMD value of lumbar spine(Ll, L2,L3 and L4) were measured from 825 women and BMD value of proximal region off emur(neck NK, Wards triangle WT, and trochanter TR) were measured from 818 women and their bone status were classified as normal( T-sore:>-1.0), osteopenia (T-score: -l~<-2,5) and osteoporosis(T-score: ≤ -2.5). And age distribution of Pap smear, average T-value andfrequency ofsteoporo-sis of each region of the bone, percentage of osteoporosis of each boneregion by age group and changing pattern of percentage of osteopenia and osteoporosis in certain postmenopausal period were compared between mature and atrophic cell pattern. Results: Pap smears revealed total mature cell pattern 53,9%(445/825) and total atrophic cell pattern 46.1%(380/825), Percentage of mature cell pattern decreased from 98.2%(168/171)under 44 age group to 13,3%(17/128) over 65 age group and mature cell pattern increased from 1.8%(3/171) under 44 age group to 86.7%(111/128) oyer 65 age group. Mean T-value of each region of lumbar spine and femur of mature cell pattern were lower than that of atrophic cell pattern about -1,5. And osteoporosis has noted in atrophic cell pattern showing odds ratio Ll 13.9, L2 15.3, L3 12.0, L4 10,4, UK 6.7, WT 10.9 and TR 4.1.Atrophic cell pattern started to increase after 45 years of age and osteoporosis of a trophic cell pattern started after 55 years of age. During 50 to 64 years of age period, L3, L4 and WT revealed parallel increased of osteopenia and osteoporosis and Ll, L2 revealed decreased of osteopenia and increased of osteoporosis. nia Conclusion: Above findings suggest that atrophic cell pattern of Pap smear precedes osteoporosis about 10 years and one of predictor of osteoporosis.
수도권 경사주거지의 분포 현황과 생활환경 특성 분석 : - 경사도 유형을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 수도권에 위치한 경사주거지의 주거환경 개선을 위해 현황과 문제를 파악하는데 목적을 두었으며 주택 수요와 개발 압력이 상대적으로 높은 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 28개 경사지를 선정후, GIS분석과 설문조사를 실시하고 경사도 수준에 따라 4개 유형을 구분한 후 유형별 특성 분석을 통해 경사도 수준별 생활환경의 차이와 문제를 파악하고자 하였다. 수도권 경사주거지의 분포 현황을 GIS 분석을 통해 전용 및 일반주거지역의 경사지 개별필지를 경사를 기준으로 구분하여 분포 비율을 파악하고, 경사 유형별로 필지의 규모, 주택유형, 인접도로폭 등의 현황 분석을 하였다. 설문조사는 경사지 845부, 인접평지 175부, 총1,020필지를 2013년에 개별방문 방식으로 조사하였으며, 주민이 주거환경을 평가한 88개 항목을 요인분석을 통해 16개 요인으로 압축하여 설명변수로 하고 주거만족도를 종속변수로하는 회귀분석을 실시하여 경사 유형별로 주거만족 영향요인을 비교분석하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution status and the factors influencing residential satisfaction in hillside residences of Metropolitan areas in Korea. A cross-sectional survey with face-to-face interviews and Geographic Information System (GIS) were used and the data were collected in from March to April 2013. Participants were total 1,020 residents who were 845 residences representing 28 hillside areas, and 175 residences representing neighboring flat areas in metropolitan areas, such as Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do. The slope type was based on the slope level of the individual parcels of participants’ by using GIS analysis. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive tatistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression using the SPSS Win program. This study showed significant factors influencing residential satisfaction and dis-satisfaction, according to the slope types. These results could be used as useful evidences for improving the residential satisfaction of Hillside Residences in Korea.
Vision Sensor를 사용하는 로봇지식 관리를 위한 Rule 기반의 인식 오류 검출 필터

지능 로봇은 표현 가능한 사물, 공간을 모델링하기 위해 주변 환경을 인지하고, 자신이 수행할 수 있는 행동을 결합하여 임무를 수행하게 된다. 이를 위해 온톨로지를 사용하여 사물, 공간, 상황 및 행동을 표현하고 특정 임무 수행을 위한 자바 기반 Rule을 통해 다양한 추론 방법을 제공하는 로봇지식 체계를 사용하였다. 사용된 로봇 지식 체계는 생성되는 인스턴스가 자료의 클래스와 속성 값이 일관성 있고 다른 자료와 모순되지 않음을 보장해 준다. 이러한 로봇 지식 체계를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서는 완전한 온톨로지 인스턴스의 생성이 밑받침 되어야 한다. 하지만 실제 환경에서 로봇이 Vision Sensor를 통해 사물을 인식할 때 False Positive, False Negative와 같은 인식 오류를 발생시키는 문제점이 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 물체와 물체간의 Spatial Relation. Temporal Relation과 각 물체마다의 인식률 및 속성을 고려하여 물체 인식 오류에서도 안정적으로 인스턴스 관리를 가능하게 하는 Rule 기반의 인식오류 검출 필터를 제안한다.

The objective of this work is to study various vortical structures from controlled circular jet such as trifurcating and blooming jets. The numerical simulations of flow from a circular jet are carried out at Re<SUB>D</SUB> = 4300 based on the jet-exit velocity and jet diameter using large eddy simulation with the dynamic Smagorinsky model in a cylindrical coordinate system. The excitation for the controlled jet is achieved by combining axial and helical excitations. The axial velocity controlled by blowing and suction at the jet exit has several peaks in their cycle with respect to ratio of axial to helical excitations. This active control changes the spreading angle and vortical structures in the downstream region.
GIS를 이용한 지가 및 생활중심시설 분석을 통한 생활권 중심과 범위 설정에 관한 연구

The constitution of urban district centers and community spheres is useful to plan community unit for regeneration of urban residential areas, and the methods of organization is important. This study has two objectives: (1) to present methods to identify urban district centers and community spheres in small and medium sized cities and (2) to suggest evaluation index standards to construct them. In this study, geographical information system (GIS) was used and several steps were followed. At first, the expected urban district centers were discovered by investigating land prices and numbers of major facilities in Jeonju city. Second, time series regression model was considered to find out the final urban district centers with analyzing relationship between land prices and distance to expected urban district. Third, the evaluation method and index standards were proposed to plan urban districts and communities in small and medium sized cities. Overall, the results of this study demonstrated that this evaluation process and results are helpful to restructure urban planning system by constructing urban district centers and community spheres.
