In this paper, we have simulated a Symmetric Dual-gate Single-Si TFT which has three split floating $n^{+}$ zones. This structure reduces the kink-effect drastically and improves the on-current. Due to the separated floating $n^{+}$ zones, the transistor channel region is split into four zones with different lengths defined by a floating $n^{+}$ region. This structure allows an effective reduction of the kink-effect depending on the length of two sub-channels. The on-current of the proposed dual-gate structure is 0.9 mA while that of the conventional dual-gate structure is 0.5 mA at a 12 V drain voltage and a 7 V gate voltage. This results show a $80 {\%}$ enhancement in on-current by adding two floating $n^{+}$ zones. Moreover we observed the reduction of electric field In the channel region compared to conventional single-gate TFT and the reduction of the output conductance in the saturation region. In addition we also confirmed the reduction of hole concentration in the channel region so that the kink-effect reduces effectively.

Hwangryunhaedok-tang (HT) is prescribed in oriental medicine to treat inflammation-related diseases. This study examined the anti-bacterial effect to select the index components of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) HT. The disc diffusion method and minimum inhibition concentrations (MIC) tests were conducted to measure the antibacterial activity of HT. The strains were Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Escherichia coli 23724. Berberine and geniposide were selected as the index components of HT and were analyzed quantitatively by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). As a result, the inhibition ring was formed at $11.7{\pm}1.3mm$ and $8.7{\pm}0.7mm$ at HT 20 mg and 10 mg on S.aureus ATCC 25923, respectively; and $8.0{\pm}0.0mm$ at HT 20 mg on E.coli ATCC 23724. The MIC were 31.25 mg/mL in S.aureus ATCC 25923 and 125.0 mg/mL in E.coli ATCC 23724. In quantitative analysis for standardization, HT contained 16.55 mg/g of berberine and 81.85 mg/g of geniposide. Overall, when antibiotics are developed using natural products, they may reduce the side effects and inhibit resistant bacteria. If research on HT continuously proceeds, positive developments are expected to be made in oriental medicine as well as in various other industries. 황련해독탕은 한방산업에서 염증관련 질환에 다빈도로 사용되는 처방이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전통적 한약인 황련해독탕의 항균활성을 확인하고 지표성분을 선정하는 것이다. 황련해독탕의 항균활성을 측정하기 위하여 디스크 확산법과 최소억제농도법을 사용하였다. 사용균주는 Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Escherichia coli ATCC 23724였으며 대조군으로 oxacillin과 ciprofloxacin을 이용하여 황련해독탕의 항균활성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 디스크 확산법에서는 S.aureus ATCC 25923에서 황련해독탕 20 mg과 10 mg은 $11.7{\pm}1.3mm$, $8.7{\pm}0.7mm$의 억제환을 형성하였으며 E.coli ATCC 23724에서는 황련해독탕 20 mg이 $8.0{\pm}0.0mm$의 억제환을 형성하였다. 최소억제농도는 S.aureus ATCC 25923가 31.25 mg/mL, E.coli ATCC 23724 에서는 125.0 mg/mL였다. 표준화를 위한 HPLC 정량분석 결과, 황련해독탕은 berberine을 16.55 mg/g 함유하고 있었으며 geniposide를 81.85 mg/g 함유하고 있었다. 천연물을 이용하여 항생제를 개발할 경우에는 내성세균을 억제하고 부작용을 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이러한 점을 착안하여 지속적으로 연구를 진행한다면 한방산업과 더불어 여러 산업에서의 발전을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
추출법에 따른 당귀수산과 작약감초탕의 성분과 활성의 비교

Objectives Danggwisoo-san and Jakyakgamcho-tang are frequently prescribed for traffic accident patients in Korea. The aim of this study was to examine index compound analysis, antioxidant activity and amount of starch measurement by extraction method. Methods Danggwisoo-san and Jakyakgamcho-tang were extracted with water and 70% ethanol. Antioxidant activity was measured by 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, 2,2-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and ferric reducing antioxidant power according to the standard protocol. The contents of the indicator components nodakenin, paeoniflorin, and glycyrrhizin were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography, respectively. All starches were hydrolyzed and then total D-glucose was measured and compared. Results Antioxidant activity was excellent in 70% ethanol in all assays. The index component was jagged because its solubility was different depending on the extraction solvent. Starch content was significantly lower in 70% alcohol extract than water extract. Conclusions The results of this study showed that physiological activities and components are different according to extraction conditions. Each herbal medicine has a suitable extraction solvent. Also, the difference in starch content is an object to be considered as it may affect digestion and absorption. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020;30(4):31-39)

The purpose of this study is to quantify the effect of damages of central nerve system, like stroke, on mechanical changes in paretic skeletal muscle. To test this, 11 persons with hemiplegia, both male and female in their 50s, were selected as the subjects of this study, and having synchronized dynamometer, electromyography and electrical stimulator, a variety of variables were measured. With regard to mechanical properties, torque-angle relationship was elicited by measuring the maximal torque of the ankle joint in plantarflexion. As for statistical verification, repeated measures ANOVA was conducted, and in case that there were significant differences in sub variables according to the changes in ankle angle, contrast test for the rest of the ankle angles based on anatomical 0° was performed. The results of analysis are as follows; 1) Maximal torque The results from analysis revealed that the maximal torque was greater in the paretic side than in the non-paretic side (p=.030) at all other angles, excluding the plantarflexion of 30° when resting, and at the time of twitch contraction rather than of resting (p=.000). And the more dorsiflexion increased, the greater the torque of ankle joint became (p=.000). 2) Torque-Angle Relationship Results from analysis indicated that the torque-angle relationship curve was inclined to make rather upward shift in the paretic side than in the non-paretic side.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the 12 weeks resistance exercise on torque-angle relationship of the knee flexor and extensor in healthy adults. 121 subjects were participated in this study(men: 67, women: 54). The participants performed 12 weeks resistance exercise and we were measured pre and post maximal voluntary isometric contractions at five knee joint angle(90, 70, 50, 30, 10). As for statistical verification, repeated measures ANOVA was conducted, and in case that there were significant differences in torque according to the changes in knee angle, contrast test for the rest of the knee angles based on peak angle was performed. Themaximal =torque was greater in the post-exercise than pre-exercise in all the knee angles(flexor, extensor & male, female) Torque-angle relationship of the knee flexor and extensor curve was inclined to make rather upward shift in the post-exercise than in the pre-exercise. However, there were no statistically significant difference between pre and post-exercise.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the torque-angle relationship of the knee flexor and extensor in healthy adults. Eighty-one subjects were participated in this study(men: forty, women: forty-one). The participants performed maximal voluntary isometric contractions at five knee joint angle(90, 70, 50, 30, 10). As for statistical verification, repeated measures ANOVA was conducted, and in case that there were significant differences in torque according to the changes in knee angle, contrast test for the rest of the knee angles based on peak angle was performed. The maximal torque was greater in the men group than women group in all the knee angles(flexor, extensor). Torque-angle relationship curve was revealed similar pattern in previous study. The torque estimation equations are as follows. 1. Flexor male: y=0.652x3-10.79x2+59.42x+2.155 (R²=0.999) female: y=0.424x3-6.601x2+34.65x-3.975 (R²=1) 2. Extensor male: y=4.572x3-54.51x2+161.7x+37.46 (R²=0.994) female: y=1.522x3-21.77x2+71.92x+28.76 (R²=0.999)
의사결정나무분석을 이용한 노인 낙상관련 체력요인의 기여도 예측 모형

This study measured the factors of fall that Brown (1999) suggested targeting 39 aged people of over 65 years old with experience of fall and 68 with no experience of fall in order to develop a contribution level prediction model of physical fitness factors related with fall, and conducted the senior fitness test of Rikli & Jones (2001). Danger factors of fall was put into a diagram using decision tree analysis based on the measured data, and a prediction model was established by classifying few influential subgroups. As a result, one leg standing, extensor endurance, flexibility, reaction time, age, TGT, cadence had important effects when establishing a prediction model without classification setting. As a result of establishing a model after setting age as the first classification standard in order to build a prediction model of danger factors of fall according to gender, one leg standing of measuring static balance ability was shown as a variable for both men and women as in the model that was established without classification setting. With one leg standing, which is the static balance ability, as the first factor, reaction time, step length, 2 minute gait, and TGT were taking a great ratio among danger factors of fall for men. One leg standing, extensor endurance, flexibility, and reaction time were taking an important ratio as prediction variables of danger factors of fall for women.
