DLC박막을 코팅한 초경공구의 Al합금에 대한 절삭성능 향상

Matal doped diamond-like-carbon (DLC) coatings could be good candidates for the solid lubrication of cutting tools in dry machining of aluminum alloy 엳 새 the superior properties of DLC in mechanical and tribological applications. In this work, DLC-Si thin films were produced as a friction reduction coating for WC-Co inser tip using plasma immersion ion beam deposition (PIIBD) technique. The DLC coatings were also coated on Al₂O₃ specimens and high temperature wear tested under temperatures of 25℃ up to 400℃ in dry air to observe the survivability of the DLC coating using a pin-on-disc tribotester with Hertizian contact stress of 1.3㎬. It showed reduced friction coefficients of minimun 0.02 up to 400℃. Based on these results, the cutting performance of DLC coated WC-Co inser tips to Al 6061 alloy were conducted in a high speed vertical milling machining center. The main problems of built-up edge formation in aluminum machining are drastically reduced with low cutting forces. The improvements were related to the anti-adhesion of DLC and the interface formation of deposition process with coating conditions. The properties of DLC film, phase compositions and structures were examined by Raman spectroscopy, Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Scanning electron microscope (SEM) with Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).

통신 시스템의 급격한 발전에도 불구하고 수동조작을 필요로 하는 전파통신은 비상시의 적합성 때문에 전파관리법에 의하여 필수방법으로 지정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수동조작에 의하여 폭넓은 허용오차를 지니는 [모오스]전신신호를 전자계산기로써 신속하고 정확하게 인식하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이에 따라 수동조작의 불편성이 없어지면서도 비상시의 적합성을 살릴 수 있었다. 이 결과는 전파통신방식에 대하여 비상상황 아래서는 수동조작을 가능케 하면서도 정상상황 아래서는 자동화를 가능하게 하고 있으며 전자계산기에 의한 전파통신술의 훈련도 가능케하고 있다. In spite of fast developments in communication systems, the radio telegraphy using Morse code which requires human operation is appointed for indispensable one by the radio regulations act because its fitness in case of emergency. This paper proposed a fast and correct recognition algorithm for Morse telegraphic signals which generated by human operation with wide tolerence, and this algorithm is implemented on computer organization. So the inconvenience of manual operation is removed and then can be used by the last way in case of emergency. These enabled the radio telegraphy with not only manual operation for emergency situations, but also automated operation for the normal conditions, and enabled training of radio operation by CAT (Camputer Aided Trainning) system.

This is an experimental study on the chassis dynamometer and high way road testing during a severe winter and summer season. Results obtained to compare with the ultrasonic fuel feeding system and conventionaJ fuel system in diesel automobile engine. The results were as followers in case of the ultrasonic fuel feeding system. 1. In chassis dynamometer testing during given vehicle speeds, output were increased from 4.6 to 11.43%, brake specific fuel consumption were increased from 6 to 19%, smoke were decreased from 16.7 to 50%. 2. The running fuel consumption ratio in high way road test were decreased by 15.3% at a severe summer and 20.2% at a severe winter.
