1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to investigate the construction trend of detached houses and the actual condition of the habitation in densely built.up areas. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study carried out the questionnaire to residents living Toyonaka city in Osaka prefecture about evaluation of the outline of a residence, attribution of residents, resident environment, repair and the extension intention, and the settlement intention for derivation of the feature of the high density built-up area where renewal of an detached house is remarkable. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS Construction of new detached houses is expected to cause the improvement of an aging problem in the area, because the householders of such new houses are comparatively younger than that of existing old houses. Because of the resident's intention of settlement, it is important to form the relationship between new households and the neighborhood. However, it needs to examine qualities of these houses with narrow site and 3 stories for residents to continue to live in. 2. RESULTS The high density built-up area of the big city suburbs has various advantages such as the convenience of traffic, community activity, and the high satisfaction level for the neighboring relation. The housing environment improvement of such a high density built-up area should be made, and it should utilize as one solution over a big city concentration problem. 3. 복근 및 배근 운동이 조정선수들의 체간 근력과 경기력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate how abdominal and back exercises affect core strength and rowing performance of well-trained rowers. Seven subjects(experimental group) participated in six-week core training program and five subjects served as controls. Before and after the program, isokinetic abdominal and back strength, deadlift 1RM, sit-up test, and 2,000m rowing time were measured. The results were as follows. After six-week core training program, experimental group showed significant improvements in abdominal isokinetic muscle strength(p<.01) at 30°/sec, 60°/sec angular velocity and muscle endurance(p<.001) at 120°/sec angular velocity. However, there were no changes in back isokinetic muscle strength and endurance. Experimental group also showed improvements in deadlift 1RM and sit-up test after core training(p<.05). Despite improvements in abdominal muscle strength and endurance, there was no changes in 2,000m rowing time. It was concluded that six-week core training program improved abdominal isokinetic muscle strength and endurance but it had no positive effects on rowing performance of well-trained rowers.

기존에 운행되는 중량전철은 천문학적인 예산이 투입되고, 수송량이 많을 경우 유용하나 수송량이 상대적으로 적은 지방 소도시는 중량전철을 적용하기에 비용의 문제가 있다. 또한 현재 전력소비량이 날로 증가하여 국가적인 차원에서 전력수급이 문제가 되고 있으며 에너지의 효율적인 사용이 점점 중요시 되고 있는 시점이다. 무가선 저상 트램은 건설비용의 절감, 에너지의 재사용, 편안한 승하차 등의 장점으로 기존 중량 전철의 문제점을 극복할 새로운 교통수단으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리튬 - 폴리머를 활용한 무가선 저상 트램에 적용된 추진제어시스템을 소개하고자 한다. Exsiting mass rapid transit needs too much astronomical budget and it is useful in case transported volume is large, but It is a waste of money to apply to local towns that has small transport of volume. Also at the state level, increasing power consumption and power supply are the problem, so efficient use of energy is increasingly important in the present. The advantages of low-floor trams that has advantage of reduce construction costs, the reuse of energy, comfortable rides, etc has emerged as a new transportation to overcome the problems of the existing train. In this paper, we introduce a propulsion system using lithium-polymer is applied to a non-catenary low-floor tram.

It often happens that the position indication of EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) is not possible from a malfunction of specified components by a factor of flow such as harmonic current at a track occupied circuit. Especially, a common frequency factor can be included at the return current generated during operation of propulsion system because DC input voltage is inputted from rectifier via transformer and it is easy to have a malfunction of a component (relay) has a factor of the common frequency as an operating source. Here, current detected through using and extra current transformer and sensing circuit to measure the return current when operating can be extracted into the current of common frequency by "Algorithm for extracting the factor of specified frequency" on the propulsion system of DC line voltage applied to EMU. It has the purpose that is to minimize a malfunction of the relay in track occupied circuit as applying real time monitoring and protection logic by setting a criterion level.

In this study, a robust controller to control pressure in a pneumaic pressure vessel cosidering dynamic characteristics of a pneumatic transmission line is proposed. Dynamic charateristics of the transmission line using compressible fluid is changed by the flowing states of the fluid. So, if the fixed gain controller is designed based on a fixed model, the perfomance of the control system will be destabilized. The controller designed in this study is composed of two parts. The one is to reject modelling error based on the disturbance observer, the other is to obtain the control performance regardless of the change of the model of the transmission line. Therefore, the using compressible fluid such as air and gas.
釜山市 商業機能의 空間的 分布 特性 및 變化에 관한 硏究

This study investigated 1996's commercial function to study the spatial distribution characteristics of commercial function in Pusan. in two ways : in classification by industry and in the relationship between industries. At first, for the spatial distribution characteristics in classification by 23 industries, this study used the rate of specialization, the ratio of workers to Tong, by Tongs. Additionally it did Coefficient of Localization and Coefficient of Specialization to understand the rate of centralization by industry and by Tongs. And then, for the spatial distribution characteristics in relationship between industries, it executed Factor Analysis on the basis of the rate of specialization by Tongs and made a map using factor points derived from that analysis. In conclusion of this study, we can be sure that as location separation among same functions is getting more distinctive, the distribution of spatial structure in commercial function in Pusan spreads more broadly.
