헌혈포스터 이미지에 대한 수용자 선호도 연구 - 인쇄매체를 중심으로 -

현재 우리나라의 국민헌혈률은 혈액의 자급자족에 미치지 못하고 있는 현실이며, 그에 따른 헌혈 참여율을 높이기 위해 보다 효율적이고 활발한 헌혈캠페인 활동이 시급하다 할 수 있다. 또한 이를 토대로 한 효과적인 헌혈포스터의 기획과 시행을 통해 나아가 국민들의 장기적 의식 변화와 행동의 변화에 목적을 둘 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 근래에 제작되었던 국내와 국외의 헌혈포스터 이미지를 선정하여 표현유형에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 수용자들이 일반적으로 생각하는 헌혈의 가치와 가장 선호하는 헌혈포스터의 내용이 일치하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 수용자들이 평상시 생각하는 가치가 선호하는 광고의 내용에 상당한 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 수용자들이 가장 중요하게 생각하는 헌혈의 가치는 생명의 존엄성에 대한 실천이었으며, 가장 선호하는 슬로건 소구유형 또한 생명구원이었다. 인물사진 중심의 표현에서는 가족컨셉형을 가장 선호하였고 일러스트 중심의 표현에서는 그래픽아트표현형을, 상징적 소재를 활용한 표현에서는 간접적 상징표현형을 더 선호하였으며, 전체적 표현유형에 있어서는 가족컨셉형을 가장 선호하였다. 본 연구를 통해 헌혈포스터 이미지의 표현유형이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고 더불어 이를 통해 수용자들의 마음에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 앞으로의 국민헌혈률 증진과 함께 헌혈시장의 발전에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. Rate of blood donation does not come up to self-sufficiency in Korea. So, more efficient and active blood donation campaign is needed to increase blood donation. In addition, it aims at change of long-term awareness and behavior of the people through project and implement of the efficient blood donation campaign. For this, the study selected domestic and foreign blood donation campaign, recently made, and analyzed them according to expression type. The result of the analysis showed that the value of blood donation, which people usually think of, matched with the content of most favorable blood donation campaign and the value, people usually thought the most important, had a big impact on the content of the campaign. To the people, the most important value of blood donation was practice for the sanctity of life and the most preferred slogan was also rescue of life. People favored family concept for expression around characters, graphic art expression for expression with illustration, indirect symbolic expression for expression using symbolic subjects and family concept for overall expression types. The study suggests the promising perspective of expression type of blood donation campaign and expects to be a contribution to blood donation market with improvement of blood donation by having a positive impact on consumers.

Pullorum disease and Fowl typhoid are kind of poultry specific disease for poultry. The peculiar character of these poultry specific diseases is that it can be infected by transmitting vertically and horizontally, also it is hard to be discovered by clinical sign, and pathology or immunology. So, to develop the PCR method which distinguishes these two genetically similar diseases of separated the specific DNA fragment from each strain and use it for differential diagnosis by subtraction PCR method. Standard strain of S gallinarum and S pullorum, and field isolation strain were verified by biochemistry, It confirmed existence of plasmid by using the PFGE. Then, Isolated DNA from it and used it as materials for the experiment. After cutting genomic DNA of two strains by using Sau 3A1, It ligated primer to tester DNA for PCR amplification and separated specific DNA fragment bacteria with method of subtraction PCR. And, It confirmed that it is a piece of unique DNA in every bacteria using base sequence of separated DNA fragment. 1. The six specific DNA fragment were separated from the DNA of S gallinarum and S pullorum by the subtraction PCR method. 2. In the result of comparison after setting base sequence of each fragment, each separated base sequence of DNA fragment they did not correspond to each other. 3. As the result of each DNA fragment is derived from the each strain of DNA, and there was no homology of genomic DNA level in mutual. 4. The fragment originated in plasmid and includes S pullorum did not separate. 5. In the result of searching base sequence in Genebank, it partially shows homology in Salmonella enterica, S typhimurium, S dublin, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri, Yersinia pestis, Klebsiella pneumoniae. 6. Primer design by S gallinarum DNA 2, 3 fragment used PCR, They are positive reaction in only S gallinarum at 276, 367 bp position.

Purpose : This study is to research about the need of a home visiting physical therapy for children with disabilities. Methods : We surveyed the guardians related to it and one hundred and three questionnaires of one hundred and twenty were returned and analyzed. The results are listed below. Results : First, there are many opinions that a need of physical therapy is necessary, but many people suffer from financial problem to use this service. Second, most of opinions using a home visiting physical therapy of children with disabilities are positive. People who need this service prefer it to manage by national public organization. They also want physical therapists who have worked more than five years to treat them and one hour for treatment time required with about twenty thousand won and At last, in the survey, people ranked solving the inconvenience of coming and going hospitals as a highest expectation and avoiding discharge by force due to long-term hospitalization as a lowest one. Conclusion : To sum it up, high demand and expectation of effectiveness of a home visiting physical therapy for children with disabilities mean that study and analysis are essential to establish this system through implementation on a trial basis within a certain period of time for verifying the effectiveness of this service.
