현재 이동통신 분야에서는 5세대(5th Generation: 5G) 이동통신 표준화 작업이 한창 진행 중이며, 그 표준화 현황을 살펴보기 위하여 대표적인 국제 표준화 단체인 ITU-R에서의 활동 및 3GPP에서의 활동을 살펴보고자 한다. 최근 ITU-R WP 5D에서는 IMT-2020으로 명명되는 5세대 이동통신 비전 문서를 토대로 기술 요구사항 및 평가 기준 마련을 위한 작업이 수행되고 있으며, 3GPP의 TSG SA, RAN 및 하위 WG에서는 관련 상위 레벨 요구사항 정립 및 무선 구간에서의 기술적인 SI 논의가 수행되고 있다. 본고에서는 위 두 표준화 활동을 위주로 5G 이동통신에 대한 현황을 기술한다.

생물활성정보수가 종양 유래 동물세포 성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 고찰

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of organism vigor information solution(OVIS) on the animal cell growth and to set up a condition for cell culture. We investigated the reactions on the MG-63 and MCF-7 cell line in mixture culture media with various amount of REVIEW solution, which is an example among various OVIS. DMEM-HG was used as basic media. The concentration range of the mixture was limited from 0% to 15%. MTT assay is used for cell viability test. The cell was incubated for 14days and the MTT assay was performed on day 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 throughout the experiment. We used the ELISA reader to measure the Optical Density(O.D) at 595 nm wavelength filter. MCF-7 was linearly proliferated according to culture time and concentrations of OVIS. On the other hand, MG-63 cells were measured the highest O.D value at 12%. The growth rates of both cells cultured in mixed culture media with OVIS are much higher than those in only basic media, DMEMHG, after 14days. It was confirmed that cell cultured at OVIS grows rapidly at certain period although cells showed a negative effect in initial stage.

주전산기IV 에서의 고속병렬컴퓨터인 SPAX는 다중 처리기 구조 및 클러스터링 구조의 병렬 시스템이며, 마이크로커널 기반의 다중 서버형 운영체제를 가진다. 이런 구조에서 응용 프로그램을 수행시키기 위하여 병렬 자원을 최대로 사용하도록 하는 병렬 프로그래밍 환경이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 보여지는 병렬 언어는 기존의 ANSI C에 프로그래머가 작업을 분산, 병렬로 수행시킬 수 있는 명시적 병렬화를 표연할 수 있도록 병렬구문을 확장함으로써 병렬 프로그램을 쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 새로운 병렬 제어 구문, 동기화 구문, 원격 함수 제어 구문을 포함하는 문법적인 확장을 쓰레드 라이브러리, 메시지 전달 라이브러리를 갖는 코드로 번역하는 고속 병렬 컴퓨터용 병렬 C 컴파일 시스템의 설계 내용을 다룬다. 설계의 내용으로 구문 확장을 위한 의미 동작부의 구현이 용이하며 시스템 성능을 충분히 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련한다.

本 硏究에서는 Iodine을 dope시켜 Bridgman法으로 成長시킨 n-type CdTe를 admittance分光法을 이용하여 溫度變化에 따른 capacitance와 donductance를 測定하였다. capacitance와 conductance는 溫度增加에 따라 一般的으로 增加하나, 250K 근처에서 capacitance는 급격한 增加를 보이고 conductance는 極大値를 보인다. 이 conductance의 極大値 測定 周波數를 增加시키면 높은 溫度쪽으로 shift하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 이것으로부터 구한 trap에너지準位, 電子放出率, trap濃度는 각각 E-0.42eV 2.14×10sec, 6.57×10cm이었다. Measurememts of the capacitance and the conductance as a function of tmeperature of I-doped n-type CdTe grown by the Bridgman method has been performed by means of the admittance spectroscopy. It is found that the capacitance and the conductance normally show trend of increase with temperature and the increase of the capacitance shows rapid change near 250K, whereas the conductance shows a peak there. This peak of the conductance shows shift toward the higher temperature with the measured frequency. The trap energy level, the electron emission rate and the trap concentration obtained from the set of these results are E-0.42eV 2.14×10sec, 6.57×10cm respectively.

A series of 40 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) diagnosed by computed tomography is presented. The outcome of these patients was analyzed with ages, causes, clinical features and CT findings. Various factors which may affect the prognosis of IVH were considered. Overall mortality rate was 64.7% ; 22 of the 34 patients were dead, 7 were recovered without residual disability (20.6%) and 5 were handicapped (14.7%). Of the 22 patients who died only 5 were dead within 48 hours (22.7%). Majority of the dead were died within 2 weeks (77.3%). The results suggested that IVH by itself is not directly concerned with the death. In predicting the prognosis, the level of consciousness on admission, causes of IVH, degree of ventricular extension and distortion, and presense or absence of midline shift seem to play a role. Age, site of hemorrhage and amount of intrcerebral hematoma also affect the prognosis but had no statistical significance.
