        최근 스마트카 기술은 안전운전지원 센서 기반의 단독형 시스템에서 도로 인프라와 빅 데이터를 기반으로 ICT와 연계하여 교통흐름을 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 협력형 자율주행 서비스 개발로 발전하고 있다. 협력형 자율주행 서비스를 실현하거나, IoT 환경과 스마트카의 융합을 위해서는 스마트카에서 커넥티비티 역량이 무엇보다도 중요하게 되었으며 이를 위한 요소기술로 차량용 이더넷, V2X(Vehicle to Everything) 네트워킹, 네트워크 보안기술을 꼽을 수 있다. 본고에서는 스마트카에 적용되는 차량 내부 네트워크 및 게이트웨이, V2X 네트워킹 및 보안에 관한 최근 표준 기술동향 및 이슈를 살펴보고자 한다.

        Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 Glucanhydrolase 용액의 치은 섬유아세포에 대한 영향

        A novel glucanhydrolase from a mutant of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 has additional amylase activity besides mutanolytic activity and has been suggested as promising anti-plaque agent. It has been shown effective in hydrolysis of mutan, reduction of mutan formation by Streptococcus mutans and removal pre-formed sucrose-dependent adherent microbial film and has been strongly bound to hydroxyapatitie. These in vitro properties of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase are desirable for its application as a dental plaque control agent. In human experimental gingivitis model and 6 month clinical trial, mouthrinsing with Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 dextranase was comparable to 0.12% chlorhexidine mouthwash in inhibition of plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation and local side effect was negligible. This study was aimed to evaluate the cytotoxic effect of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase on human gingival fibroblasts. Primary culture of human gingival fibroblasts at the 4th to 6th passages were used. Glucanhydrolase solution was made from lyophilized glucanhydrolase powder from a mutant of Lipomyces stakeyi KSM 22 solved in PBS and added to DMEM medium to the final concentration of 0.5, 1, and 2 unit. Cells were exposed to glucanhydrolase solution or 0.1 % chlorhexidine and the cells cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS and 1% antibiotics as control. After exposure, the morphological change, cell attachment, and cell activity by MTT assay were evaluated in 0.5, 1.5, 3, 6, 24 hours after treatment. The cell proliferation and cell activity was also evaluated at 2 and 7 days after 1 minute exposure, twice a day. The cell morphology was similar between the Lipomyces smkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase groups and control group during the incubation periods, while most fibroblasts remained as round cell regardless of incubation time in the chlorhexidine group. The numbers of the attached cells in the glucanhydrolase groups were comparable to that of control and significantly higher than the chlorhexidine group. The numbers of the proliferated cells in the glucanhydrolase groups at 7 days of incubation were comparable to the control group and higher than the chlorhexidine group. The cell activity in glucanhydrolase groups paralleled with the increased cell number by attachment and proliferation. According to these results, Lipomyces starkeyj KSM 22 glucanhydrolase has little harmful effect on attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts, in contrast to 0.1% chlorhexidine which was cytotoxic to human gingival fibroblasts. Therefore this glucanhydrolase preparation is considered as a safe and promising agent for new mouthwash formula in the near future.

        창의적 문제 해결력 신장을 위한 중학교 과학 수업 전략의 개발 및 적용 효과(제III보)

        이 연구의 목적은 탐구 과정을 수행하는 동안 발산적 사고와 수렴적 사고를 경험할 수 있는 수업 전략을 개발하고 이를 적용함으로써 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 발산하기 모형, 수렴하기 모형, 발산-수렴 함께하기 모형을 탐구의 각 단계에 활용할 수 있는 수업 전략을 개발하였다. 그리고 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 개발한 수업 전략을 실시한 후 이 수업 전략이 창의적 사고력, 비판적 사고력, 창의적 인성 및 학업 성취도에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 그 결과 문제 인식, 가설 설정, 변인 통제의 모든 영역에서 창의성의 하위 범주인 유창성과 융통성이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 독창성에 대해서는 실험 집단의 교정 평균이 통제 집단에 비해 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로는 유의미하지 않았다. 비판적 사고력에 대해서는 문제 인식, 결론 도출 및 일반화 과정에서 유의미한 신장을 나타냈다. 또한, 본 연구의 수업 전략은 학업 성취도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 창의적 인성에 대해서는 모든 하위영역에 대하여 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials using Pyramid model of divergent thinking, Inverse pyramid model of convergent thinking and Diamond model of divergent-convergent thinking. And the teaching materials was implemented to 120 students in middle school over 10 weeks. Results indicated that the experimental group presented statistically meaningful improvement in creative thinking skills, especially in fluency and flexibility(p<.05). Also the teaching materials contributed to improve critical thinking skills, especially in inquiry process of recognizing problems, making conclusion and generalization(p<.05). Moreover, academic achievement was improved(p<.05). But, there was no significant improvement in creative personality(p<.05).

        용담사간탕(龍膽瀉肝湯)에 의해 유도된 MAP kinases 활성화를 통한 간암 세포주 HepG2의 세포사멸

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Yong-dam-sa-gan-tang (YST) on apoptosis in HepG2 cells, First of all. to study the cytotoxic effect of methanol extract of YST on HepG2 cells, the cells were treated with various concentrations of YST and then cell viability was determined by XTT reduction method and trypan blue exclusion assay. YST reduced proliferation of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner. To confirm the induction of apoptosis, HepG2 cells were treated with various concentrations of YST. The cleavage of poly AD P-ribose polymerase (P ARP), a substrate for caspase-3 and a typical sign of apoptosis, and the activation of caspase-3, procaspase-8 and procaspase-8 were examined by western blot analysis. YST decreased procaspase-3, procaspase-8 and procaspase-9 levels in a dose-dependent manner and induced the clevage of PARP. YST triggered the mitochondrial apoptotic signaling by increasing the release of cytochrome c from mitochondria to cytosol. Furthermore, YST also downregulated the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and upregulated the pro-apoptotic-Bax. Therefore, this result suggest that YST induced HepG2 cell death through the mitochondrial pathway. Sustained activation of the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK cascade in cells results in a cell cycle arrest and has been implicated in the differentiation of certain cell types, in many cases acting to promote differentiation. YST decreased the activation of Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK cascade in a dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that YST is potentially useful as a chemo-therapeutic agent in HepG2.

        본 논문에서는 자율주행시스템을 평가하고 검증하기 위한 시나리오 설계 요구사항을 규정하는 ISO 34502 표준을 다룬다. ISO 34502 표준에서는 ADS를 위한 테스트 시나리오 기반 안전 평가 프레임워크 가이드 라인을 제공한다. ADS 안전성 평가를 위한 중요 시나리오 설계 작업을 시스템 성능 관련 시나리오 식별, 사용자 시스템 인터랙션 관련 시나리오 식별, 사이버 보안 관련 시나리오 식별로 구분한다. 본 논문에서는 ISO 34502 표준의 시스템 성능 관련 ADS 중요 시나리오 설계 작업 중에서 주변상황 인지 측면에서 위험인자 분석을 통해 단계적인 분석기반 방법을 이용하여 시나리오 설계 및 적용 방법을 상세히 기술한다.

        사람 대동맥 평활근 세포에서 이묘산(二妙散)의 항동맥경화 활성

        Objectives: This study was evaluated to elucidate the inhibitory potential of Imyosan (IMS) and its components, Phellodendri Cortex (PC; Phellodendron amurense Rupr., Hwangbaek in Korean) and Atractylodis Rhizoma (AR; Atratylodes lancea D.C., Changchool in Korean), on human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMC) migration and production of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 by TNF-α treatment. Methods: Cytotoxic activity of IMS and its components on HASMC was using 5-(3-caroboxy meth-oxyphenyl)-2H-tetra-zolium inner salt (MTS) assay. Effect of IMS, PC and AR on TNF-α-induced HASMC migration underside of matrigel filter was stained with hematoxylin-eosin. And total number of cells that migrated to the underside of the filter was counted. MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity was evaluated by gelatin zymography assay. Results: The matrigel migration assay showed that IMS effectively inhibited the TNF-α-induced migration of HASMC. Moreover, IMS significantly inhibited MMP-9 activity. Our present study demonstrates that IMS and its components inhibit TNF-α-induced HASMC migration and MMP-9 activity. The inhibitory effect of IMS extract is more potent than that of its component herb extracts. Conclusions: These results provide evidence that IMS has multiple effects in the inhibition of HASMC migration and may offer a therapeutic approach to block HASMC migration.
