입지 요인에 따른 중고차 판매 복합단지의 상대적 운영효과 측정에 관한 연구 - 충청남도 천안시, 아산시를 중심으로-

In this study, designation and development standards and site selection for automobile service complexes in accordance with the 「Automobile Management Act」Among the 17 cities and counties in Chungcheongnam-do, which can be an evaluation index for factor analysis, 14 car sales complexes centered on Cheonan and Asan were targeted. And as a result of the CCR model analysis that measured the efficiency of Cheonan and Asan City, DMU 6, 8, and 9 were found to be the most efficient among the 14 complexes, and DMU 8 was the most referenced. Second, the BCC model analysis results show that the most efficient operation is possible when the current level of production is reached while reducing the input amount to an average of 74.0% assuming CR and 92.0% assuming VRS. . The most efficient complexes were DMU6,8,9, and DMU4 and 10 had the lowest TE and PTE. This study is meaningful in that it measured the efficiency of the Cheonan and Asan automobile trading complexes, sought ways to improve their operation, and identified the management status. 본 연구에서는 「자동차관리법」에 따른 자동차서비스단지의 지정·개발기준 및 부지선정요인 분석의 평가지표가 될 수 있는 충청남도 17개 시군 중 천안시, 아산시를 중심으로 한 14개 자동차매매단지를 대상으로 하였다. 그리고 천안시,아산시의 효율성을 측정한 CCR 모델 분석 결과 14개 단지중 DMU 6,8,9가 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났고 DMU 8이 가장 많이 참조되었다. 상사수 대비 사원수 및 면적과 월임차료 등이 중요한 비중을 차지 하는 것으로 분석되었다.둘째, BCC 모델 분석 결과 투입량을 CR로 가정할 때 평균74.0%, VRS로 가정할 때 92.0%로 감소시키면서 현재 수준의 생산에 도달할때 가장 효율적인 운 영이 가능함을 보여준다. 가장 효율적인 단지는 DMU6,8,9였으며 DMU4와 10의 TE,PTE가 가장 낮았다. 본 연구를 통해 천안 및 아산 자동차 매매단지의 효율성을 측정하고, 운영 개선 방안을 모색하고, 경영 현황을 파악했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

자동차 서비스 복합단지의 최적 입지 연구

4차 산업혁명이 도래되면서 자동차는 소비자 주도 방식으로 변화되고, 자동차 애프터마켓 시장은 급격하게 성장하였으며, 전 세계적, 국가적으로 환경 파괴의 주범인 탄소 배출로부터 국민을 보호하기 위해 규제를 강화함으로 나라별 내연기관 자동차 제작사는 앞 다퉈 친환경 자동차의 제작으로 자동차의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 「자동차관리법」에 의한 자동차 서비스 복합단지의 최적 입지 분석을 위한 과정으로 개발·운영·이용 측면에서 최적의 방안을 도출하여 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서는 최적 입지 선정이 필요하고, 다각적인 측면에서 개발, 운영, 이용이라는 세 가지 핵심 측면을 중심으로 심층 분석 및 결과를 도출하였다. 분석에 있어서는 전문가 의견을 반영하여 설문지를 완성하고 설문 결과를 진행하여 AHP 분석 결과를 토대로 안정적인 개발과 효율적인 운영 방안 및 합리적인 경영 환경 조성을 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시하는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 분석결과 상대적 중요도 에서는 자동차 전시 공간, 시운전 공간 규모, 자동차정비 및 부품 업체 연접성, 충분한 인구밀도 배후지와의 접근성, 실무경험과 능력, 재무 건전성 등 순으로 나타났으며, 종합 중요도 에서는 충분한 인구밀도 배후지와의 접근성, 대중교통의 편리성, 차량 통행량 많은 도로와의 접근성, 자동차정비 및 부품업체 연접성, 자동차 전시 공간, 시운전 공간 규모 등 순으로 나타났다. With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, automobiles have changed in a consumer-led way, the aftermarket market for automobiles has grown rapidly, and regulations have been tightened worldwide and nationally to protect people from carbon emissions, the main culprit of environmental destruction. Therefore, this study attempted to derive and present the optimal plan in terms of development, operation, and use as a process for analyzing the optimal location of automobile service complexes under the Automobile Management Act. For this, it is necessary to select the optimal location, and in-depth analysis and results were derived based on three key aspects of development, operation, and use from various aspects. In the analysis, it is necessary to complete the questionnaire by reflecting expert opinions and proceed with the questionnaire results to present specific strategies for stable development, efficient operation plans, and rational management environment based on the AHP analysis results. According to the analysis, the relative importance of automobile exhibition space, trial space size, connection to automobile maintenance and parts makers, access to sufficient population density hinterland, practical experience and ability, and financial soundness were shown.

한국의 문화적 가치와 상담에 관한 국내 연구 동향분석

본 연구는 한국의 문화적 가치와 상담에 관련된 석․박사 학위논문과 학술지 게재논문의 동향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원 및 국회도서관에 게재된 논문 34편을 선정하였고, 연구내용별 분석기준은 예비조사를 거쳐 수집된 논문들의 ‘key word’를 기준으로 연구들을 통합 및 분류할 수 있는 내용분석을 상담심리학 전문가들과 논의하여 최종 결정하였다. 이러한 절차를 거쳐 수집한 내용분석기준 4가지는 한국문화의 특성, 한국인의 심리적 특성, 상담기법, 한국 상담자․내담자의 태도 등으로 나눠서 분석하였다. 또한 연구방법에서는 이론연구와 경험연구로 나뉠 수 있었고, 연구문제 제시여부, 연구 설계방법, 표집방법, 표집크기, 연구지역, 연구대상, 연구도구의 타당성, 이론적 근거 언급여부, 결론의 일반화에 대한 제한점 등으로 10개로 나눠서 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 한국인을 대상으로 한국문화의 특성과 가치, 상담에 관한 문헌연구로 분석에 사용된 연구논문은 34편으로 수가 매우 적었고, 연구방법에 있어서는 이론적 연구가 경험적 연구보다 다소 많았기 때문에 추후에는 경험적 연구가 많이 이루어져야 하겠다. 또한 연구도구의 타당도는 신뢰도만을 제시한 논문이 대다수로 많이 이루어졌으며, 연구 설계방법에 있어서 분석대상의 연구가 모두 설문지를 통한 조사연구였기에 실제적인 상담 장면에서는 이루어지지 않았다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

집단미술치료가 여자소년원 재소 비행청소년의 공격성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of group art therapy on the aggression of female juvenile delinquents. I monitored 20 female juvenile delinquents of a OO female information industrial school at a juvenile detention facility in the city A who are aged from 15 to 19. 10 of them are in a test group and the remaining 10 students are in a control group. I performed 14 sessions of 90 minute-long group art therapy twice a week from July to August 2010. The therapies were carried out in an education room in the facility which was bright, silent and equipped with big desks and chairs. The measure of aggression(BDH) and DAS painting examination were applied as research tools before and after the test period in order to evaluate the aggression, The quantitative data was analyzed through the SPSS WIN 12.0. I also took an qualitative analysis of the changes along the steps of group art therapy program. I obtained the following results from the research project. The group art therapy was found out to be effective in reducing the aggression of female juvenile delinquents. The level of aggression of the test group has declined after the therapy program, and the decrease was statistically significant under the P<.05. The research results suggest that the group art therapy program is effective in reducing the aggression of female juvenile delinquents. The results also demonstrate that the program has positive effects.

청소년 자녀를 둔 전문직 남성의 아버지 역할에 따른 심리적 경험 연구와 목회상담을 위한 실천적 함의

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 자녀를 둔 전문직 남성의 아버지 역할에 따른 심리적 경험과 의미를 탐색하고, 목회상담을 위한 실천적 함의를 논의하는 것이다. 이를 위해 40~50대의 전문직 남성 8명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였고, Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 연구 방법에 따라 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과, 63개의 구성의미, 22개의 주제, 6개의 주제군이 도출되었다. 연구 결과 참여자들은 경제 부양과 진로 조력, 인성 교육에 초점을 둔 ‘전문직 아버지로서의 권위를 인정받길 기대’하였고, 이는 ‘자녀와 친밀하고 정서적인 관계에 대한 갈망’과 ‘아내의 양육방식에 대한 순응적 태도’로 나타났다. 참여자들은 ‘기대와 다른 아버지 역할 수행의 차이로 인한 두려움’을 경험하였는데 이는 참여자들이 자녀를 통제하는 부정적인 아버지 역할로 나타나기도 했지만, ‘학습을 통해 자기중심적인 아버지 역할을 성찰’하고, ‘공감적 아버지로 정진(精進)’하게 만드는 의미 있는 현상으로도 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 청소년 자녀를 둔 전문직 남성의 아버지 역할에 따른 어려움을 이해하고, 참여자들이 상처 입었던 자신의 청소년기 재방문을 통해 건강한 자신과의 관계, 가족과의 관계, 하나님과의 관계를 회복하는 목회 상담을 위한 실천적 함의에 대해 논의하였고, 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the psychological experiences and meanings of professional men with adolescent children according to their paternal role and to discuss practical implications for pastoral counseling. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 professional men in their 40s and 50s, and data collected according to Colaizzi's (1978) phenomenological research method were analyzed. As a result of analyzing the data, 63 constituent meanings, 22 subjects, and 6 subject groups were derived. As a result of the study, the participants 'expected to be recognized for their authority as professional fathers' focusing on economic support, career assistance, and personality education, which were 'desired for intimate and emotional relationships' with their children and 'adaptive attitude toward the wife's parenting style.' Participants experienced 'fear due to the gap between their expectations and the proceeding of the paternal role.' which appeared to be a negative paternal role in controlling their child but also a meaningful phenomenon that made them 'reflect on the role of an egocentric father through learning' and 'devotion to an empathetic father.' Based on the results of this study, counselors understood the difficulties in the paternal role of professional men with adolescent children, discussed their practical implications as pastoral counselors aiming for a healthy relationship with themselves, their family, and their relationship with God through their adolescent revisits, and presented the significance and limitations of the study.

감염병 대유행(코로나-19) 시대의 비대면 집단상담 사례연구 : 교사들의 직무 스트레스를 중심으로

이 연구는 2019년부터 시작된 COVID-19라는 감염병 시대의 비대면 집단상담 사례연구로 교사들의 직무 스트레스 대처에 대한 효과성과 가능성을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 최근 감염병 대유행으로 인한 사회적인 거리두기, 집합금지 등의 조치가 육체적, 정신적 고립을 만들고 이에 따르는 우울과 불안이라는 정신건강의 위기를 초래하는 상황에서 사회적 단절의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 여러 가지 방법이 요청되고 있다. 그 가운데 감염의 위험을 최소화 하는 비대면 집단상담이 정신건강과 감염병의 문제를 함께 대처하는 중요한 상담 방식으로 인식되고 있다. 이 연구는 비대면이라는 특정한 환경과 줌(zoom)이라는 플랫폼을 통해 교사대상의 집단상담을 진행하였다. 심리검사와 교사들의 주관적 평가를 종합적으로 고려하였을 때, 이 집단에게서 비대면 집단상담의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 감염병 대유행 시대에 비대면 집단상담이 가지는 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 방안을 제안하였다. The purpose of this research is to examine practical efficacy of online group psychotherapies that were conducted for school teachers who were suffering from rapid increase of work stress level by the COVID-19 that broke out in 2019. The pandemic has influenced the mental health of general public by imposing strict social-distancing policies for preventing the epidemic, which makes people suffer from significant levels of depression and anxiety issues. Therefore, the practice of online group psychotherapy is requested to help people who are experiencing mental issues caused by social isolation without worries of contagion. This research investigates the possibilities of online group psychotherapy by focusing on psychological tests and personal evaluations of participants who had to encounter a particular online platform(zoom) that made group psychotherapy sessions without physical contact. As a result, the research confirms effectiveness of the online group therapy and suggests the practical ways in which further researches can be conducted.
