        베트남 유학생의 교우관계 갈등경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 재한 베트남 유학생과 한국 학생 간의 교우관계, 특히 베트남 유학생의 인식과 경험을 통해 느낄 수 있는 어려움을 심층적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 사립대학 학부 과정에 재학 중인 베트남 유학생 7명을 대상으로 현상학적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 의사소통에서의 어려움을 겪으며 대화 기피현상과 스스로 왕따가 되는 소외감과 외로움을 겪고 있었다. 둘째, 교우관계에서 다른 나라 유학생들과의 갈등이었다. 서양권이나 일본 유학생, 중국 유학생에 대해서는 호의적인태도를 보이나 자신들에게는 부정적으로 바라본다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 선후배 관계에 따른 갈등으로 자신보다 나이 어린 선배에게 존댓말을 쓰지 않아 오해를 사며 잦은실수로 인해 점점 교우관계에서 멀어지며 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교우관계에서 발생하는 비용이 경제적인 갈등으로 나타났다. 고향에 있는 가족에 대한 미안함과 죄책감으로 용돈을 스스로 해결하고 있기에 경제적인 부담은 한국 친구와의 적절한 교류를 맺는데 장애요인으로 작용하였다. 다섯째, 베트남 유학생에 대한 낮은 사회적 인식과 편견 등의 문화적 차이가 갈등의 현상으로 나타났다. 때문에 베트남 유학생과 한국 학생와의 관계는 피상적이고 제한적인 접촉관계라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학생들 간 분리되어 있는 현상을 지적하고, 향후 외국인 유학생의 한국 학생과의 교우관계를 지원함으로써 이들 학생들의 교육 및 사회문화적경험의 질을 높이는 대학 국제화가 필요함을 강조하였다. This research intends to investigate and compare peer relationships among Vietnamese students who study in Korea as international students, with domestic Korean students. In particular, the difficulties observed through the author’s empirical study by personally communicating with the aforementioned Vietnamese students will be discussed in depth. The methodology is a qualitative exploration of selected case studies: i.e. seven Vietnamese international students attending private universities in the capital/Seoul region. The research results and conclusions can be summarised under the following five topics. Firstly, it is generally observed that Vietnamese international students tend to experience difficulty in communication, and find it hard to adjust to college life. This sometimes leads these students to avoid conversation in public, which may result in a sense of alienation and loneliness among them. Through being (feeling) isolated from peer relationships, the second result of this research shows that it is often the case that Vietnamese international students choose to suspend or even quit their studies. The third result found in this research is that Vietnamese students tend to get confused by the use of specific social titles among juniors and seniors. This can be seen through frequent lapses of not suitably greeting their seniors using respectful terms, which tends to open up gaps in peer relationships with domestic students in college life. Moreover, the fourth result reveals the difficulties which Vietnamese international students experience with their finances. Because of feeling guilty about having to receive money transferred from their families in Vietnam, they find it hard to maintain normal relationships with Korean friends. Therefore, they sometimes build up peer relationships which are abnormal. Fifthly, insufficient understanding of their situations, together with prejudice and negative opinions toward Vietnamese students by domestic students also places obstacles in the way of forming normal peer relationships with Korean friends. The research aims, if possible, to address the issues which occur in peer relationships between international and domestic students in Korea. On the basis of the above discoveries, this research also seeks to identify ways to improve and facilitate what is needed in international universities in order to provide a richer, securer and more effective social and cultural experience for international students in the future.

        의료기관 종별 만성 치주염 진료의 지역 간 차이

        Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the regional difference of chronic periodontal care services in Korea by the analysis of 2010 raw data from Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. Methods: The subjects were the chronic periodontitis patients over 35 years old from dental care facilities in Korea. The study population was 278,319 including 264,994 claims made by dental clinics, 8,084 by dental hospitals, 3,509 by general hospitals, and 1,732 by tertiary hospitals. Results: There was a significant difference in medical care cost benefit between the provinces(p<0.0001). The age groups showed a clear difference in the patient charge, cost of insurance, and medical care cost benefit(p<0.0001). In consideration of the first visit or revisit, there were differences in the rate of prescription, dental examination, and surgical procedures of the chronic periodontal patients from dental facilities. The radiographic use rate in the tertiary hospitals was 2.6 times higher than that of the dental clinic in the treatment of the new chronic periodontal patients. Conclusions: The use of dental services in the periodontitis is influenced by the types of medical services facility, cost of medical insurance, and patient charge. In consideration of cost benefit analysis, prevention is the most important care for the periodontitis. Regional difference in peridontitis is cause by the use of medical services and quality of treatment.

        근로자의 치아 치면세마 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: This study was performed to enhance a rate of tooth scaling and to develop the scalingrelated education material, by analyzing the knowledge attitudes toward and the rates and related factors of tooth scaling. Methods: From September to October 2008, self-administered questionnaires on the knowledge of, attitudes toward and behaviors for tooth scaling were performed, targeting 479 workers(251 men and 228 women) who worked at eight workplace sampled at random of Gyeongsan and Yeongcheon areas in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. Results: Tooth scaling experiences were responded by 328 subjects(68.6 %). One hundred seventy seven subjects(54%) received tooth scaling by self-decision, which shows the highest rate of treatment motives. Non-experience in scaling was responded by 151 subjects(31.4%), 71(47.3%) of whom answered they had no necessity for such treatment. Age and monthly income had significant associations with scaling experiences. The knowledge of scaling showed significant differences in point, depending on age and monthly income, depending on general characteristics. Susceptibility, benefit and cue of action toward their oral health showed significant differences in point between scaling experience and non-experience groups. According to the multiple logistic regression analysis whose dependent variables was tooth scaling experience, significant independent variables were age, education level(reference: junior high schools and lower), income(reference: 3 million won or more), susceptibility, benefit. Conclusions: According to the findings, it is necessary to publicize the necessity of tooth scaling and to encourage people to receive regular scaling treatment by distributing the knowledge indispensible for scaling using the mass media and by causing the changes in the perception of scaling. In addition, the policy is needed to prevent economic constraints from worsening oral health by supporting the poor.

        블록체인은 탈 중앙화와 분산된 원장을 통해 데이터 위조, 변조가 어려운 장점을 가지고 있다. 이런 블록체인 기술을 유통 서비스에 적용하여, 실시간으로 생산/가공에서부터 소비자까지 모든 과정의 생산물/생산품의 정보나 상태 등을 블록체인 네트워크에 분산 저장하고 DApp 을 통해 소비자와 생산/가공, 유통 간의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 아마존에서 제공하는 블록체인 서비스인 AMB(Amazon Managed Blockchain )의 하이퍼레저 블록체인을 사용하여 신뢰성 있는 유통 서비스 시스템 구조를 제안한다.

        일부 남자 고등학생의 측두하악장애 관련 증상의 유병률과 구강악습관 및 컴퓨터 이용시간과의 관계 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of the study is to verify the correlation between teenagers` use of internet and temporomandibular joint disorders(TMJD) because TMJD patients gradually increase in high school students. Methods : Subjects were 221 male high school students attending liberal arts and commercial schools from 9 to 21 of April, 2012. Students completed self-reported questionnaire. Results : TMJD symptoms included crackling joint (32.1%), headache (18.6%), malocclusion (8.1%), and jaw fatigue and muscular aching (7.2%). Students having at least one symptom accounted for 49.8%. Students having at least one poor habit accounted for 83.7% and 34.0% of the students used internet for 3 hours.. Score of students experiencing shoulders and chest pain was 5.13±1.10 (p<0.05). Score of TMD afflicting area revealed 4.67±2.73 (p<0.05) in mastication pain (4.13±2.73 (p<0.05)) due to long hours of internet use. Score of jaw fatigue related to muscular pain was 4.31±1.96 (p<0.01). Duration of computer use was related to perceived TMJD symptoms (r=.153). Long duration of computer use was related to poor oral cavity habits (r=.157). Conclusions : Male high school students can perceive slight TMD which needs self management and regular check-ups and try to prevent TMD by utilizing measurement tools on TMD. Also, this study helps to prevent from worsening TMD by shortening hours of computer utilization.

        치과 병,의원 이용 환자의 만족도 관련요인

        Objectives : The quality of service is considered as the difference between services that customers perceive and expect by using SERVQUAL model and the basic data for the efficiency of management of dental hospital and clinics, the differentiation strategies of dental medical institutions and the improvements on quality of service are provided. Methods : Subjects were 469 patients who visited six dental hospitals and clinics in Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions. Questionnaire consisted of five items such as type, reliability, responsiveness, certainty and empathy properties. Data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program in this study. Results : Women had high satisfaction scores of medical services in certainty and empathy properties. 40s and higher had the highest score in the type property. 30s had high score in the certainty property. For expected service satisfaction, 30s had the highest score in dental practitioners and administrative staffs. For reuse of current medical institution and intent for recommendation, certainty property and factor of dentist and dental practitioners had high scores. Additionally, reliability and responsiveness properties were statistically significant. Conclusions : Medical institutions should make every effort to get the dentists or dental practitioners have the medical knowledge at a high level, a kindness for patients and trust from patients.
