        IT인력의 경력변경의도 영향요인 분석

        IT산업의 현황을 살펴보면, IT산업에서 요구되는 핵심역량인 KSA를 지닌 인력이 타산업으로 이탈하거나, 이탈하고자 하는 의도를 지니고 있는 경우가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유능한 인력의 배출만큼이나 우수인재의 이탈방지는 기업이나 산업의 경쟁력 강화에 주된 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 IT 인력의 경력변경의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 살펴봄으로서 IT인력의 경력몰입을 위한 전략적 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 분석 결과 IT인력의 기술적 KSA와 행동식 KSA가 자아효능감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 이러한 자아효능감이 경력몰입 및 경력변경의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 경영관리적 KSA는 자아효능감 및 경력몰입에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The present state of the IT industry show workers with core capability KSA required by the IT industry having a high frequency of leaving for other industries or having the intention of doing so. This is not beneficial for the worker’s career as well as the entire IT industry. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to support the development and management of IT human resources by selecting self-efficacy along with core capability KSA as the variables for researching career commitment and career change intentions. The results are as follows. It was found that the technical KSA and behavioral KSA of IT workforce influences self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on career commitment. It was found that managerial KSA has no effect on self-efficacy and career commitment.

        Laterognathism의 술후 전방하악골상행지경사도 변화에 관한 정모두부방사선학적 연구

        Introduction: To compare the change in frontal ramal inclination (FRI) in laterognathism after orthognathic surgery. Materials and Methods: Twenty four patients (10 men, 14 women; mean age, 22.8±5.2 years) with minimal facial canting (≤2 mm) and apparent menton deviation (5.9±2.4 mm) who had been operated on to correct facial asymmetry and skeletal CIII malocclusion, were selected. On a preoperative posteroanterior (PA) cephalogram, the FRI of the deviated side and non deviated side, L1 deviation amounts and menton deviation amounts were measured. The FRI differences between both sides were compared, and the correlations between the measured deviated elements and the FRI differences were analyzed. On a postoperative PA cephalogram, the shifting amount of L1, shifting amount of L7 and FRI of both sides were measured, and the correlations between the shifting elements and the change in FRI were analyzed. Results: On the preoperative PA cephalogram, the FRI of the non deviated side was significantly greater than those of the deviated side. The differences in FRI, with a menton deviation amount showed a significant correlation. On the postoperative PA cephalogram, the FRI differences between the deviated and non deviated side were decreased significantly and mandibular transverse movement toward central position was noted. The mean shifting amounts of L7 were associated with the amount of change in the deviated side of FRI. Conclusion: Transverse shifting of the mandible through orthognathic surgery decreases the FRI difference, which showed laterognathism, and improves the facial contour.

        상악동저 점막 거상술을 이용한 인공치아 임프란트 동시 식립술 후 예후에 관한 임상적 연구

        In cases of severe alveolar bony resorption in the edentulous posterior maxillae, implant placement is limited anatomically due to maxillary sinus. If the ridge is atrophic, the various bone grafting methods are required for the ridge augmentation. But the result of the onlay grafting procedure is not always promising. On the posterior maxilla, maxillary sinus mucosa lifting and bone grafting into the sinus floor, subantral augmentation(SA) technique are recommended. Various SA procedures have been developed for implant installation. We perfer to simultaneous block bone graft and implant installation through the residual alveolar ridge into the grafted block bone to fix the grafted bone and to gain the primary stability of the installed fixture. When a sagittal skeletal discrepancy in present due to the severe alveolar bony resorption of the maxilla, the advancement of the maxilla by Le Fort I osteotomy simultaneously with installation of implant fixtures combined with sinus lifting and interpositional bone graft procedure can be indicated. We applied various SA techniques for implant installtion to the 46 edentulous posterior maxillae, and total 154 implants were installed at our department from 1992 to 1999. Various SA techniques were classified in detail and the indications of each techniques were discussed. The changes of residual bony height following SA procedure were studied. The results were as follows. 1. The SA procedure combined with bone graft and simultaneous fixture installation were performed in 41 cases, 126 fixtures were installed and 5 fixtures were removed out of them. Le Fort I osteotomy procedure combined with sinus lifting and interpositional bone graft simultaneous with fixture installation were performed in 5 cases. Total 28 fixtures were installed and 2 fixtures were removed so far. 2. Autogenous block bone graft into sinus floor were performed in 35 cases, autogenous particulated marrow cancellous bone(PMCB) graft in 9 cases, and demineralized human bone powder in 2 cases. The donor site for bone graft were anterior iliac bone in 39 cases, posterior iliac bone in 3 cases and mandibular symphysis in 1 case and mandibular ramus in 1 case. 3. In 9 cases with which SA procedure had been performed with the block bone graft, the change of pre- and postoperative residual bony height were measured using MPR(multiplanar reformatted)-CT. The mean residual bony height was 8.0mm preoperatively, 20.2mm at 6 months following up operation and we gained average 12.2mm alveolar bony height. So, we can recommend this one-stage subantral augmentation and fixture installation technique as a time conserving, safe and useful method for compromised posterior edentulous maxilla.

        고위험 청소년의 적응유연성 증진을 위한 방과 후 스포츠 활동의 효과

        본 연구는 고위험 청소년의 적응유연성 증진을 위한 방과 후 스포츠 활동의 효과를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 A시 소재의 중학교 2학년 261명 가운데 남학생 8명으로 구성 하였다. 연구 참여자 선정은 위기 스크리닝 척도 Ⅰ․Ⅱ(구본용 외, 2005)에서 위험 수준이 높은 상위 10%를 1차적으로 선정하였으며 그 중 방과 후 스포츠 참여에 열의를 보이며, 자료수집의 효율성을 고려하여 최종적으로 구성하였다. 연구는 주 2회, 10주간, 총 20회 실시하여 수업관찰, 참여자 일지, 학생 개별 심층 면담을 통해 진행되었다. 자료 분석 방법은 원자료 전사, 주제별 약호화, 주제의 의미 생성 단계로 구분하여 실시하였다. 또한 분석된 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위해 동료간 협의, 삼각검증법, 구성원간 검토를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 방과 후 스포츠 활동은 학생들에게 학교생활에서의 효과적인 적응, 교사와의 관계 개선, 그리고 건전한 교우와의 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 방과 후 스포츠 활동은 무분별한 유해환경과 유해매체로부터 발생되는 호기심을 해소하는 능력을 함양했으며 충동적인 행동 조절에도 도움이 되었다. 사회성 발달에서도 자신의 능력을 효율적, 성공적으로 해결할 수 있다는 기대감을 가졌으며 현재 자신이 경험하고 있는 문제행동 상황에 대한 어려움을 극복하고, 그 문제행동을 효과적인 방법으로 통제할 수 있다는 믿음을 인지하였다. 마지막으로, 방과 후 스포츠 활동이 학교와 지역사회, 가정 간의 연계를 강화시키기 위한 새로운 시도가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an after-school sports program on at-risk youth. The participants consisted of eight male second-year middle school students (8th grade) in A city. The participants were selected from the top 10 percent of the at-risk students among 261 middle school students by using a revision of the Risk Screening Measures (Ku, et al, 2005). The study was conducted twice per week for 10 weeks, 20 times in total. In order to collect the data, observation, interviews, and documents were used. Data analysis were performed through raw data transcribing, subject coding, and subject-meaning generating steps. For the validity of the analyzed data, peer debriefing, triangulation, and member checks were used. The findings were divided into two categories: protective factors and risk factors involved with resilience. With respect to the protective factors for coping with risk, the program had a positive effect on the students’ adaption to school. It helped the students to want to become involved in school activities, increased their will to study, improved their relationship with teachers by decreasing their negative attitudes, and established a positive relationship with their peers. With respect to the risk factors, the program also had a positive effect on their ability to cope with risks. The sports activities helped the students to develop their abilities to handle harmful environments or media, and to control their compulsions. The program had a positive effect on the development of their sociality by increasing self-confidence, interpersonal skills, positive thinking, and problem-solving skills. It is suggested that an after-school sports program is required to create connections between school, community, and family.
